It's convenient being right here in town when you just need a couple things for a project. But if you go in with questions, some staff are helpful while others seem like they couldn't be bothered. I'm a hands on person that likes to solve my own problems if I can, but sometimes I don't know exactly what I need. It's helpful to describe the problem to someone and get the solution.

I came here today for the first time. I had to get a piece to fix our broken kitchen sink facet. The lady who came to me and my dad in the plumbing department was wonderful. She showed us how to find the right piece to match our facet. The lady saw that the piece would be hard to match because it was so rusted. So she recommended that we change the whole facet which is really what we wanted to do. We just could never find a replacement facet because our sink has the facet directly on the wall and not on the sink itself like other sinks have. The lady even took us to the isle where the sink facet is. So it was a miracle that this store had it. So yes, the lady was great and explained everything to me and my dad. The store itself is nice. Has a good selection of houseware products. Prices are a little high, but not overpriced. The other staff seems friendly enough. I like this store better than Jones Hardware, which is the store that's closer to where I live.

It's a very clean store and the staff go above and beyond! I can find items here that I can't even find at a big store like Lowe's. They have a huge variety in a small space. Also, they have convenient off-street parking.

I've never had anything but great experiences here. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They seem like they genuinely want to help you. At other hardware stores I've been made to feel like I was a nuisance. They're really wonderful.

Coles has very helpful employees. If you cannot find an item they are more than willing to help you find what is needed. If they don't have the exact item they at least suggest a substitute item which may help

They've been a great help. Staff is knowledgeable on most repairs you can make with stuff sold in store, and are very friendly

Went to Coles with no clue what I was doing with a plumbing issue. There was a nice young man in the plumbing area that looked at the picture and got me everything I needed and walked me through how to connect it all.

I like Cole's, you can find about anything you are looking for from Christmas trees to kids swimming pool s . There biggest down fall is they are expensive. If you are just as close to a wal Mart, or k Mart or even weis's they would be cheaper than Cole's.
