Wise market in putty hill by Towson is ridiculous management is ridiculous. Customer service is ridiculous. I was personally profiled today and it literally made me cry and feel so small. The customer service girl literally lied in my face manager did absolutely nothing. I’m definitely not letting this go. Something needs to be done. disgusting store races very unprofessional.

I love my customers and working for Weis except that every full timer is supposed to work one night a week but that only applies to certain full timers it seems which I think everybody should be treated the same not only one or two full timers working a night shift and the rest doesn’t have to. But Weis is a great place to work as far as customers and corporate is so nice when they visit. You can tell that corporate appreciates you. And our management is nice and love my coworkers.

I normally shop at the Weis where I live, The staff are always friendly and helpful each and every visit. I went to the wise in Owings Mills on Lakeside Blvd and I’ve been there many times. I must say some of the young people that work there need customer service training. The young lady who rang me up never spoke, did not make eye contact and handed my receipt over and again never looked at me , no thank you nothing. This has been the atmosphere every time I visit this store. Really sad when you can’t even greet a customer especially after I speak and you ignore me.

Have been shopping here for over 25 years and have seen this Market go through many changes. So happy the way it is now and shop here much more often. It's really my go-to store now. Large selection, good sales and very friendly helpful staff.

I always shop here in Westminster md ! Never redeemed my points for gas before so was going to get gas thought I ask questions! First well Mike that was in the office h just automatically was mean when I was trying to understand I! I said what is you problem why are you talking to me like that! He stuck his middle finger at me and called me a Karen! ! I'm very professional @ all times.. fire Mike !

My husband and I assumed that we were very unlucky because we keep getting expired and rancid produce, meat and especially dairy. This didn’t happen on every trip, but it happened often enough that we noticed one or two items on most trips. However, recently someone was complaining about the Weis market in out town, Boonsboro Maryland, on our neighborhood Facebook page. I was shocked that 70 people wrote about negative experiences with rotten food. Some even found new tags glued over expired tags! The bakery seemed to be the worst offender. When that many people have bought rotten expired food in one neighborhood, you need to take a close look at that store and their food handling practices. Please take action Weis. There are no other stores nearby so we have to shop here. Other Weis stores in the area are not bad, so this seems to be limited to just this store. Hoping for better!

I had a issue at one of their stores and called the home office customer service and Savannah was most excellent, before you leave bad feedback call and give them a chance to resolve the issue, mistakes happen but most often they will try to resolve the issue. They did for me. Thank you Savannah. Good job!!!

Customer service personnel do not have the ability or training to handle issues effectively. I think management from the top down is to blame. More 1 star reviews than anything else... why is that? Bring in a pro to whip you into shape, execs. It starts and ends with you.

I work at the Weis store in Bel Air, MD. I just wanted to commend the management for creating a very pleasant atmosphere! Everyone is so kind and helpful to the customers and their fellow employees. The store is well organized and clean, and all the employees care about the store and the customers. I'm thrilled to be a part of the staff at this store. Great place to work, and a great place to shop!

Store 49 one cashier on today 10/13/22 she is nothing but a nasty person. We checked out with her before and she got mad because we put the milk jugs on the belt. So she started slamming things around. So we used self check out today. 3 people standing around doing nothing in that area. After ringing every item up we had to hit the help button even though there was nothing wrong. Hit the button and the girl just stood there 3 register's away looking at me. I had to tell her to get over to us. They stand there in there cell phones. There is no reason for all these self checkouts. Number one we don't get paid to check out the groceries or bag them. This is designed to line the pockets of the owners who already make millions a year. Oh and no need to reply for me to call customer solutions that's an easy way out they can read the reviews themselves. As for me I am done shopping at Weis! Worst customer service ever.i am not calling you reply the same answer to everyone. Pass my review on to the right person. It's your job not mine. Apparently you don't know what customer service is!

I am very disappointed that Weis has chosen to go the way (wayside) of self checkouts. Every time I go to my local weis store, you see clerks standing watching people checkout, but not allowed to check customers out. Especially days like today when the older retired citizens are grocery shopping. And as always they feel they same way that I do. Young people should be checking us out. Teaching them how to interact, so when they are young adults they have learned and earned respect. So they the real world have experience for later in life dealing with the public

It is very disappointed shopping at Weis nowadays. Customer service closes at 6pm. Associates do not know what to do. It’s a zoo in there. You are loosing gripes on customers. You can be a very competitive grocery store. You do have loyal customers. Why do you make unwise changes. Why do you turn your customers away????

