If I could give zero stars I would but then you couldn’t visualize my disgust! I changed my pharmacy to the giant down the street! So much more professional and they are always on point. I call I’m my refills and I have a text 5 mins later saying they are ready. And the staff are awesome! Make the switch you’ll be happy you did!!

Waiting in the pharmacy for your medicine should not entitle you to skip the line of people waiting to be seen. But apparently if Yadira is the cashier, that is exactly what happens. And according to her, "that's what everyone here does." When I confronted her about letting someone skip the line, she said that the lady was waiting. I said we're all waiting. She said they all do it and that it would be the same if it was me, to which I promptly told her it would absolutely not be the same of it was me because I have etiquette and don't skip the line.

Absolutely terrible customer service at the pharmacy last night. The man serving behind the counter between 4-5pm had the worst attitude I have ever been on the receiving end of. He demanded my last name and date of birth, went and got the medicine, flung it on the counter and yelled "next". No eye contact, nothing. What a miserably rude experience.

I can tell that the staff works hard and is very helpful with all of there customers and is also very knowledgeable as well. The store is always clean and stocked nicely. I appreciate that and it keeps me coming back to this store.

Nasty and Incompetent for most representatives, including the Manager! I have POA for a family member from 11 years ago, yet they seem to have no record of it. I needed a printout right away and they refused, even though I just wrote a check with my POA signature...Go figure.I switched from them a long time ago, due to the tortuous attitude I am faced with most times. If I could give 0 minus stars, I would!!!

I walked in to CVS was not greeted at all the girl at the register was talking to her friend not payijg attention, i walked around. I simply wanted to check a price so i stood in line. They continued to talk to each other about what job they should apply to and who is hiring. It was very unprofessional i was waiting in line. The friend saw me standing there and continued to talk to the employee at the register. I ended up not putting the merchandise down and leaving the store. I will not be going to that CVS anymore the workers their are very unprofessional.

This location is completely ridiculous. I am constantly reminded of why I need to transfer my prescriptions. Long waits to have prescriptions filled…store is dirty and has items stocked too close to the floor. The list goes on.They notified my husband via text message at 5:45 (while we were in ER) that his prescriptions were filled. We came directly from the hospital at 6:05 and they would not give us the prescription that was already filled because the pharmacy section closed five minutes prior at 6!! The hospital did not give enough medication to get through til 10AM the next day! The rude and ridiculous clerk claimed the pharmacist and pharmacy employees were all gone!! Seriously??? They all ran out at 6 on the dot?? We just wanted to pick up what they already said was filled! 😞🙄

Wow! The lady I spoke with on the phone today was INCREDIBLY rude!! Apparently she thought I interrupted her and had the audacity to tell me so ….I was calling from a car service center to renew a prescription for my son. It was loud and I couldn’t hear her. A few seconds after the call I received a text from cvs telling me that the doctor didn’t approve my sons prescription . I called the doctor and they didn’t receive a request at all!! Unbelievably nasty …. I’ve been going here for years and I know for a fact she didn’t have time to send the request to my sons doctor and get a denial in the 5 seconds it took for her to send me the text. She must have been having a very bad day or perhaps is just plain miserable. Either way her behavior was completely unprofessional and downright rude and nasty ! My son has a serious gastric problem and this was completely inexcusable in my opinion.

This store is severely mismanaged.Pharmacy customer service always rude and unprofessional. Excessive wait times at all register., especially pharmacy. Not sure why they have not hired more staff or retrained the ones they have. Taking my money elsewhere.

I can go two hours after my appointment or two days after my appointment and my meds are NEVER ready. I suffer from migraines and sinus and the anxiety I get walking into this wait zone is beyond what a person should have to handle every time they walk into this CVS. Sorry your meds are in process come back in an hour? Seriously you had two hours! You wait till we walk into the store to start the process and then lie about it. My rating is a big fat ZERO! But that's not an option above the stars. They closed the Eagles Glen CVS when it should of been this CVS they closed. Worse CVS I've dealt with and I've been a CVS customer for over 30 years beginning in NJ.

The pharmacy Never answers the phone! You can hold for 20 minutes & no one will pick up. I was on hold while I was on line in the store, & no one ever picked up any of the 3 calls on hold. Even other CVS pharmacies do not like calling this pharmacy for this reason. If there aren't any customers at the drive-thru, the employee will not assist the 7-8 customers inside. I can wait in their drive-thru window for 6 minutes & be the only one there! It wasn't like this until the past 6 months.

Very rude pharmacist who does the covid tests. I was there on 2/17 at around 4:30. She left me on my own and I told her I needed a refresher to do the test. She just sighed and talked so fast I couldn't understand. I have bad comprehension issues and the way she talked I couldn't fathom what she said and she told me very rude "pay attention. How are these instructions not clear?" I work in customer service and that is not the way to talk to someone. Yeah your job may not the best but you don't have to be a rude person about it.

