As far as gas station food , this place is the best. The mto (made to order) food menu is vast and tastes so good. The coffee menu is also huge just becareful because the drinks tend to be a tad bit on the sweet side.

You really should work on training your employees on read the screen and what is on the orders. I come here regularly and the orders are more incomplete each time. Charged extra for sauces to be told to take sauce packets instead. Just because they don’t want to fill a sauce container. 👎🏻

This place is really nice! Clean, very modern and everyone is nice. The food is also great and prices are very affordable! My son loves it… trust me you need to stop at a Sheetz… they are pretty amazing and this one in particular is even better!

Last 2 Sunday mornings, arrived between 3:30 and 4 am for coffee on my way through the area. Both mornings all 3 coffee machines were not working saying they needed to be cleaned. Each visit the employees that I asked what the problem was, could have cared less. Very frustrating!

Absolutely disgusting, trash everywhere sticky and filthy inside found a twisted up paper thing in my food! Gross 🤢🤮. Seriously done getting food from them and the gas is the most expensive around.Update:Well, after several months of me boycotting this store, I returned today, March 23 2024. I was pleasantly surprised! They had smilling employees, the place was much cleaner then before and my food was ready. Keep up the good work. I will move from 1 star to 3 stars and see how they do.

This place is so dirty. The picture I have posted shows garbage sitting outside the can. Problem is….it’s been like that all week…the walk way is filthy as well…garbage on the floor inside the store….the biggest issue is the coffee station has problems 98% of the time. Either the sugar dispenser is empty or the creamer is empty…

While gas station food is usually ALWAYS a risky choice my dad wound up with food poisoning after eating their tacos so be wary of what you order there.

I like the fact that they have lower gas prices but I don’t like having to always have to go in and ask for the pump to go on at the register. If you don’t go inside to the register, then they take $100 hold on your card so sometimes people don’t even have $100 in their bank account so if you go to the gas pump and you don’t have $100 they won’t let you pump gas unless you go in so that’s what I don’t like about this place and you guys need little shopping baskets for your store

The little girl that was running the entrance here for their 1776 4th of July gas sale deserves a medal, she was so polite even when other drivers were jerks, she handled everything professionally and me an my husband had to make sure we said something it's 7:19pm on July 4th and she was a Rockstar. As was the rest of the staff but she was taking the brunt of the rude people and we really appreciated her! This is a clean nice sheetz.

I've been to a Sheetz before while traveling to gas up. Decided to get some chow this time around. For a gas station and convenience store, I have to say it was very clean, the people very nice and the food was great for what t was. I wish there was a Sheetz near my home and one as good as this one. I would be a regular gassing up and grabbing a quick bite.

Just as good (or bad depending on your opinion) as any other Sheetz location I've ever been to. The food and costs are on par with all of the others, and it's nice to have a Sheetz closer to the area than Scranton finally.

Would not recommend, portions change depending on who's working, I have gotten a platter with 4 chicken bits in it, usually comes with 8 or more, prices for drinks also are more then local gas stations.

For a newer convenience store in Swiftwater, it is kinda dirty. I like places that have windshield squigies available for use, and while they have them, they don't always have wash filled and the trash is overflowing.The cheap fuel is really nice! Thank goodness for that.I only wish fuel points would add to Sheetz spendable points for food and drink purchases. Oh well.It is an easy in and out joint.Recommended.

This is the 2nd time I went for coffee since the grand opening and it is the 2nd time there was no milk or cream for the coffee being offered (except for the packaged, sugar ladened, flavored creamers). No milk even in the refrigerator. In my opinion that is completely unacceptable. Milk is a staple for coffee. I was told sarcastically that Sheetz can't stop covid and that is why there is no milk. Every other place I go to for coffee has milk! If I were the manager I would figure out a way of having milk. The breakfast sandwich I got had bacon that was barely cooked and the English muffin that was listed as toasted was definitely not. Sheetz is not giving me reason to come back a 3rd time.

store was filthy. Every counter was cluttered with stuff and dirty. Many opened containers of milk and creamer,s used napkins on the counters, table tops, and floors. Garbage on the floors ( wrappers, used plastic gloves,) The glass of entry doors were filthy, look like they had not been wiped down in days. The wait for food was nearly 35 minutes. This was disappointing. Probably will no go back anytime soon.

Lack of staff is very evident, those who are here a nice and friendly. Food and Shakes should not take 45 minutes to prepare! Wish there was more staff at all hours to accommodate the buisness!

This is the slowest Sheetz I ever been to in my life! The food is sometimes 30min to 1 hour wait that’s ridiculous and they mess up the order.
