This is the second time shopping in this store. I really like the selection of foods, neat looking. My biggest complaint for both times is the cashier's both different individuals separate times were very rude. Did not smile nor say hello looked annoyed that I had so many groceries for them to ring up. No customer service whatsoever. I left uncomfortable I was annoyed for sure didn't ask to help bag anything. I felt as if they were doing me a favor while I was spending my hard earned money.

Another great for groceries in the East Stroudsburg area: plenty of healthy organic products, good variety of good quality groceries and reasonable choice of household items too. For some reason organic more expensive produce may be in unsatisfactory shape due to prolonged shelf display term, I think. Other than that - great place!

Great store, great selection, great prices, however the location is not the type best. You don't want to send your daughter or wife to this part of town at night. Quite often there are thefts and robberies in this area during the day time.

Giant has some of the best produce around. They also have a great “health” aisle - gluten-free, paleo, keto, vegan - a big variety of products. Giant is not my go-to for when I need to do a week’s worth of shopping due to slightly higher prices, but I will definitely stop there for a few things, especially for organic produce or a specialty item I may be looking for. Giant is also very clean and bright. 😊

Great place to shop. They have a huge produce section. Nice deli section and make fresh sushi as well. This place has pretty much everything you'll need for your meals and some.

I notice the quality of fruit is declining as well as the dates on chips, and I saw other items' pass date I reported once before and brought bad bacon back before not eating meat. But they have to step it back up!

Every experience I have had in this store has been frustrating. The selection is terrible compared to the bartonsville store--half of the aisles don't even have food in them. Worst is the check-out experience. The sensors are so touchy, the whole thing stops if you move anything in the slightest. Giant's food prices keep going up, yet they barely have any staff checking people out--why am I paying $5 for eggs when they've obviously cut payroll? Why am I doing the work that staff do for free? The staff that are there are not polite on the occasion that they need to assist you with the inevitable issues of the self-checkout computer . One of the aisles just lazily has a cash money taker in it so you can check yourself out even though there's no room for you to maneuver your cart and do the work at the same time. I used to love giant, but I guess they have prioritized corporate greed over a good experience. This is my closest grocery store; I am now actively avoiding going there. Shame.

I stopped in this store today - it was only the 2nd time I've ever been in this location. Wanted to take a minute to acknowledge your staff member "Lisa" who works in the deli. She handled my deli order on both of my visits and was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. At today's visit she actually remembered me from last week and welcomed me back. It's so nice to receive such excellent, friendly service. Thank you Lisa!

The pasta in the organic aisle natures promise brand has bugs in it … I told them returned it got what they said was a new case .. brought it home bugs in it … went back in they all have the same date stamp on them back on the shelves

Clean. Nicely lit. Helpfull & curtious employees. Prices are high on some items reasonable on others. They have a nice variaty of foods & items. They need to dix the bench outside as well as put another one. Make sure homeless aren't taking the benches from those waiting for the bus. As well as asking for money.

I really love this Giant location. They have everything and it’s middle of the road as far as pricing goes (you may be able to find things more cheaply, but this definitely isn’t the most expensive place either!) the selection is good and they still have cashiers, for the most part. The staff is helpful, the wine and beer selection is nice. The bakery could be a little a larger though, they don’t have a lot of baked goods they’ve made in the store. Other than that, great location, convenient, parking lot is nice. Oh, one thing, the carts have these automatic stoppers on them and bc of that, many have flat wheels, so pay attention when picking a cart.

I love Giant. It's clean, bright, close to home, and the items are reasonably priced. Also, Nixzaliz deserves the biggest shoutout for being such a hardworking manager! She is amazing and always goes above and beyond for us customers. She's the walking embodiment of the phrase "big things come in small packages." Her smile is contagious and she's hilarious!

The giant over on Lincoln avenue in East Burg is wonderful and generally a good vibeThe people are so much nicer there and the work environment is not as tense as tannersville..The employees here actually enjoy working.And it shows.

I am visiting from New York city. Sale price items are with club card. It makes no sense for me to sign up because there are no 'Giant' store where i live. Cashier didn't want to use their card so I didnt get the discount.

Excellent staff helpful friendly the food service is always look fresh and aside from not getting employment at the time of following application I would say my experiences at Giant have always been respectful and very appreciative from a customer's prospective I use the pharmacy routinely and the lab techs and physician staff are always friendly very assertive and kind!

This review is overdue!! I lost my piece of paper with these gentlemen’s name on it and finally got them again yesterday. I am new to town, have never been to a Giant supermarket, never have used the curbside pick up. The first great part was the order was ready before hand and Dan gave me a call. He was the most courteous and professional person there is. You can tell he loves his job and he was smiling over the phone. When he called, I told him I would be over in about 20 mins and I will come inside. He told me that it was ok I didn’t have to. I was shocked because my pick up orders back at my old place in NJ I have to go in store. I still went inside because I forgot some other items. After that, I went to pick up my groceries that we ordered online. Dan was very nice and instructed me that it in-fact was ok and he will walk them to the car without a problem. I was just so happy. Savion was also there at this point. Savion was smiling and so welcoming. He too assured me that this was ok and they will take good care of me. My husband and I were beyond happy with the services we received and will be returning customers. Yesterday we also did a pickup and remembered the protocol! We got Savion again and I was so happy!!! 1) I was happy because he provided us with pristine service again, but 2) I was also happy because I was able to obtain both these young mens names to give them the recognition they deserve! Thanks guys I will be a repeat customer because of the both of you!!!

This place is awful. I travel all over the country and have the opportunity to try different grocery stores. This is one of the worst. Some of the produce I saw was rotting. The prices are ridiculously high and apparently you have to have a shopper's card to even get a shot at decent prices. I won't be shopping at Giant next time I'm in the area.The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because Joseph working the cash was nice and the selection was decent.

Giant is a very nice store, has everything, lots of organic foods...meat, dairy, bakery, , produce displays are always very clean and nicely on display!! Love this store! Also, collect gas points with every purchase toward gas or use as points! Great clean store!
