I go to the Dollar Generals in New Milford, PA and Susquehanna, PA the most. I really like the expansion of the Susquehanna store. The prices tend to be off though when the item is rung up. Tags say one price and rings up another. Happens very often. The other issue with the Susq store is one of the cashiers. There is an older cashier at the Susq store who is always a little snippy with customers. I've experienced it personally a couple of times and have witnessed it with other customers as well. She always seems to be in a bad mood. She embarrassed my friend one time by making her feel stupid when she was having a hard time with the new self checkout lane. It was extremely unprofessional. The other cashiers are usually very pleasant😊❤️

Great store. Good place to get last minute items. They have mostly anything and prices are good.Edit: this used to be a great place to get just about everything...now with a new renovation, we have a store twice as big, with twice the stock, and less than half the selection! It was our go to, and now we look to go elsewhere. Such a huge disappointment...all that money spent on no improvement!

The service is great and prices are affordable. I love stopping in to see what is on the shelves and seeing what sales or deals they have to offer. I am always greated with a smile and the staff members always make sure I am able to find everything I am looking to get. It is a very great place to shop and almost everything last a decent amount of time for the money.

This is by far one of the best customer service DGs around. Their workers are outstanding and the manager Elaine is top notch. They all go above And beyond. I've been in several up and down the east coast,this is the friendliest one.

A mid sized store in the heart of town. All your typical Dollar General amenities. The parking lot is rough & the surrounding buildings, including the attached vacant dairy store are in disrepair making the store itself feel uninviting. Once you're inside, its just a regular Dollar General.

Very cluttered and merchandise selection isn't as big as other dollar general stores. Coupons and sales haven't been up to date many times, and staff doesn't seem to want to be bothered, but are friendly at the register.

It's a dollar general so you get what you get. Unless the shelves are half empty like this one. I still prefer the family dollar because they have more options and better stocked.

I was so expressed by the 2 ladys working today on Thanksgiving!!They are so nice and wonderful with all the customer.The store looks great and I love the selections for the Holidays!!

The store is beautifully newly remodeled, also they expanded the store so now they have produce , fresh veggies and 🍓🍑 you would have to stop and check it out if you haven't been there

Good prices on most stuff. Sometimes lines are regularly long and don't carry everything there supposed to. And the doors are manual so it is difficult to go in or out with a stroller or cart.

The last time I was there some mountain man was arguing with people over really stupid topics and about 5 minutes later a person from town began doing drugs right outside and when the police showed up a cashier hid the individual in the back of the store then proceeded to lie to the police. The icing on the cake was the people in the store were so disgusting and rude not to mention the store itself was in terrible condition products on the floor even the feces of a child who went to the bathroom on the floor inside the store had not been cleaned up for a few hours do not go here

Nice staff, always have cute holiday decor and a decent supply of frozen and processed foods. Nothing in the way of fresh fruit but they are currently adding new displays so who knows.

Everything is clean. Workers are helpful. Shelfves are well stocked. The only thing I wish the Susquehanna branch would get is sliding doors. Other than that 5 star.

This location is location is ok in a way. Friendly staff but I cant say much do to the remodeling going on at this time. But currently it's a smooshed crammed store. New milford dollar store all the way.

Cluttered narrow isles. Cashier demanded I give her my small backpack, but lady standing in checkout was carrying a latger 'purse' Even considering the location it was below par

The New Milford Pa store is generally clean and had most of what I want. It's a nice Dollar store.

Its the DG...the DG company does not stock the store too well. The employees are good but spread thin at busy times. Sale items go fast.

They are the dollar General. They sell stuff for cheap. They had paper plates and cups we were looking for and vandy for the kids.

The renovation is going on right now, the added an extension to it. So don't mind the mess. It's great for the small community.
