I love sporting goods stores. But don’t like politics. Apparently that’s the path this company is taking. Not going to make two stops. I will just make one at ramseys outdoor instead. I always buy a box or two of ammo if I’m going for something else. Not anymore

Went in on the day before thanksgiving for a return and new purchase. The manager Rich greeted me very kindly while I was shopping and helped me with a complicated return of two items from separate receipts, which ended up requiring two registers. The entire time he showed the upmost patience and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I would gladly shop at this location again!

My experience with Jonathan in the golf section of the Stroudsburg location was absolutely perfect. He helped learn how to keep my eyes on the golf ball and taught me how to make solid contact. Jonathan was very friendly and wasnt afraid to answer any questions that I might have had and he needs a promotion in my opinion because of how much knowledge he has about the sport of golf.

Worst experience I've had in a checkout line. I went to the store to purchase a large ticket item. I looked at what I wanted and went to purchase it. Along the way, I picked up a ball and carried it with me to the register. When I arrived, there was a small line with two employees at the registers. With only one person ahead of me a third employee opened a register and called out, "next in line..." at this point I had noticed the associate at the first register completed the transaction and having a conversation with thr customer. I knew I was next so I just waited. A few moments later the associate at the middle register completes the transaction and as the customer leaves so did the associate now leaving only two registers open. I was the only one in line and didn't understand why she didn't call me to pay; I remained patient, but still the associate at the first register carried on with his conversation. At this point another customer filed in behind me. When the associate and customer at the first register completed their chat and the customer began to walk away, I began to walk over but that associate came out from behind the counter and started to walk away. When I asked where he was going, he responded he was going to help a customer. I was confused and my patience had been depleted as two associates walked away and totally ignored the fact that I too was a customer next in line and ready to pay. When I said I just wanted to pay, the third and only associate still at a register seemed terse when telling me someone will be with me... I waited for a moment and decided to leave my items at the register and walk out. I guess I will just buy what u want online since these people showed complete disregard for a customer standing there and followed with contempt when I asked where they were going... pitiful since brick and mortar establishment want business but when it is right in front of them with money in hand they still manage to drive it away.

Went there to get a PA hunting and fishing license awesome workers there especially Ethan who worked up front. Being in the service and having an out of state ID and currently working in PA can be confusing for some business to understand how to charge people but Ethan got the job done. Would 100% recommend this store to any armed forces personnel.

They have an amazing staff, a great team of employees --sales people as well as cashiers. They are professional, very helpful, and most importantly, very friendly! As soon as I walked through the door, someone asked me if I need help finding anything. I knew what I wanted, and he showed me where it was. I was in and out within 5 minutes! The cashier even went to get a wagen for me when she noticed I was struggling with this bulky item.

As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by a sales associate who asked me if I needed any help. I took him up on his offer, I was trying to locate a cup for my son. Obviously never having to purchase one for I was lost. He quickly found somebody to help me who is knowledgeable and friendly. He was discreet so to not embarrass my son. I would definitely go back here again and highly recommend it to others. Always check RetailMeNot before you go in because there usually are coupons

We went into the store looking for fitness equipment and met Adam. He told us what we needed to know and took the time to show us the differences in the equipment and how one might fit what we needed better than the other. We'll go back to that store. Adam is a great asset to them. Thank you Adam!

Friendly staff, and very neat and clean...(well maintained). The inventory needs to be replaced in a more timely fashion. As for accessibility,.. the only access to the store going off the main road (Rt.611) and proceeding to the roads in the back..( you’ll have to navigate from there). There is no immediate direct access from Rt.611 ( a horrible road design). Pricing on various items was moderate to high, with some values here and there. Definitely worth a visit for your camping / outdoors and sporting good needs.

I have a love/ hate relationship with this place. I love that it has an abundance of fitness gear and clothes. As well as sports gear, and clothes. However they rarely have what you need when you need it. But they do have a variety of things fitness and sports enthusiasts need. It could be the supply is shorter due to the pandemic so it's not all the stores fault. But I'm a happy girl after 3 weeks of patience I finally have my 25 lb weights! Now all I have to do is hit my fitness goal and buy my dream workout outfit from the (Calia) Carrie Underwood line they have!

Went to this location looking for really warm weather clothes because I work outside all year round. The staff was very nice but the store was not well stocked with the things I needed. I wanted full wool socks and they only had smart wool and cabin socks. I wanted the new heated shoe soles but they only had the older version and it was still very expensive. I asked about the full face robber mask and it was out of stock. Other than that the location was very clean and well organized.

Worst customer service experience ever! They claim they don’t charge your card till your order ships which is false. They charged my card before shipping the product. When I called to cancel the order they would not let me. Stated I only had a 30 minute grace period to cancel. When I told them I didn’t want my order to ship they explained they would try to help me out and call to have it stopped. They completely mocked me and I got a shipping confirmation 30 minutes later stating my order shipped. When I received product and returned to store they told me it would take 5-7 business days to get my money back. Spoke to me like I was crazy! Treated me horribly and did not listen. Would not recommend them to anyone!

They have many selections maybe not as many brands as I'd like and their pricing is definitely very high however you do get what you pay for... if they could come down on their pricing a little bit I think they'd have a lot more business. I spent over $300 a few years ago for a new tee ball uniform; cleats, belt, pants, shirt, hat the whole nine yards, $300 was a pretty big bill. It's very easily accessible off Rte. 611, ADA compliant, clean and open-space...huge shopping atmosphere.
