There are a lot of hard workers there. Good coffee and most times a welcoming service. The one gent I see always helping out is Maverick good dude and always ready to help. The whole crew he is with helps a lot. I would have said more of them as well, but I didn't catch their names (sorry about that). Thanks for getting our coffees right, by the way.

I come here every weekend and ive never had an experience like i did today. I go in look for my order didnt see it and some guy doing the mobile orders said we arent even on that order i dont have it. Got my phone showed him and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he instead said its not my job to look at the name thats your job.

What I like about this place: while it doesn't have a lot of it's own parking space, it's literally in the middle of a huge parking lot. Parking is never a problem.They keep it clean, well maintained and presentable.The service is average, and usually have some interesting personalities on staff. I've never personally experienced any bad product, so that's great too. (The hashbrowns at the Danville location tastes weirdly like burnt plastic 100% of the time I order them)What could be better: There's limited places to plug in and charge your device, so if you're coming in to drink cheap coffee all day while writing haiku, make sure you set up shop early.Another factor that could be improved upon is employee health and disease spread awareness - Only one employee was wearing a mask (in my opinion, anyone who is working with food should be wearing something over their mouth) and there were a couple employees walking around openly coughing without any attempt to cover their mouth.All in all, I'll return when convenient because it's better than other dunkins in the area.

Normally my coffee is done well and this is my favorite dunkin in the area but be careful when you order their cold brews. They left a bunh of coffee grounds in my order. Thankfully I was going home and just filtered them out but if I wasn't able to do this, I'd be a little upset with having to drink the grounds.

All of the "cooked" food tastes like burnt plastic...this has happened on several occasions. The service is mediocre at best for a place that is consistently busy. If your order is right or made correctly twice in a row, you hit the lottery.Parking: It is absolutely AWFUL getting to the drive thru and 99% of the time you are sitting in traffic on the main road.

Stopped by it was not busy. Drive through was not busy nor the lobby. Service was slow. 3 people in the store and 3 or 4 in drive through. Ive been in. Took them over 10 mins to take my and over 10 just to get it. I got a cup of coffee, donut and a sandwich. 2 of the employees were just standing there at the counter, one was standing in the lobby. The store was dirty. If you have time to lean you have time to clean.

Afternoon staff are rude cashier told me to hurry it up when i was try to more my car to the window(car in front of me couldn't move because of traffic). I never pay the same price comparing morning and afternoon( I always get the same thing). The price is always more and changes in the afternoon. Plus, the afternoon staff make it however they want not what's on the sticker. Morning crew are great, afternoon are horrible.

Was a really nice establishment. They sell coffee doughnuts and other breakfast food items here at this spot. The bathroom was nice and clean the door was locked but if you ask for a key at the front they'll give it to you. Also this place gets a bit busy in the morning hours. So it is a little hard to work here. But overall would say is a nice coffee shop

The girl who took my order was very nice. My order was perfect. Thank you for being so kind. You don't know how much that means to me. I honestly worked in fast food for over 10 years. The coffee is always hot and freshly brewed. I order with cream and sugar and the amounts are exactly right for my taste. A nice display of donuts and other pastries. Service is always friendly and fast. Always clean and the staff is friendly. The outside is well maintained. It is always busy and sometimes the drive thru is congested but moves along quickly

The morning shift is more friendly and upbeat than the second shift. I got the Avocado toast two different times and the first time there was no bacon and the second time it was the smallest slice of toast I have ever seen. I just don't order it anymore and I am always in that area in the afternoon.

The workers here are ALWAYS in a nasty mood. I stopped going here for a while because it’s so terrible. I stopped in today however because I got a gift card and it was on my way to where I was heading, and nothings changed at all.

Ordered my pumpkin iced coffee while I stood outside. Walked in a minute later. Had my beverage moments after that. Very fast service. The employee was very polite. And most importantly, my drink was prepared the exact way that I had requested it. Keep up the good work guys!!! The store was clean too, but I was only in there mere moments before I had my drink and good to go so not enough down time to scope the place. 🤘😁

Closing time was set for 10pm but they actually closed at 9pm. Which would be fine but this was not displayed anywhere, and they stopped answering the drive thru with a full line of customers at 8:50pm. When I drove around the side to the window after not being answered from 8:55-9:02 only to be told “we’re closed!” And when I said you might want to turn the menu light off so the line of customers know, I was responded to with “what do you you want me to do about it”. This is not an isolated incident of staff choosing to close at random times or before actual closing time. Management needs to step up.

used to be good, now with new workers everything is going downhill. everything, but one thing, i ordered today was wrong. i asked for 10 assorted munchkins, i got all glazed. i ordered bacon avocado toast, received a regular avocado toast, i asked for extra sugar and whipped cream on my coffee and got neither. this is not the first time this has happened. the person taking my order repeated my entire order to me and got everything right, but when i actually received the food and drinks it was not good at all. the guy at the window did not say a single word to us either.

Ordered a large hot chocolate. The cup felt kind of light. Took tye lid off when I got home to discover it was just over half way full. A large means a FULL cup, NOT half a cup. I got ripped off for what I paid full price for!!!!!

It's honestly a hit or miss on your order but the people in the morning are always very friendly! I frequent this place and my order is right 4/5 times (getting what I paid for) and made right 3/5 times (no chocolate drizzle or half sweet)
