and overpriced yet enjoyable experience doing table side hibachi with a group of friends. we had an entertaining host named John, and he whipped up some huge fires to serve our teriyaki dishes. dishes. had the steak and the rice and noodles that came with it, and the drink was really strong, and overall entertaining time would recommend to go once

We had a dinner last night. The Asian head chef and Ryan, the public relations, were great, they are very friendly, performed magic tricks, and took the group pictures for us of 9. But what is most important in the restaurant business - the food. The problem is the overly salty food. I had hibachi a few times, this is the only time I can’t finish the food because it was too salty. Every dishes tasted so much soy sauce and no other flavors. The average price of $50 per person is in the high end.

While staying in the area we saw a lot of signs and advertisements for the restaurant and decided to try it. After sitting down I was surprised by the prices, it felt like a tourist trap. $60 for hibachi seems rather high compared to most places. The food was very good, we ordered off the regular menu, a few apps and a couple rolls. It was just the two of us, no alcohol and the bill was $130 for the food and two sodas. Thankfully I checked the bill before tipping to see they had already added a 20% gratuity. Nice place but the prices are out of hand. It was actually cheaper to eat at the casino we were staying with the same food quality.

This place is amazing, and I don't say that about many places. Top notch service and great food. The owner keeps this place running with pride and excellence.Parking: Note: they changed the entrance to be much sooner if heading North. Now you turn up a road right after the bank.

As always, this is a delightful experience. The food is fabulous. Our chef was so friendly and enthusiastic. Our server Alin could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. We got to see our favorite server Maddie who had taken care of us in the past when we were at the sushi tables in the back. We make this trip from Philadelphia a few times a year because there’s no better sushi anywhere, and the customer service is extraordinary. I highly recommend this place for both special and everyday events.Parking: Plenty of space, well-lit, well- marked, easy access to the front door of the restaurant.

Terribly over priced. It was a good meal ( we had hibachi and sushi rolls) . My daughter didn't want hibachi, just sushi. So we were reminded she had to spend more or we would be charged extra $20. It did say that in the menu , so I suppose that's that. But we were already spending a lot. Anyway....food was good , chief was funny and nice. Just way too expensive and they put the tip at 20% in your bill. I would have paid that anyway because my service was very good. But what if it wasn't? How awkward would that have been? My recommendation is, drive a little farther to Scranton area and pay half for same with a lot quieter atmosphere.

Disappointed. Gave 3 stars instead of lessdue to our first experience there which was better. We were there back in September and while the food was salty and overpriced then, we still had a good hibachi experience and my 3 year old LOVED the face painting, balloon animals and dancing after dinner. We raved about how great that was. Because of this, and this alone, we decided to go back tonight when we were in the area again. I had called earlier in the week to see what nights the kids entertainment would be provided to plan for that, and was told “every night this weekend and all of next week.” At 6:15 I asked the server when they’d come and she said it was a little early. We stayed until 7 and they never showed—not sure they were ever really scheduled. I mean if it’s for kids why would it start any later than that? So I’m really annoyed that I wasn’t given the right information, otherwise we would have gone another night. In addition to that, the food was salty and a little over cooked. The appetizer came late and although the chef was nice and humorous there was no real “show” no saki, no volcano fire. The table next to us got this so I don’t know why we didn’t. my daughter asked for the “toilet water man” several times and they were just busy overcooking the noodles that came long after the meat was served. It wouldn’t be so disappointing if it weren’t $50+ a person but $230 for 2 adults and a child I would expect a little more when you can literally go to any other hibachi restaurant for half the price.

If I can give 0 stars for my personal experience I would.1. We were told our tables was ready we walked over and had to wait since it was still dirty with plates on it.2. Walked over to my seat there was chicken and noodles all on the floor.3. The plates were DIRTY AND WET. Looked like someone took a cup of water and poured it on them and placed the silverware on top. We asked them to change our plates and they replaced them with more dirty plates with visible food still on them.4. The grill was "cleaned" and scrapped into the compartment in front and while the cooks were cooking the food fell into that compartment and was brought back onto the grill after being mixed in the compartment with the dirty food.5. There was no hibachi show. By the time you got the protein with the sides it was cold. While we're being served chicken, noodles and rice were being spilled all around our plates and in our drinks. It was so messy it looked like we had children at our table.6. Definitely not worth $150 (2 people) for noddles chicken and shrimp. I would have been satisfied if my group visiting got pizza and wings for the night.7. The music was good 👍

I’m sure the other food is good, but just not a fan of the sushi. It was cold, almost frozen and we lost our appetites quickly. Appetizers were great and we wished we did the hibachi instead. Also even though the restaurant themselves acknowledge it, the prices are just way too high. I’ve never seen a $15 California roll, not even in New York City unless it’s very high end.

Love coming here every time. A little on the expensive side but so worth it based on the size of the food portions. They have so many delicious specialty drinks and the food is always on point. They always have music and different types of entertainment for both children and adults. There is usually a wait but it is never close to as long as they say it will be. This is by far the best hibachi restaurant I have been to and would recommend anyone to go when in the areaKid-friendliness: The hibachi entertainment alone is fantastic. After dinner my daughter and I went and danced on the dance floor together. They have entertainment for kids while waiting. They also do balloon animals for the kids

Love the tasty Tuesday promo. Half price sushi and appetizers on Tuesdays. Our server this time was Hunter. She is such a happy and accommodating person. Not only was the food excellent but Hunter made the whole experience a great pleasure with her lovely smile and welcoming demeanor. We live in the area so of course we will be back again!

