I scheduled my appt with Joe TT and the extra T must be for THOROUGH! He did exactly what I wanted, more importantly he LISTENED and PATIENTLY looked at previous photos (2) of what I wanted... the beginning of an Asian fusion style. I'm so happy it worked out with Joe TT and looking forward to the easy online rescheduling. Chewy looked and smelled clean, he is 5 years old and this was his first visit at PetSmart since he was a year old... I wasn't happy with the previous groomer(don't remember her name) Thanks again Joe!

Do NOT take ur dog here to get groomed. I repeat, do NOT take your dog to get groomed here. My dog looks horrible. It was a horrible job. I'm so angry that I can't even write what I really want to say. But, trust me when I say go elsewhere.Update: pics. Before and after.They shaved him completely when I showed him a picture of what I wanted.. Which was NOT at all to be shaved. I wanted the teddy bear cut. The cut is very choppy. Ayden was the groomer. I would advise for him to never cut a dogs hair ever again.

The employees at this Pet smart are extremely helpful and so kind! We were able to take a small field trip here to get our class pet. Their employees made sure the hamster we got was the best match for us and we couldn’t ask for a better hamster! I’m so thankful for the time they took to make our trip amazing!

My dog hair cut, looks like the groomers first practice cut, under No supervision. Didn't realize such the chopped job until I got home. I wonder if they really bathed my dog, because she had a little paint on her left ear and the paint was still on her left ear after the job was completed. There was a gash of hair missing in both her front right and left leg. Glad she wasn't cut. She smelled good, as if she's been sprayed with a perfume that made me sneeze Non-Stop and triggered my wife's asthma. I had to bathe my dog when I got home to get that smell out of her. I don't know what they did but my 🐕 is totally traumatized. Totally overpriced. $80 after the $10 tip $90. Almost $100 Not worth it! I'm expecting a refund...

We have adopted many dogs from AWSOM in the past several years, and always brought them here. We have always been 100% satisfied with the results. The groomers have been amazing.

I bought a hamster less than 2 months ago and it died. I ask the girl why is it so small and skinny. She said that it’s a baby and could had been a runt from its litter. I should had known better than accept that answer. When it really was sick the whole time. Never again will I purchase anything from petsmart,there employees are selling you sick animals.

NEVER AGAIN! So unsatisfied!My dogs haircut came out horrible. Requested a fluffy teddy bear look and don’t even know what they’ve done to my poor fur baby. He was left with very little to NO hair! Also, not to mention the cut isn’t evenly trimmed. What I asked for VS what I got. Shame on you petsmart!

O. K. But had to locate a associate with my questions, I did land up purchasing shampoo for my cat, and a preventative flea and tick treatment, one monthly purchase . I'll see how it goes to purchase more...... Thanks......

Me and my husband were reluctant on taking our toy Poodle to a chain store for grooming but now we are so glad we did. Liz did an amazing job. She was incredibly helpful and We recommend Liz for all your grooming needs.

The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. Their food is always amazing. It's always fresh. I always see new pots of homemade food being brought up from the kitchen. Even if there are hundreds of people in line it will always be worth your time.

I was a frequent customer before this. My wife and I came to this location to get parakeets. Was met with a hateful glare from the cashier with multiple face piercings and colored hair upon entry. Usually we are greeted with a friendly hello, not this time.. As we are checking out this same angry withdrawn cashier asks us if we have other birds. We said yes, a cockatiel. She starts her fake tears and joyfully tells us we cannot take the birds after she gleefully takes out her phone and Google if they are good together. Which THEY ARE and THEY CAN be in the same cage. She must've Googled cockatoos not cockatiels.We were going to but multiple birds. The gentlemen with the covid mask captured them for us...only to have to put them back.Very very unpleasant and unpleasant experience for us. Cashier had it out for us as soon as we walked in. She has serious emotional problems.We will never be back to this location.

