Went to Yuppy Puppy Pet Shop today and what an experience! The staff was super friendly and we even got to hold the cutest and sweetest bunny. We had such a great time, we even lost track of time. My daughter and I had so much fun. Everything in there was super clean and super cute. Please go check this place out!

Wonderful experience today at Yuppy Puppy! Kristina was so helpful with information about the breed, care, and logistics… we ended up adding to our family! The women who work at the store are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. They sell $2,000 + price puppy mill dogs who are confined in small closets filled with wood chips, with no beds. They won’t let you see the dogs unless you commit to buying them. I feel sorry for the dogs. Adopt don’t shop.Update: Look at the owner’s snarky response to my post! Unprofessional!

We love stopping in pet stores to visit dogs, cats, lizards, birds etc. We saw this place from the street, we aren't local. Walking in the store it's very clean and organized. Staff is very helpful, their prices are high but they offer payment plans. We looked at this adorable English Bulldog, cutest rolls of fur EVER. They also ha e a pair of birds that they hand fed themselves. Sweetest birds ever and should be bought together.

Came with my daughter to find a puppy for my granddaughter. When ww came in, we were greated with a smile. All the staff here are so friendly. I recommend this place to everyone. You will find beautiful puppies here.

Would not recommend the manager was very rude, and I hope she is nicer with the animals than she is with people! And read the bad reviews before you purchase anything they’re basically all the same on how they are rude, etc. they will take your money and will not work with you if there’s any issue. Go somewhere else!

We purchased a beautiful healthy female Boston Terrier. The ladies here are extremely helpful and friendly. They are not all about a quick sale which is nice. I could not be any happier then I am now. We went to the vet on 24November for a health and wellness check and our little lady is very healthy. Thank you Christina, Kat and Ally for everything!I have read through the comments and disagree with these negative Karen types. #1) yes they honor military discount. How do I know? Because I received one and saved a lot of money. Thank you Christina for giving me such an amazing deal. #2) the price of these pets. Look, you can spend anywhere from a couple hundred to thousands of dollars for a puppy, I did my research and believe I got a good price. #3), you can't touch the pet unless you are going to buy it. Seriously? They are protecting the animal from the germs that we carry on us. Also, if it was me I wouldn't let just anyone come in and pet the animals. It is very upsetting for the animal when someone comes in, gives them love and affection, then turns around and leaves. They let us check out Serenity (aka "Piglet") so I don't understand the problem. 4th, claiming they support puppy mills in Lancaster. My girl came from out of state from a highly reputable breeder, I looked into him. So thats is a load of bull. And finally, saying that those of us who purchased our babies from here should adopt instead, is insane. I've adopted 2 pets off the street and 1 from another person who couldn't keep him. Adopting through a rescue can be stressful and a lot of work. I went to a rescue trying to adopt and the hoops we had to jump through were a lot. I understand why and thats because they don't want the dog to come back. But still, I don't like it. All I can say is I am happy and if you are looking for a pet check them out, develop your own opinion. My experience was great, yours could be too.

Be very careful of this store. Went in for parakeet food. Cashier asked me to buy a different food (cockatiel) saying it's fine for parakeets and she would get some sort of bonus for selling the other brand. So we got it. Within a week of using this food, both parakeets died. The manager, Christina, could care less, showed no remorse, gave no help, just said there's nothing they can do and that the owner was never available to speak to me. Not good customer service or caring about pets and pet families.

We bought a mini jack puppy from here, and I highly recommend this place. They take excellent care of all the animals, have a terrific crew, and keep everything immaculate. My puppy has brought such happiness into our home. He is both adorable and very intelligent! The staff is great, and I just want to say thank you so much!

Yuppy Puppy had always been a great place to come look at animals and purchase food and other assessories. The staff has always been so helpful. I bought my little Yorkie pup here 6 years ago and she is the best fur baby. No regrets! I will always come to this place to make my purchases on puppy supplies.

Terrible management and shady sales practices!! Ive been coming here for a decade and after this latest interaction, I will no longer step foot in there again. After finding the puppy I have been looking for, I was told she was not forsale yet. After inquiring how to proceed, I was told by the first sales person that the first person who comes in on X day would be able to buy her. After discussing it, I felt that something was awry. After approaching the sales person again, I offered to put a substantial deposit down and was told that wasn' their policy and IF they could make an exception that I'd need to call the manager 2 days later. Another sales person over heard this and stepped in and said that deposits are not a problem and was visibly lost when I brought up the 2 days wait to talk to a manager.To my surprise, after speaking to the manager, 2 days later like we were told, someone else put a deposit down... I was the FIRST to offer a deposit and was the one who even gave them that possibly. What if I did wait till X day like I was originally told to wait and took off of work only for the puppy to be sold???Terrible customer service and even worse sales practices.My theory is that the first sales person knew the other interested parties personally and that's why I was told to wait 2 days.

We got our sweet boy today! The staff was so helpful! Olivya was very knowledgeable about the breed and all supplies needed for him. She helped us pick out and try on his harness and collar. I have been a two time customer of this pet store, and I have “adopted” two puppies and the quality of the puppies which are now 4 yrs and 2 yrs is perfect. The store is very clean and the puppies are well cared for.Update: this is Meechelle who is a 3 yr Siberian Husky purchased at Yuppy Puppy. YUP! Yuppy Puppy Pet Shop is the place to go for your furry friend’s needs. They have it all…Rihanna offered incredible customer service from the time I walked into the door. In the back a saw a staff person pouring love into one of the puppies. I’m glad I ran across this place and I will shop there again.

I just got my first bunny, Petals, from here and it was pretty great! he’s a Dutch bunny they sold me for $90. vet said he was healthy and well behaved. it was a friendly staff that was very helpful and even waited till I was about to drive over to pick him up! I just wish they knew how old he was and the vet had to tell me his gender but that’s okay they made the experience quick and easy and I truly love my new friend. thank you!

We purchased a golden retriever in September, she’s had Guardia, and stomach issues constantly since then. We have taken her to the vet every month due to stomach problems. She was an expensive purchase and the vet bills are accumulating. I’m not sure what the breeder of these puppies was but it’s sad to love a pet you no longer can afford to care for.