I would like to know why Weis Markets discontinued the buy back of points for $5.00 yet they still advertise the buy back on their web site. You can only use 1000 points towards gas and buy eggs and milk. Not everyone drinks regular milk. What are you to do with the rest of your points???????? Wish some one could give me a goo answer. I have spoken to 4 different people and have gotten 4 different answer. I was even told to talk to my store manager, He only does what he is told to do plus mine is to busy stocking shelves. Whats going on with Weis.????

I called Weis on Robinson St in Binghamton about getting our annual Turkeys for our employees on 11/17/21. I spoke to Jeff who said he could not wholesale them but I cold come and and get the 20 Turkey's out of the case. When I got there I went to the case and it had a sign only 2 per customer. So I went to the meat counter and spoke to a young kid whose name escapes me. I told him about my call the day before. He got Jeff who said "I spoke to her and told her she could come in, he also said she comes in for Turkeys and hams at Christmas". A younger woman came over and he told her what he told me "I could get them" and she said NOPE she can't I don't care what he told you. There is nothing worse than a younger person being rude and sarcastic to a customer and an employee!! I understand they are saying there is a shortage but they had plenty of Turkeys. She told me to buy Weis cards and the employees could come in themselves. Not satisfied at all!! I bought Visa gift cards that way they do not have tog o to WEIS. I then had to stand at the register (only 1 open) with the cashier and peel all the tags on the back. They have lost our business, we will go elsewhere for all our employee needs!!

Posting for my husband Frank Reichl. "Last week when shopping at MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, I saw a man with a gun/holster. Asked a mgr what the gun policy was. She wasn't sure but went to speak to the shopper. She found out from him that he had a permit. In PA, no permits are needed for open carry so it's up to private entities to allow guns or not. There have been 101 mass shootings as of today. Weis has no policy nor training for employees for gun emergency? I called corporate, spoke to Lyndsey, and asked for a call back, as she had no idea. Never received a call. We will not return to the store. Your attitude - "it won't happen here" - is both short sighted and dangerous."

I asked could the meat cutter clean the lunch meat cutter ,her response was she been here since 7am. And she is not doing it the Manager ended up cutting the meat and cleaning it off. Daye of occurance 9/17/2022 @4:10. She needs to be disciplined.Wow. Fort Meade Weiss

On Saturday I stopped at the Selinsgrove store. Within 10 feet I saw my 1st shopper WITHOUT a mask, I then saw an employee(assistant mgr.? dark hair). After asking if the mask requirement was not required she told me that if the shopper said they had medical reasons for not wearing a mask they were NOT required to use one. Within the next 10 minutes I saw 5 more shoppers without masks. Whats up? Did you stop taking on line shopping list? Do you refuse to take food out? Who made the decision that a few shoppers would be allowed to endanger everyone else? I left your store feeling very uncomfortable.

So I was given a ham for a present and since I don’t have a receipt I can only get a $15 gift card from upper management at corporate so they tell me they will be sending it to me and it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received anything from them. I do a lot of shopping there cos they always have great deals on there meat but I will not be shopping there again if I don’t receive it soon. Every time I go in there I get looked at like I am a thief and the assistant manager there is always watching me when I go in there and it’s beginning to make me feel uncomfortable. So that being said I will only be giving them a 2 Star rating

I'm going to stop shopping at weis because it seems like there's only 1 or 2 actual cashiers at registers. The rest is self checkout (I DO NOT WORK FOR WEIS) while there are 2 to 3 employees watching the self checkout lines instead of putting them on a register!!!! I would suggest if you're going to make people ring up and their own groceries that we get a discount for doing so!!

