Missy Macs is a great addition to the local businesses in our area. The girls are always cleaning and sanitizing the salon when I arrive and when I am leaving. They allow one pet at a time and the doors are locked between appointments so there are no barking dogs in kennels, no prolonged visits due to overbooking, walk-in customers or phone calls and no accidents if someone should try to open their door from the outside. They keep my dogs health and safety as their number one priority.We have three very different dogs with very different needs ranging from a senior GSP to a mastiff and a Cavapoo. Every single one comes home bathed, trimmed and smelling great but most important I am confident that they are happy, relaxed and loved during their visit.Sincerely,The Scavone Pack🐾

Thank you so much for the loving care you give to my dogs while grooming. I was hesitant with my rescue who was abused, but he warmed right up to you. He can sense that he is safe with you and that is everything. Now both of my dogs look forward to their "spa days"!!! And the bandannas are such a cute touch. So grateful to have found you. Very kind women who work within their set boundaries as agreed upon when you make an appointment! Treat dogs in their care with the upmost attention and truly spoil my baby girl, Zelda. Top notch service all the way around :) You should thoroughly read their rules and restrictions before leaving a review. They are NOT a doggie daycare so don't expect that kind of service from them, they state as much in the agreement each client must sign, so do not act surprised when you don't follow their rules :) amazing shop, please support them if you're local!

On our first visit I thought they liked dogs and they were friendly. After that they seemed to be very judgmental. When I walked in they said.. oh that’s the one that pees.. it’s a groomers .. there will be pee. Even though my dog hasn’t peed inside since she’s been trained. Then they gave me a time to pick up and when they were finished earlier they expected me to come immediately. My husband had to leave work to pick up.