Visited on a Saturday night. The restaurant was packed but the restaurant is very big. We did the hibachi style show. I had the NY Strip Steak with Jumbo shrimp and my wife had the Salmon with Jumbo shrimp. The steak was very flavorful and the shrimp were very fresh. They also had activities for kids like face painting, balloons animals etc. They also seem to have a 2nd floor though the first floor is huge. This isn’t your usual hibachi restaurant. They do have a 5% surge charge and a 20% gratuity fee added automatically regardless of the party size split amongst the chef and the servers though we still tipped the servers as we did an amazing job. The total cost spent was $150.00 for the two meals and two non alcoholic beverages as each meal was about $50.00-$55.00. I won’t mind visit again when in town.Parking: Parking with someone directing traffic as it gets packed.Kid-friendliness: They had many activities for kids like face paints, balloons etc

Not a sanitary place, I came here to celebrate a birthday last weekend, after my meal I witnessed waiters pouring glasses of water onto the hibachi grill from a party that just left , this is there way of disposing unfinished glasses of water, rather than carrying the water glasses to the kitchen to dispose of it in the sink properly, you don’t know if the previous customers spit in their water glasses or backwashed and all of their germs are simply being poured onto the hibachi grill little before you’re seated and having your meal prepared on that same grillSeeing this made me run to the bathroom feeling sickI will be reaching out to the PENNSYLVANIADEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE for them to inspect and look into this matter as to this may be a way of spreading illness

STAY AWAY DO NOT GO !!! Where does it say %20 gratuity pay on the menu? They are charging extra %20 gratuity on top your damn BILL which is already $400 for 5 people. And they take the money for themselves 😳 Our waitress had to explain that with a sad face. But I still gave the waitress $100 for her extra being nice and standing waiting only our table. Yes place is nice looking and chefs are entertaining but almost all hibachis are SAME with entertainment and same food , lots of rice and steak chicken good portion but that %20 gratuity tip is deal breaker and for them to take money for themselves. That should go to WAITRESSES like everywhere else.NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.I recommend everyone DONT GO to this place Unless they put the prices down and remove that SCAM of %20 gratuity tip they are stealing for their own pockets . No wonder Why they were able to build a elegant HOTEL next to them paying with the money they stealing. SHAME ON OWNER !!!

After reading the reviews for this place we didn't go with very high expectations. I'm a local and have never been here before but my family was up for the weekend and wanted hibachi, so we tried it.I never write reviews about any restaurant, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Johnny was his name and he was phenomenal. He catered to the four children in the group. He was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us all happy. Alan was our chef and that man should be on a record deal! He is funny and his songs he sings are pretty comical. We all had a great time and will definitely be back soon!!Vegetarian options: They have a vegetable hibachi optionParking: Huge newly paved parking lot but a little construction from the hotel they are building behind it.Kid-friendliness: Free Balloon artist (works for tips), free Xbox and PlayStation for kids while waiting for table, DJ with dance floor and family friendly music!

I wanna start this by saying the amount of the tip is not an issue at all, but me and my girlfriend went and ate sushi. We didn’t sit at the hibachi table and they added a 20% gratuity and then asked us for an additional tip I’ve heard of that for parties of eight or more, but I’ve never seen a restaurant for 20% tip on a party of two. I don’t see the hype with this place. The sushi was literally double the price and it was not anything extra.

The food was okay, the entertainment was nice, but the prices compared to the food you get is terrible. I got the emperor’s meal where you get 3 proteins a little lo mein, and a little rice for $70 +tax ; and my mom got the combination sea scallops (which she got 3) and chicken which she got a spoon full for $50. We ordered two apps the soft shell crab and calamari which was pretty great $20 + $15 and 2 drinks. The soup they give is amazing! Total I spent $240 + tip. In my opinion it was not worth it food quality & quantity wise & the drinks could of been better. Unfortunately, the experience was mediocre, and a little rushed. We were there 25-30mins top.

Went on New Year’s Eve to celebrate a birthday and we all enjoyed ourselves. The hibachi was great and chef Steve, I believe is his name was super entertaining. The reason for 4 stars is because we went to the bar to wait on our table and within the first 10 minutes of us sitting at the bar we were not greeted nor acknowledged by a bartender. At that time the bar was not packed, but even if it was a simple acknowledgment would’ve been sufficient.

My husband and I went here after staying at Mt Airy Casino before moving on to our stay in another location. Though the food and the host were extremely good. I cannot recommend this restaurant due to being WAY overpriced. Not only that, they automatically put on a 20% tip and don't even serve salad or dessert. Our local Hibachi place has much cheaper prices and serves soup, salad and dessert for Hibachi dinner. Also didn't really like the additional tip added on the bill at the end. This isn't NYC to be paying almost 200 for 2 people. Will not be back
