This ShopRite is phenomenal. Everything is brand new and very clean. They have an amazing selection of prepared food and it all looks amazing. Wish I lived closer so I could do all my shopping here

Shelves are empty, lines are long.This is the worst I have ever seen this store look. Barely any meat or other products on the shelves. Not enough staff been in line to self checkout for 20 min. If I knew it would be like this I would have went to Walmart and saved a lot of money thought it would be worth coming here for better quality but I was totally wrong.

Brand new and beautifully laid out. So many great features from easy ordering at the deli, to a huge self checkout area, to wide aisles, plus all the sale items are in easy view for shoppers.The bakery items look and taste delicious. They have an amazing assortment of cheeses. The deli is fast and efficient plus you can order at the touch screen kiosk to the right of the counter and pick up later.Shelves are stocked with plenty of items and all sale items are available. Store is new and quite large. Aisles have plenty of space to maneuver. Also, plenty of parking outside with lots of entrances and cart returns. Hopefully, the shoppers keep it nice!

The owners of this (newly built) Shoprite outdid themselves! One-stop shopping for the majority of your daily needs.Incredible well and fully stocked shelves with a huge selection of all different items.Fresh fish and a hand-cut butcher shop.No more Restaurant after the Covid-19 shutdown.

We finally have a store in the Poconos with variety of products at great prices and with friendly service. Easy parking, great products and promotions. I love the cheese selection! Additionally you can get hot food to go or eat in, beer and wine, fresh fish and seafood(!), sushi, great selection of meats that can be cut to your liking on the spot. The staff is very attentive and eager to serve. I have never experienced any less than exceptional service, even when I had an issue. Recommend it with no doubt!Update 2022:Since my last review I had a chance to order catering quite few times for my parties. Every time the food came out right, very tasty, and on time. Staff at catering counter was very attentive. I also ordered cake for my daughter's bday and it was also exactly to my order and she loved the decorations. Thank you to all ShopRite Stroudsburg staff! 😀

The BRAND NEW ShopRite in Stroudsburg Mall is amazing. It's huge and has everything you need. It's a one stop shop for all of your needs. There is a sports bar and many different sections with all different kinds of food. There's many different stations that you can now have personalized orders. They now do catering there as well.

I frequented this establishment as soon as it opened, it closed for a while probably due to covid. In the beginning it was fantastic, not anymore the current management staff and employees must be running some sort of price gouging racket. I was charged 17$ for a shot while everyone who came in after and ordered the same thing were charged 6 or 7$ I also was in before the end of happy hour . The bartender ran to the guy ordering after me and told him to wait for me to leave to order not knowing we were going to see each other right after and he told me what was said. This isn't the first time this happened to me there but I thought it was an anomaly poor poor management here.

It's all brand new. Location changed from East Stroudsburg to Stroudsburg and I LOVE the sore. Boars Head Deli, Restaurant, Fresh Fish, Hot Food, Prepared Foods, Wine and many organic, new and different items that most stores don't have. Bakery is wonderful too.

This place should be shut down it's the dirtiest sea food department l've ever been the employee don't wear gloves at all I watched them drop piece of salmon on the floor pick it up and put it on the table Employee Dan is extremely rude to customers and the others workers the salmon was horrible it didn't look like they tried to make it right the Fish was slimy I was told to buy here by a friend of mines named bob who said he always buys here and that theres a black kid with Afro no HAIR NET maybe I should of came on a different day but over all worst EXPERIENCE place I ever been too the health inspector should shut this place down !!I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!

This is a well stocked store but the people at the sandwich station and deli are literally brain dead. Everytime I go there it's like they all just started and have no idea what is going on.

Love shopping here. Very spacious and everyone is nice however, today I went to Tanya's counter (3)to check out and she was extremely rude. I'll try to stick to self check out from now on.

I love this Shoprite. It's new and it def looks like it. Great shopping. Caviat: The shopping carts tho SUCK bad the wheels are aweful but thats about it.

I was hesitant to review however I am done with that store. At Home staff is rude & unapologetic for delays. Always out of stocks, just not worth the trip.

While the store is very nice, some of your employees are just downright unpleasant and unhelpful. I was at the self checkout (and I’m in this store a lot as I’m a store manager at another store in this mall ) I had a question about the price on a loaf of bread and the 2 girls refused to walk over to the bread section and look into it. They were lazy and clearly didn’t want to be bothered by a customer as they were too busy chatting. They made it very clear that I was annoying them by asking for help. So I walked over and got another loaf of bread myself. To be fair, most of the employees here are quite helpful. I can only assume that their manager wasn’t around so they didn’t feel that they needed to do their jobs.

The deli is slow and horribly understaffed. The items I want are never out in the case. Please oh please get more people working the deli or at least improve the selection of meats already cut in the deli togo case. The staff they do have are friendly at least.

Wasnt happy Saturday early evening had one cashier available. The shelves were not stocked. Yes I know sunday starts a new sale day but when I spending between 250 - 300 per week there I would expect some damn service. Have been shopping at shop rite for 20 years but lately they disappoint.

Since Shoprite moved from where it was they've gotten bigger & better in alot of ways but has gone down in alot of ways. Recently I called to find out about a buggy. The kind you use for grocery's. Unfortunately the person I spoke with was a bit rude when I asked her information.

Recently I had to shop on jersey shoprite . It was nice but not like home in Pennsylvania. Well today I was in Pennsylvania and went and this food there is so much cheaper and taste better. Just look at this white peach unbelievable, just sweet as candy!

The store is new and a bit overwhelming as to direction. There seems to be a reduction in some items but then they have tried to expand in several other and new ideas. The cashier area seems crowded again but the individual check-out system is much larger which makes the "hurried" shopper happier. The management is friendly for the most part and the customer service personnel especially Sharon couldn't be more customer pleasing knowledgeable and helpful...the store is lucky to have her. I

So disappointed I just moved to the area and thought I found my store. When I got home the fish I got from the seafood counter let off such a disgusting smell when I opened the package. Turned off. Def don’t do the seafood counter.
