My wife Diane is the owner. She's been at the same location since March 2005. She's been a pet groomer for over 24 year. Before moving to Pennsylvania she was grooming at Selmars Petland in Huntington NY. After leaving Selmars she worked for Petco in Commack NY. She would have been able to transfer to Petco in Wilkes-Barre. But she was unfamiliar with the roads & didn't like driving in ice & snow. So her only option was to start her own business. The enjoys working with pets. She treats all the pets as it was her own. Her shop was designed so people can see they pets as they are getting groomed. She stated once if you can't see your pet while they are getting groomed what are (the other groomers) they hiding
