Cvs pharmacy closed at 2pm today, not 6pm as indicated on the hours. If you had a vaccine appointment after 2pm, it was not honored. If you have a prescription, you could not pick it up and you also cannot get the prescription from another location if it was already filled. Not cool CVS. This location has a reputation of not being dependable.Update: Went back to pick up the prescription and there were signs the pharmacy was closing at 2pm again.

I was able to walk in and buy a passport photo using the self print station and the self checkout, without either machine stopping to let me know my passport photos weren't going to work.I came back and told the manager on duty, Gethel, and they were able to fix me up with new passport photos that met all certifications, and in like, ten minutes!As much as I wish the machines hadn't have let me get to the post office with incorrect photos, Gethel was super awesome and fixed everything instantaneous: thanks so much!!

I stopped at the store during their regular hours and as I was heading inside I was greeted by an obnoxious worker who very rudely let me know they decided to close early. I'm not sure who is in charge of this branch, but it seems to be very poorly run with staff that feel as if they can do whatever they want and treat customers like trash. The way I was spoken to in a very nonchalant and rude manner just let me know that this is a normal occurrence.

Horrible pharmacy staff. Treat you like a second class citizen because of certain types of medications you get. Been there 4 times in 2 days and they still don't have my prescription for my LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICATION ready yet! So I have to go back for a fifth time or just die. Thanks CVS, real professionals.

Absolutely worst CVS I've been to. Prescription was called in 3 days ago for my daughter so we went to pick it up and it wasn't ready they said it would be an hour or so so we went back again and it still was not ready and we have to wait for it. When your doctor asked what pharmacy it would be wise to choose another one. This is beyond unreasonable. I've went to Milton CVS for 4 years and the prescriptions are always ready when picked up.

The pharmacist Stan is very rude and needs to learn how to speak to customers. He was just as rude to the people working at the register. He actually made one of the poor girls behind the counter cry. I felt unsafe around him and other people in line felt uncomfortable too. I will not be returning to that store.

I love this location. Stan is very helpful and knowledgeable. And up front usually have Nicole, Devin, Gretchin, or Morgan.All are very helpful and plesant. I miss Suzie, Inhear she retired. Best of luck to her. And keep up the good work.

Went twice to pick up prescription after receiving messages that they were ready 1st time they were not ready.2nd time pharmacy closed when hours indicated they should be open. Went for scheduled flu shop thru there app. Pharmacy closed. Im think im done with CVS in Sunbury

Always some sort of problem with something. This past time they called said pill not approved, then call Monday saying they have it. The one lady is nice but nice dont always get the job done.