Normally didn’t have an issue with this cvs for the last two years, minor bumps and hiccups here and there. Prepaid my medication that was filled 8:30AM, went to pick it up at 8PM. Got the text early morning same time that it was ready for pick up. Just went to pick it up, since it’s been 12 hours since it’s been ready. Woman at the drive through window (younger, blonde) said it’d be ready in fifteen minutes. Weird, but okay we’ll go with it! It was finally ready, and she aggressively pushed it through the push/pull drawer and did not say a single word. Just punched it through and walked away. I was in the process of saying thank you and she already ditched. Sorry you’re working the shift you’re scheduled to work. I think I’m just finally going to switch. The attitude is so poor over people’s medications, vital medications. A good night to you too, sweetie!

This is, by far, the WORST pharmacy I've ever been associated with. Typically takes 2-3 days to fill a 30 count common medication. Typically 5-6 people in line in front of you. All employees have an attitude. Finally made the right decision to junk the frustration and just go to Rite Aid. Now getting my meds won't be the most aggravating thing to do this month!

The CVS in East Stroudsburg vaccinations were well organized. I have heard some horror stories about other places to get COVID vaccine (long lines, people waiting for hours just to find out they ran out)I walked was greeted by an employee who was checking me in we joked around had a laugh and then she directed me to the vaccination room, was greeted by another employee gave him my info he went in room to see if there was any people. Ready to leave.. then he called my name and directed me to the vaccinators. I had to answer a few questions to double check who I was, rolled up my sleeve and she gave me the shot, and told me what to do if my arm was sore and advised me to drink plenty of water. Fast friendly service waited my 15 minutes and I was out. I wish I remembered their names. These Employees in your store will see me more often I use another pharmacy but will be switching over to your store.

This is truly the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. They constantly have new staff working in the pharmacy, so I would assume their turnover rate is extremely high. Whatever type of training program they've implemented for techs and other pharmacy staff is evidently not working because nobody has any idea what they're doing at any given time. Wasting weeks of my time between sending prior auths to the wrong insurance companies, telling me they've submitted medication to both primary and secondary insurances only to find out they've only submitted through one - usually secondary which denies payment by default if it isn't submitted through the primary first (I would think this cannot be that hard of a task to ensure the co-pay accurately reflects submission through both insurances - but alas, I have wasted hundreds of dollars due to staff insisting it has been submitted correctly when it actually has not), not filling prescriptions when they are sent over by doctors, providing me with false information, and I could go on. I have voiced concerns with at least two of the pharmacists several times. I hope a district supervisor or somebody with the ability to make a difference reads this review because truthfully the way this pharmacy is operated is dangerous, especially for vulnerable populations.

What a terrible store!! When placing a refill order by phone, the recording states the script will be ready by 8 pm. I tried to pick up the meds one week after I called and it still was NOT ready. I was told they were one week behind in refilling meds. I wonder if Doctor offices are notified when they order a med needed right away that their patient will not have it for a week. Please avoid this store at all costs. Try Walgreens or even Walmart for better service.

After waiting an hour for prescriptions to be filled that were promised for 5pm I was told at 5:45pm that the prescriptions were not ready and they would be ready in 1/2 hour. We called the pharmacy more than 1/2 an hour later and they said they would be ready in a 1/2 hour to 45m. Even though I was very polite, the person on the line was very rude. I will take my business elsewhere.

I stopped at CVS a few days ago on an emergency Imodium run (I have IBS) and I was a little disoriented and could not find the correct aisle. Out of nowhere an attractive young lady with a boys haircut appeared (I believe her name was Lauren) and noticing my confusion she asked if I needed help and assisted me in finding my much needed Imodium and the restroom with only seconds to spare. Whatever CVS is paying this woman, it isn’t enough. 5/5 stars I will recommend this location to everybody I meet for the rest of my life.

On break from work, I left urgent care on 611 and called CVS to see how long the script would take to fill. I explain I was on break and they said not a problem it would be ready. They said 15 minutes I got here from urgent care in about 20 and they tell me to wait another 20 minutes. Very poor service, and managed terribly.

Takes too long on hold to speak to the Pharmacist. I’m presently on hold for over 40 minutes to ask a question about one of me meds. When I was being discharged from the hospital after having surgery, I wanted to make sure my prescription would be ready and it’s another long 30 minute hold time. It’s now 10:30 AM and I’m still on hold for 50 minutes. Service is terrible

love this store, its 35 minutes from my house so its a nice walk, not sure about prescriptions but they do have a lot of popular branded makeup, everyones very sweet especially the lady working hard putting away crates, never caught her name but we bumped into eachother a few times lol. they have basically everything you would need.

The only bad thing I notice about this location is the Pharmacy. between a person that doesn't seem to want to be there and never getting your prescription on time its always being work on even when you decide not to pick it up on time and go day later they are never ready. at first I thought it was base on the last name but I'm gland to see from other review everybody is getting treated equally bad :)

This week I had the best customer service experience with the new pharmacist at the east Stroudsburg store and she let me know that she could move my prescriptions over due to the fact that their hours are open longer and I was able to get that night after work… All the ladies there awesome and quite , Pleasant ❣️🤗🎈
