If I could give a zero I would. I wrote this review 4 years ago and forgot about it until now when I came back to give it a 1 star. The employees are ignorant and nasty. I normally NEVER come here bc they never get my drink correct which is knky a charlie with cream and liquid sugar. Pretty easy. They allll have attitudes. I would definitely say avoid this place at all cost and go to mt pocono dunkin. They're awesome there.

I ordered mobile order drive through. When to get a Tomato pesto (I asked for bacon instead of the tomato and it looked like the bacon was raw) and it was cold when I got there. Ordered it at 8:30am “apparently” cause I placed it at 8:25 & it didn’t take me less than at least 10min to get there from were I am and along wit my plain and everything bagel minis they didn’t make it so I pulled up. When I got it they were both cold…how does that even happen? Then I ordered and large Frozen chocolate with caramel and whipped cream but drinking it it taste like it’s milk and caramel mixed together

Called and reported this place 2 times to corporate. Coffee is completely watered down especially when the short blonde girl ( who looks like she is on drugs) is working. My orders are always missing an item, my bagels are often burnt, and the coffee is made wrong. I went to the store in Bartonsville and they said they’ve heard customers complain about the swiftwater location too. I was told the district manager would deal with it but apparently they have not. Please drug test your employees, and train them to make the coffee so I’m not paying $4-5 for a disgusting cup of watered down grounds. THIRD time this happened to me. I’ve been going here for years. I can overlook the little mistakes but PLEASE make the coffee correctly. I’m also still waiting for my refunds and will be calling the 800 number to complain again.

i ordered 3 large iced drinks, received no straws. i ordered 25 munchkins, received only blueberry and chocolate. the drive through always takes an absurd amount of time and it seems like children run the place.

Their coffee is terrible. The service isn't the best. The prices are rising quickly. Got a medium coffee and waited 20 minutes for it. Four people came in after me and got their coffee before me. I asked where my coffee was they said we're sorry we forgot to make it. And when they did I got in my car and drove away and started to drink it and put it out the window because the cream was completely sour.. I think I'll stick to Wawa.

I wrote this review a year ago i had to come and update it, today's review isn't a good one 😕I went there the girl at the window told me my card was declined and swiped it again and said it was declined ok no big deal I gave her another card I figured I'll call the card see what's up later well come to find out my card was not declined my transaction went through so she doubled charged me thats the first worst and the other I ordered a wrap of which I could tell it was sitting all day and was reheated the inside was fridge cold while the other part was super hard and warm very disgusted now to try and get the transaction canceled. I don't understand why people are so dishonest. DD your services have gotten horrible and now people stealing wow just wow.

My girlfriends latte that was supposed to be made with almond milk (she's not aloud to have regular milk she js highly lactose) didn't have any expresso in it just REGULAR milk and syrup. On top of that the general manager of this dunkin was rude and didn't comply to any of my requests. She was a shorter lady with curly short dark hair. And I felt uncomfortable when she started to scold a worker right in front of me, to a point she looked like she was about to cry. Everyone there looks so tense when she was around. I hope someone says something so she corrects her attitude.

They have yet to get an order correct ! If I order tea they give me coffee ( that’s happened 4 times ) if I order butter they give me cream cheese. Now when they get it right and give me butter it’s like a drop of butter ! Honestly how hard is this ?

Took 10 mins to get an iced coffee out. (Due to the receipt tape being out) can't really be mad at that and they also wouldn't take my Dunkin coupon, so I paid $3 more then I would have liked. (It be nice if there was a sign saying they don't accept coupons at the order window.)

While the coffee is always fresh...The afternoon/pm crew are slow to serve customers and they have the music pretty loud which is fine it's great to have fun at work but then they need to watch for when customers come in and not have them waiting 2-5 minutes before they are noticed.They need to keep up on the cleaning especially in the restrooms. I stop everyday to get coffee and I'll use the restroom. The past 3 days it has not been cleaned, same marks in the sink and toilet and same scraps of garbage on the floor. It's having me question in my head if the food area is being kept clean.

Waited 17 minutes for them to make a medium coffee with cream and sugar. Didnt add the sugar and employee rolled her eyes when I asked for a couple more packets of sugar. They seem to cater more to the drive thru than the people that actually go into the store. I do not reccomend going inside if you can avoid it. You will get faster more friendly service at the drive thru.

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin. This DD location does not allow for indoor dining just yet. Friendly and courteous service. Inventory on donuts were low at around 6:00pm. Lots of parking spaces.

I love this Dunkin!! I won’t go to any others in the area. My medium hot caramel craze is always perfect and the employee/manager (Carson?) who is there literally everyday, is always so friendly. Thank you. 🤗

The lack of customer service here is by far insulting. Disgruntle employees should not be at the window let alone handling people’s food which will translate into how the food is prep and served. Let me be clear, not all the employees here have attitudes but the ones that do should be weeded out for some thorough customer service training.On the plus side my hash browns were still edible despite being on the crispy/ borderline burnt side

Very attentive staff,they were short and very busy,the manager was working her back off,very nice person,a Saturday like about 10am,we went in to order because the drive thru was long.All and all they pull thru with all the orders,mind you they also had online orders.

I occasionally go to this DD and have gotten decent service until today. The employee working the drive thru on 10/27 at 9-10am was extremely unprofessional. She got my order wrong about 3 times because her conversation with her co worker was so funny and couldn’t pay attention. I called the manager Stephanie shortly after and she didn’t apologize and didn’t say a word. Just to give you an idea of how good her conversation with her coworker was she asked me if I wanted my bacon egg and cheese hot??????? Cmon do better, especially to a customer that tips every time I come. Smh

Drive thru in the mornings I always deal with rude employees rushing me to order, as I'm ordering asking me if thats it?if you did your job and shut up and listen to my order you would know when I'm done. Then the rude girls just say PULL UP. No total no thank no nothing. If you hate working hear quit because it clearly shows you hate life. Drive thru crew needs to be put in check and I know soon I'm going to have to do it

Came in around 8pm and the staff were polite and not like other places eager to close. Also do morning runs with my clients and the staff are friendly and very upbeat. Best DD in the poconos.