I shop at the Weis Market #22 in Lock Haven, PA. The staff and management there are very pleasant and helpful. I have some physical handicaps and unfortunately on August 9, 2020, I passed out while in the store and the managers on duty that night were very helpful in making sure I got the help I needed. Unfortunately I can't remember their names, but I want Corporate to know that you have great employees at Weis Market #22

I was at the emmaus pa.No staff. Only kid on and he was already 1/2 hour late for his lunch break.Aways spend about $300 a week. Have cash and had to go to this small self check out bag my food and put it on the floor. Not appropriate, asked about a Manger!! No only kids running the place. Not going back, been going for over 20years

This web page for Weis Customer Service advertises customer service as being open from 8am to 12am. I called several times using the provided link and get the same recording. "... Our normal business hours are from 8 to 4:30..."If you are careless about choosing managers you may lose employees and lawsuits from improper behaviour. Errors come and go, but Customer Service is the first point of contact for customers. Being careless about the accuracy of reference information on your company website speaks volumes about why your star rating is completely unacceptable.I will find the name of the CEO and file a formal complaint about false advertising on the website as well as the arrogant manager and ignorant security officer, Who both insulted my intelligence at Weis on Security Blvd in Windsor Mill, MD.

My issues are addressed immediately with courtesydesk employee or phone to Sunbury, PA.Overcharges, rain checks,product disappointments, rotten watermelon or rewards, it is best to talk to a manager until you are satisfied because the grocery store business is a 600 billion $ money machine that reaps big revenue.Don't let them take your hard earned money until you are satisfied with the product.Also, check you store receipt for errors if you have 15 minutes as you can find biggest money scam.

Good morning, I have been a loyal customer at Weis Grocery store for a while. Your store on 883 Russell Ave Gaithersburg, Md 20879 is a disaster. Your manager I believe her name is Lavona, I could be spelling it wrong but she is not professional at all. No registers was open. This is at 7 :15am in the morning with 7 people in line and the self service, we were told they didn't have cash.Please revisit your stories to make changes that is valuable to the public. This will be my last time at ANY WEIS. Unhappy Customer

Still waiting for someone from the 12th Street Weis store or corporate to contact me been two weeks if not a little more. Come to find out that the wise management has nothing else better to do when there's a problem other than to lie to a customer, I wrecked my car in the morning hours of 7:30 a.m. approximately in the parking lot that was snow and ice-covered I was told that no one called to have anything plowed or sold it I come to find out that the fact is there is no company that plows and salts for them because they quit I really truly like to have a phone call back to discuss what I'm going to do and what is going to be done about this because apparently the last time it snowed which was just about a week ago this plowing and salting wasn't done either she was pretty unsafe and again you would think Weis corporate would want to say something to me show me a video how to grow a set and give me a call I've only giving them my number my email address and everything else several times

My concern is the way the situation was handled in regards to a delivery order. You use a third-party company(Shipt) that doesn't take the responsibility of fault that are made. We normally used instacart but my mother wanted to take advantage of the sales that you had; so I created an account for your store. I am always in store number #287 and they know me and I know them, but today was not #287 but store #45 our delivery was placed in someone else's home and it took over 8 hours to get it resolved. We never received the groceries. Most delivery companies that we use ,either give you an email receipt to show delivery confirmation or a photo of where the product has been delivered.Amazon,Instacart, Safeway & Peapod do this; your store with your third party company(Shipt) did not and it cost your store $175.00I am a business owner myself and if I had to cough up loss of $175.00 of free groceries no matter how my accountant adjusted numbers on my p&l I would be highly upset. I understand that things happen, but this could have been totally prevented. Why partner with a company that has no preventive measures for situations like this and it leaves the customer stranded and a very distasteful image of your store brand.

I usually have no trouble at weis in manheim pa however last Val. Day the amount of flowers at the front door as well as in front of the registers caused my allergies to go threw the roof. Two hits on inhalor and shot of my epipen later i was ok. Spoke with corp as well as store and thought they understood how bad it can be. Well today,day before Eater, i go in to get my ham etc and again flowers galore. I went to my car called the store informed them about my allergies and that i couldnt even get my ham. Was told by the manager i will pass it to corp. And was hung up on. So no easter dinner for my family and no more shopping at Manheim Weis!!!!

I love shopping at the Weis Market on Grayson Rd. I received a coupon for "NTB". The location is store # 542 on Jonestown Rd. I took my car there for an oil change on 7-10-18 and they left black footprints on my light tan floor mat. Black handprints on my light tan door handle. They did not clean my door and told me that they can't clean my floor mat. Please do not print any more coupons for "NTB -National Tire & Battery".
