I would give zero stars for Ehrlich if I could. The customer service is horrible, they do not listen and none of them know what is going on. We had Ehrlich for years with a wonderful tech who cared and made sure he covered everything. We never had any issues. Then he retired and the new guys are there for about 6 minutes and we have had nothing but problems.I called to cancel the service in the beginning of the year and I guess Ehrlich didn't want to listen because they sent someone out without my authorization. I called and explained that I had canceled and wanted to make sure no one would come out again. The rep talked me into setting up an appointment to meet the techs and walk them through the property. She told me she would call me back to set up and appointment but instead she sent the tech out anyway. I called while they were at my house and was told I did not have to pay for either of the services and I thought we were done. We weren't. They continued to send me bills and I called and questioned it again and was told I did not have to pay. The bills stopped. I called about 6 weeks after I got the last bill to confirm, again, that I owed nothing and Stacy E. said I owed nothing. She was wrong.I then get a call about 3 weeks later from collections. I have never gone to collections for anything, I take great pride in my credit score. I have tried to call Ehrlich at least 4 times and have been promised calls from a supervisor. Crickets. I have been told by their customer service reps that there is nothing they can do and I have to talk to the collections company. The collections company is telling me to talk to Ehrlich. I have repeatedly asked for them to go back to the recorded call but can't even get a supervisor on the phone to do so. It's a circus. I am going to continue to try to rectify this issue but after dealing with the incompetence over and over again I am not hopeful. DON'T use Ehrlich, their techs don't take the time and it's nothing but a headache.

Very incompetent in the office, techs seem ok. Came to my house on one occasion to spray for ants in one area in the kitchen and the charge was $850.Would recommend any other pest company. Had to cancel them for both my residential and commercial accounts due to service issues and overcharging. I was shocked they did not care about losing a commercial customer who had used Ehrlich for the past decade. We've been very happy since moving on from them and only wish we moved on sooner.Based on all the other negative reviews, the customer service is seriously lacking or non-existent. Stop replying to reviews all complaining about the same thing- fix your customer service.

Will NEVER use. I had called to schedule service when I bought a new house to be on the safe side, then called to cancel before the first service because we saw no signs of mice and money is tight when remodeling a house. I never got a call back, and then after Two attempts by service technicians to perform service when I said I didn't want it (and BOTH informed me that the office has issues with things like this), then the 3rd time was yesterday. A woman from ehrlich showed up, I said I didn't need the service and have been trying to cancel. She said she would put it in the notes and this morning I have a bill for $61.48. When NO service was performed! To make it worse, I called erhlich and whichever department i spoke to on the phone said that i hadn't been charged. I said I'm looking right at an email invoice that my "payment has been processed" and it showed my credit card number! The woman hung up on me. I am livid and am going to file FRAUD charges with my bank.

Ehrlich Pest Control company came out quickly and did a good inspection and explained to us where, how and why the insects were coming into the house. A technician came out the next day and treated the areas that were a problem. So far, it appears that the insects are dying. The technicians are very professional, and I recommend Ehrlich.

Have had a very difficult time in dealing with this company. Last year they skipped multiple appointments; to which i finally was able to get them to credit my account; this year they auto-renewed my account even though i cancelled (with three phone calls) and now they refuse to return my $175 account credit after speaking with numerous reps on the phone.Edit1. Received request here to submit info via email and suprise suprise I have received no response. Is there a way to change this to Zero stars?

Robert Dehaven from Ehrlich Pest Control provided excellent service on a recent service call. I contacted Ehrlich when a national company with whom I had made an appointment totally blew it off. I was able to make an appointment for Ehrlich to come out quickly. Robert was thorough, courteous, and professional with his work. Their rates were reasonable.

My technician is Jimmy, who has done an outstanding job in keeping my house free of flying, crawling insects for several years. He is always on time & quite thorough. This morning he was more than just my exterminator. He was made aware of a personal problem that required my immediate attention. To assist me in being able to leave a.s.a.p., he offered to do my garage & indoor premises first. He then would do the outside perimeter & crawl space. I was then able to leave my house to resolve my problem...instead of having to wait. Jimmy was very kind in helping me. Thanks, Jimmy. You represent what makes one company excel over others. I have been an Ehrlich customer for many years now. Gary, our service tech, has been quite competent, effective and pleasant to deal with. We have been very satisfied with the service. Any and all problems over the years have been taken care of promptly and efficiently.One thing I must say is I recently received a letter indicating my bill would increase $2.00 a month beginning next month. I admit it is not a large increase. However, since a significant tax savings has been granted to businesses by the congress, I believe there should be no increase or a reduction in my monthly bill. I was disturbed a bit when I received that letter.

I would never recommend this company to anyone! They said they would come out twice for my problem (yellow jackets under my siding and entering the house, husband highly allergic) and they never showed. I have a yearly service that I pay for with them and I had to call another company who showed up the next morning. It cost me $182.00 but my husbands well being is worth it!Service: Bee extermination
