This was an amazing breakfast! My husband ordered the meat sampler. Every piece of meat on the plate was delicious! Sausage, bacon, kielbasa, smokes sausage, sooo good! I ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy. Not only did the gravy have sausage in it, but the biscuit came with a sausage patty on it! Service was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend eating at “Hickory Valley Farm Restaurant” on Rt 611. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Your meal actually gets served on a frying PAN!! Loved that! We decided to buy the largest one of their famous pans! They also sell smaller pans for those interested!Great experience overall!! The waitresses Mabel and Shelly were friendly and very welcoming. They provided great service. Felt like coming to eat with family members instead of only eating at a breakfast place! Thanks again for everything!

What a super cute place! The food was very very good! This is when you can tell the difference between farm eggs and the ones we buy in the city. Turkey bacon was the best I ever tasted. Also, loved the story behind the bee caps and honey

Very nice, unique restaurant and obviously a popular local hot spot. I believe all meals are served in a pan. The food was great, all the meats are smoked and made on site. Michelle my server was friendly and responsive.Parking: Free parking lot, but if it’s busy could be a little difficult since the lot isn’t very big.

Hickory Valley Farm Restaurant offers a unique and quaint atmosphere that adds to its charm. The use of actual frying pans as plates adds a rustic touch to the dining experience. The only downside is that they accept cash only, so make sure to bring some. However, the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. It's a perfect spot for families to enjoy a cozy meal together.

An absolute staple for the area and a must try for anyone visiting nearby. My family has been going since I was small, about two decades ago, and the quality and friendly service remain top notch. Delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, what more could you want? If you don’t get the corned beef hash you’re missing out. Truly a great breakfast spot that I couldn’t recommend any higher!Kid-friendliness: Full children’s menu available!

Old country restaurant. Decent breakfast food. Some specialty items were a bit pricey. 2 eggs meal was the best price at $7. Decor was country but needs some freshening up. Doors need painting. Bathrooms need remodeling. But overall decent food for breakfast. Nice service. Food served in pan was a cute idea. Bring cash, they don’t take credit card.Parking: Parking could be difficult if they were busy. Gravel lot.

This is my second time eating here. I discovered this restaurant almost exactly a year ago in 2022, when I attended the Elements Music and Arts festival at the Poconos Raceway (which is only about a half hour or less away). My group and I set out to find a place to eat on our way back home (to NJ) and came across this restaurant on Google. The food looked delicious, so we decided to give it a try, and we were not disappointed!Well, I went to the Elements Muisc and Arts festival again this year, and again, my group and I wanted to find a place to eat on our way home. We remembered that we ate at this restaurant the last time and had to visit it again, especially because we had someone new with us this time and we wanted to show her how awesome this restaurant is.During our first visit, we did not expect to see such an adorably decorated interior. So, when we walked in, we were presently surprised. It's very old - school country, with a very large variety of pig decor, haha. I love how unique it is! It has a very cozy sort of atmosphere and has so many adorable decorations to enjoy. I think it's a great family breakfast & lunch place, and I love that they offer a kids' menu.We all loved our meals (on both occasions). This time, I got the Country Breakfast: Pork sausage with homemade gravy and added a side order of two easy over eggs. It was so good, and so, so filling! I had to box up about half of my plate to take home with me. I thought their coffee was good, too. Our waitress was super attentive and kind, and we didn't have to wait long for our meals to be served. I love that they serve your meals in a pan, I think it adds to the unique character this restaurant has.One thing to keep in mind when eating here is that this restaurant is CASH ONLY. They have an ATM inside, in case you don't have any cash on hand.I will absolutely come back to Hickory Valley Farm when I'm in this area. Both of my experiences here have been great. I would recommend giving them a shot if you're nearby, too!Kid-friendliness: It's a great place for family breakfast & lunch.

This is my second time coming here, firdt time being many many many years ago, and even with that, I still remember the taste of the pancakes here. This place is just the most adorable restaurant. Such a cute interior and all the staff are incredibly friendly.Food wise, two thumbs up from me. It is just delicious comfort food. I got the Smoked House Sampler with Pancake, and it is just DELICOUS!!They have a lot to choose from, from breakfast to burgers to sandwiches. I'm definitely coming back again to try the other dishes.***Keep in mind that this place is cash only.Parking: They have their own parking lost right next to the restaurant. Look for the big sign.

My two little pigs breakfast was delicious and I definitely going back. The only disappointed was that I ask for home fries extra crispy and they were made same as my sons home fries and some of them were cold inside. The waitress forgot our sides telling us that she’s very busy and she forgot.Other than that, food was very good and highly recommend place for breakfast affordable compared to other breakfast restaurantsParking: Big parking on the side

My waitress was Shelly. And she was so pleasant and she make sure we got everything we needed. We were on a weekend gateway. And this place came highly recommended by the hotel we were staying at. But the hostess that sat us on that Saturday morning was not so pleasant. When I ask for booth she sign with attitude. But the couple before us she gave them an option of a booth or chairs. But like I said Shelly was amazing. Just bcuz of her when I go back to the Poconos I will go back because of her.Parking: We had to wait for about 10-15 mins for parking because the lot was small.

This breakfast spot was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. Plenty of seats. Awesome customer service. Price justifies the food. Not your typical diner quality food. Definitely above a notch. Worth the stop if you’re driving near by. Plenty of parking.

We're staying at Camelback and their breakfast buffet would have been around $75 per day for a family of 4. Just a 10 minute drive for better quality food and a great atmosphere for significantly less money. This is a no brainer!Kid-friendliness: My 2 and 4-year-olds loved the food. They had booster seats and high chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly!

When we first arrived, we saw a sign saying "cash only," so we had to leave and come back. They were doing renovations while we were there but didn't bother us too much. They didn't have cappuccino, which i was really craving, so I ordered a hot chocolate, which was very good. Ended up drinking that whole mug in a few minutes. I could have used another, but I wasn't sure if there were free refills on hot chocolate, so I didn't ask for another, not was I asked for another. So I just drank my water, which is fine. Food was great, blueberry pancakes were delicious, one of the best ones I've ever had. The smell was amazing it smelt like a cake. Great place to eat. Great pricing too! I definitely will be eating here again soon!

My family came here for breakfast after hearing great things about the breakfast in a pan, and it was completely dissappointing. We were ten people with one child, and we all got breakfast. As far as the restaurant, the atmosphere is nice. For larger groups more then 4: you wont be seated together but put at tables near eachother. The food however, was tasteless. Bacon and English muffins were completely undercooked (even though asking for crispy bacon). The food was brought out barely warm, there is no longer a sizzling pan which I can understand for safety, however the food being almost cold was horrible. We had to add salt and pepper to everything, as the eggs and breakfast potatoes are completely unseasoned (and im not someone to ever add salt to anything). The only person who enjoyed their food got the breakfast wrap, and I think that's because the eggs were seasoned by the bacon. It might've been an off day, though I don't understand how you can mess up 10 orders.

The most adorable place ever!! Upon arrival, my daughter and I fell in LOVE with the "scenery." Beautiful little pigs everywhere..not real ones, but dolls, statues etc, strategically and abundantly laid out throughout the restaurant. The essence of a country feel was achieved through several of these awesome effects, including our delicious breakfasts served in skillets. Great place! I absolutely would go back every chance we get when we're in the Poconos area. Thank you!
