I never write reviews. And if I could give 100 stars, I would. But I feel like Pocono-Pets-and-Stuff deserve all the clients they can get! I won’t be taking my poodle anywhere else! The groomer is just so patient and actually loves what she does! My poodle is a very anxious little bean. She loves people but hate being groomed. Last time I took her to get groomed, I haven’t even left the parking lot after dropping her off before I got a call that my dog bit the groomer. When I got there, the groomer looked like she had a huge attitude and was just over it. As if she took the time to even try. I wanted someone compassionate and understanding of my dog’s needs. In Pocono-Pers-and-Stuff, the groomer showed so much love for my baby, I felt comfortable leaving her. She was badly matted because it was hard finding the perfect groomer. And I finally did! It took all day for her to get shaved down (only because my dog is very anxious). But it was all worth it. My poodle came back looking better than I expected! She took time to not only make my poodle comfortable with her, but also made sure she didn’t hurt my dog or stressed her out. Very happy with the results. If you have a anxious baby that just don’t like getting groomed. This is your place. Your baby will be loved and cared for the same way you would if you groomed them. Best part is, I expected my dog to have a few cuts here and there from being badly matted and because she moves so much. I haven’t found not 1little cut. AMAZING! Thank you guys for treating my baby like your own! I will definitely see you guys soon!

These ladies were absolutely wonderful! I had so much anxiety leaving my precious boy with them, they were very kind and compassionate. The groomer did exactly what I asked for and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this groomer!

I bring all of my little darlings to Pocono Pets and Stuff. They are well cared for and always look perfect! My long haired Chihuahua, Blue, just loves Giselle. Are they a bit Expensive? Yup. Worth it? ABSOLUTELY.

I want to thank Giselle for not only the amazing job she did with my sister in law’s dog but her compassion with my situation. I was trying to surprise my sister in law who is battling cancer in the hospital by getting her dog groomed for Mother’s Day. I called countless places and everyone was booked including Giselle’s establishment. After learning about my dilemma she was so sympathetic and made the exception to take her in. I was able to surprise my sister in law. The look on her face was priceless. I am so grateful to you for making this Mothers Day special for both of us. You have gained a loyal customer.

I bring my dogs there and I could not ask for a better service. My dog is a biter and the others are ok. When they go to this place I don’t have to muzzle any of them. She is patient and kind to the animals. She talks to them while clipping nails.I love this place and I love the staff. Kaper is not an easy dog and this process is simple with her.

What a wonderful experience our 2 English Bulldogs had with this team. We travel full time and it was about 2 months since their last groom, (bath and Nails trimmed) My girl is very skittish to nail trims, cries and can be very dramatic but she was a champ with this groomer. The white fur was really white and they both smelled fresh and clean. They made a video of them being hand dried with dryer which I thought they would both would not like. I give her permission to post that video and pics with this review. My dogs were very comfortable and I feel like the staff took excellent care of my fur babies. I will be back in the fall and will secure appointments for there services, bath, dried, de- funked , ears clean, teeth brushed (What a treat! ) and nails cuts. I felt the price was a great value! I feel like they took the stress out of unknown for me and the pups. I highly recommend this salon for all your pet grooming needs. Thanks so much for a excellent experience. Copper and Penny!!

I will never come here or take my dog to any groomers again. I came to this place many times with the same dog of mine. never had any problems. then the most recent time my dog came back with her entire under of the jaw and throat swollen huge. they must have had the collar are her neck way too night and were being way to rough with her that she now has an injury to her salivary gland. its called salivary mucocele and she is having trouble breathing and i need to spend thousands of dollars on her surgury so my dog doesnt die from how rough they were being with her. i dont even leave reviews on anything. i am so devastated and worried for my dog. be more gentle with the animals that go there for your grooming. this shouldnt have happened to my dog.

The owner is passionate about the pets and has a warm loving gentle touch with sensitivity to individual needs. I truly appreciated her kindness with my high strung Morky . He looked so cute when she finished grooming him and he was not upset at all.I am asthmatic and hop that she will remember not to put any scented scarf or smells on him next time. But I will keep bringing him and remind her because I know he is safe and not upset when I go to get him.

I took my cat here for the first time to get his nails clipped and they were wonderful! So friendly and fast, which is important for my fidgety feline. Much more affordable than taking my cat to the vet to get a trim. I will definitely be coming back here for my cat’s monthly nail trims.

Not happy with my pup’s haircut what so ever. Her hair is extremely uneven especially on her head. Very overpriced for the service received. Maybe they were in a rush, but either way, the haircut was not what I asked for. When I brought her home my family asked what happened to my princess.

I have only had my dog’s nails clipped & paws trimmed at this shop. The owner is very skilled at quickly clipping nails. She has a very caring manner with dogs. She is also very cordial in general. The shop itself is a converted house. It is very stuffy and dirty.A person with allergies wouldn’t be able to breath in this shop. As far as grooming, the size of the grooming area is beat suited to small dogs. The dogs that I have seen come out of the shop after grooming, look very nice.

I absolutely love this place. Very affordable! I get my 3 Yorkies groomed here. My older Yorkie can be aggressive and I have tried getting him groomed at multiple places including Petsmart but will never be able to finish. This place is so great with my dog there’s nothing she can’t do!!! 100000% recommend!!!

The staff is super sweet and accommodating. I have shibas and they can be a handful but they've been great with them. I even had them do my grooming work before the national dog show this year and both of my show dogs came out perfectly. I highly recommend them to everyone.

It was our first time having our pooch groomed here. There's a nice little shop on one side and grooming area on the other. Every one was really sweet. We were very pleased. It is more expensive than two other groomers we go to. We will have to wait an extra week to spread the cost out.

The best dogs I've ever had in my family were from here! The owner is an amazingly passionate person when it comes to her potential pets. The place IS clean and all the animals well taken care of from puppy to Python! The only reason I don't visit more often is because the dogs I brought home from there lived to a ripe old age and we're of excellent temper!My Rhodesian just passed this week, and he came from there. Lived well beyond his expected years.We love you all at pets n stuff!!!!

Amazing!!!!!! She’s so nice and always kind to us and our dogs! When she thought she may have misplaced our leash she insisted on giving us a new one and then insisted we keep the new one when our’s turned up!! The dogs always come out beautiful and just as we asked, AND they smell great! On top of all that my dog is super aggressive when groomed and she cut his nails while I was still there and he barely blinked, she’s amazing with dogs and super nice and professional I couldn’t recommend anyone more!!!!!

We've been dog parents for most of our lives and have never has a more caring, friendly, professional grooming experience for our much loved pets. They are always looking & smelling amazing when they are done & lovingly cared for while they are there. The owner even voluntarily gave our latest rescue free bathes every week for a year because he needed medicated skin care. Where else in the world would this happen? The love shown to every animal here is instantly apparent. We've been going every 5 weeks for about 6 years & have never gotten anything but the treatment mentioned above & as long as we have pets, they'll be going to Pocono Pets-n-Stuff!

Best groomer ever!!! So pleasant and always willing to trim our dogs nails whenever we stop in. The dogs (&us) love her. Salon is spotless as well. Highly recommend.
