Pam at the pharmacy is always in a nasty mood. Nobody is ever at the register up front. One time I tried to pick up photos I had developed and I had to wait an hour for the manager to help me because the employee up front couldn’t see where names were on the orders. Turns out it was on the front of the order. Nobody offered me even a little “thanks for waiting”. This place is a mess.

Best CVS ever from Florida to Massachusetts.. Everyone here is very helpful. Never have any problems because of the high quality team members willing to make sure you're taken care of. Store and pharmacy are the best.

Just have to say I am blown away by the customer service at this pharmacy. My prescription was short a couple pills and a tech actually drove the missing pills to my house. This meant a lot to me because I was having a migraine attack and depend on this medication to get through them. I am deeply grateful for this kindness!

Staff is friendly. Although, seems to never be fully stocked. The same item has been out of stock for awhile now. Freezer has been broken for weeks. Wondering if it's ever going to be repaired. Pharmacy is okay.

I can not think of a time that I have had an easy time getting a prescription refilled. Always something. I am to blame because I keep going back. I also became recently aware that costs to get refills vary from pharmacy to pharmacy... Again no incentive to go to CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy I have encountered in my life. They forgot needed medications, neglected to apply my insurance, and caused me to make extra trips for needed medications. When called to transfer my prescriptions to the Media CVS, they assured me that would be done.Today I got a call to pick up my medications in Swarthmore. Obviouslythey forgot to make the change as promised. After calling Swarthmore and no one answering the phone, I contacted Media to transfer my medications. This type of incompetence is dangerous.

I love this store. Swarthmore store is very clean an organized. They have the best staff around. Everyone that works here is very helpful and friendly. I actually drive past other CVS just to come to this one.

Tried to purchase candy with a CVS coupon. Coupon was not printed at the coupon kiosk. I thought the cashier would take care of it since I had the sale circular in hand. Cashier was not at all helpful; created a story about sale items that made no sense.

I use to work at a CVS back in the 90s and customer service was really drilled into us. Times have changed. Customer service is terrible at this location.

If you want all your medication i would not use this Pharmacy. They must have a junkie working for them because the shorted my meds and then said i was wrong when i called. And i can count i know im not wrong they are..