My poor dog after being groomed here. Not sure what happened, they said she was stressed. After talking to some doggie ppl, I think my baby was choked in some way. Maybe the girl was answering the phone and left my dog unattended and she fell off the table and got choked. I don't think the girl did it on purpose but I also don't think this is stress. It was trauma. I wish they could be honest so I can properly care for her. Fair warning for all!

I wish petsmart would either take better care of animals, or stop carrying them all together. The animals look miserable. Tiny cages. Squished. At least their little torture chambers were clean, that’s one star.Pic is of a cockatiel with a perch so high it was making the poor little guy slouch. When I informed the employee, he first only offered to remove it. There were only two perches, and I informed him it’d be cruel to leave the bird with only one option, surely in their infinite inventory they have a perch that would fit. Eventually he did find one.I won’t shop here purely because of morals. Even small animals have feelings, and they shouldn’t be left to be like that.

Normally I would love to give a five-star review to businesses, but in my heart of heart, my experience was a lot less than good. My daughter went into the store to buy some fish for her dad’s birthday 3 baby Oscar’s. The next day they were all dead. I called Petsmart whomever I some t told us to bring the 3 dead fish back and I told them we didn’t have the receipt he said no problem, they will take care of us. My daughter returned with the 3 dead fish as requested, they sent her home with no refund and no fish. Later that evening I realized $50 is $50 which is not okay. After calling them tirelessly and them putting me on hold and the phone hanging up on me, they finally gave me the manager’s name. I called the manager on the day my daughter was to come back. Rebecca immediately understood and empathized with the situation, apologized for the previous treatment, and assured me my daughter will be well taken care of if she comes back. Rebecca kept her word and went above and beyond to make us satisfied customers. I write this review to personally tell Rebecca to thank you! Rebecca realized that it is the customers who keep our local businesses running. I only wish they had let Rebecca handle the situation from the beginning I would have then been able to give a five-star review. It's because of Rebecca this is Not a one-star review. Great customer service will never go out of style. Before I wrote this review I called Rebecca to tell her thank you in today's time you appreciate those who remember what true customer service is and it's unfortunate that people have forgotten how to offer that.

We have a new puppy and it was time for his first grooming. This was a painless experience for me and Rocky. Basic grooming. Bath and cut. Cleaned ears and butt. Nails trimmed too. He looked beautiful. I'm very happy. Will return. His grooming Stephanie was great we will book with her again. The pic is before. I will.post an "after" soon.

We went to get 2 new toys for our dogs and it was right around closing time and bunch of people checking out and the one customer had a lot of canned food and it was taking the cashier a while to scan them since they were all adifferent and she had to scan them individually for inventory and we saw 4 staff members that could have helped her but instead it seemed they were laughing at her instead of helping and hopping on a register. All of us in line were disgusted with the behaviour and were standing in line over 20 minutes after closing

A great place to get fish (if you don't expect them to know much about each kind...do your own research, anyway.) and fish supplies. They also have a reasonably priced and talented dog groomer.

Staff needs better training - multiple bad experiences with a young female weekend cashier being far too talkative. Don't care to have someone guess at my fish problems only to constantly need more information, to then continue to misdiagnose. Annoying.

I took my puppy here for grooming and she had an absolute blast. The staff were very patient and polite with her. And we're accommodating when there was an issue with a tag machine. 10 out if 10 great experience and will be coming back!

I went and got my daughter her first fish tank and let her pick out her fish we took them home and after doing everything we were supposed to 4 hours later all the fish are dead. Now they want me to bring all the dead fish bodies back and test the water before even thinking about replacing the fish. How do I explain that to my 3 year old?!

I take my dog to the vet there & the staff is very good with him. My only concern is that my dog and I have been suffering from the skin condition, hair loss, & large dark black patches under the skin. We both have some sort of parasite that is burrowed deep in the skin...and constantly have worms and black "stuff" coming out from them. I have been back many times for issues with this, something, and repeatedly told it's just an allergy and darkening of the pigment even though he constantly has worms and some kind of black bugs constantly falling from him.Other then that...they're really nice. The wellness plans are also a great healthy pet program. 👍🐶🐱.
