Very nice store to shop. The staff member was very nice and helpful. The store had the items I was looking for. The store did have a lot of boxes through the ailes, which makes it more difficult to shop. Stocking has to happen, but one at a time makes less of a mess.The items I have shopped for less product, but that is why I buy snacks at the stores. Food goes bad before we can eat it, so smaller products works for us in small cases.It is also nice not waiting in long lines to check out.

Just stopped in for "something" on a hot, humid day. I found flavorful strawberry & also coconut popsicles, that were all natural. That was the answer to the end of a hot day of housecleaning without A/C. These stores are popping up everywhere. I love it because they have a lot! Saves me a trip in town

The people who work here are great! There are things that need addressed, but it is Corporate's responsibility. Like these plugged rain gutters that make the sidewalk terrible to use.

Experience was ok. But noticed prices went up on at least 35% of store. You have a store in Sykesville Pennsylvania. We are a rural town. Ever since covid Dollar General have raised their prices and sadly so too an area that is rural #1 and secondly it's a poor community! Dollar General the name is false in itself. Very few items are one dollar. Unless you go down thru the dollar isle which one takes a gamble on the items. I buy the same things on a regular basis. The cost before covid averaged around 120 it doubled in price since covid. Someone please explain before we take too social media and yelp! And better business bureau as well. Sincerely a very disappointed customer!

Do not waste your time! Horrible service and EVERYTIME I put my number in for digital coupons it never takes the $5 off $25 or more... even though they see it on my account they wont give it to me and say theres nothing they can do which is BULL because I've had the same problem at other DGs and they still take it off with the store copy of the coupon. The staff in sykesville is a joke. They are never at the register and when they do finally come up they have no clue what they're doing. I'm fed up and will never be a customer there again. I'll take my money elsewhere.

The manager at the sykesville dollar general is a gr8 help. Always smiling laughing. Just seems 2 b a gr8 person. Most of your employees don't have what it takes 4 customer service.

We just got couple new employees that realky seem to pay attention to the customers .In the past the staff would talk to other staff instead of the customer that was right in front of them...So five stars to the new staff for great customer service.....

This is one of the cleanest one's I've been in.. The ladies that waited on us we're very nice.. Most of these store's are messy & have totes sitting everywhere..
