Went to Best Buy to buy some last minute holiday gifts and the cashier lines seemed to be moving quickly. We were in and out in a reasonable length of time. Prices were not bad with the sales going on. I would definitely go back to this location.

Had my Night Owl camera installed by the Geek Squad they were excellent!!!! Took the time to help me check my cameras. I don’t have WiFi. They placed them perfectly. As a senior I’m not tech savvy. Put they are and I can call them about any problem and they will help me!!! Priceless

Best Buy did not inform me that my purchase would take 3 months to receive. The retail assistant was not forth coming with my delivery, and I have not been able to contact him to let him know. Best Buy needs to give better information when it comes to deliveries of large purchases. I give them a two star because the retail assistant was nice and somewhat helpful.

I was waiting next in line. This employee finishes up with the person in front of me then just leaves. As in clocked out, didn't say a word to me and left me waiting in line. They didn't tell another employee I was waiting or anything just up and left. Really nice training.

I would advise to never ever use best buy as an online store or as a pick up delivery. Their customer care is absurd and cannot guarantee you your product if even the slightest problem comes up. Do yourself a favor and avoid them I know i will for the rest of my life.

Very nice, man showed me and compared all tablet prices, was very understanding towards my grandma she was sick at the time and it just happened to be everytime she was ready to speak she had to cough and he waited patiently and didnt say a word. We need more people like him.

The customer service girl is very rude very nasty. I came to ask a question and she was very nasty to me. I don’t know why you have people working like that to represent you like that that is crazy. I would never come back to Best Buy. Very disappointed.🤬🤬

Apparently paying for an item online does not secure your item. They will charge your card and sell the item to someone else if they get to the store before you then take 2 weeks to refund you.

Had to drive 40 minutes to this location to get a DJI Gimbal that no other Best Buy Seemed to have in stock. I am old school and still like going to a store and getting what I want. Anyway, did the curbside pickup and it worked great. Not sure who the girl was who was working, but she was super fast. No sooner I pressed the arrival button, she was there. Well done. I would use this location again, even if it is a 40 minute drive.

I have always spoken very highly of this store but today's visit was less than pleasant. My father is visiting from out of the country and cracked his phone case and needed another one. Best Buy did not have what he needed but the associate we met with on Tuesday showed us a few we could purchase on Amazon. She then told us to come back to have them put it on for $7.95. Since I am a Total Tech member, she said there would be no cost.Today we went back and the associate said that since we did not make the purchase there, they couldn't help us...However, since we were not told that he would ask the manager if there could be an exception.After waiting 5 minutes for him to come back, he walked past with his manager who then went into the back while he started a social conversation with another member of the team. Then he came over to us and said that there's no exception and that's what the manager said.The manager that just walked past with you couldn't come over to tell us that? So we asked to speak with him to make sure he understood we were told to come back out here later in the week once we had the case.If he didn't repeat the word "policy" 15 times, he didn't say it at all. After visibly rolling his eyes in front of us while we asked if there were any other options, he let us know about their policy one last time. No apologies whatsoever until I said (again) what we were told and all we got then was a "yeah well, sorry that's wrong information".I have never been given wrong information here or treated like an inconvenience in years. No empathy, no nothing- just tough luck we don't care.We were also the only customers in the entire store so this wasn't exactly a busy time.Anyway, don't trust that they'll fix anything if you don't purchase it there. That might seem obvious but we weren't told that- in fact, we were assured there wouldn't even be a cost because of my Total Tech membership.It's also more about the amount of attitude we were given and dismissive language than it is about not being able to fix the problem they said they could and would fix in the first place.Thanks Best Buy- your staff here was miserable.

Tried calling the store multiple times to ask about an open box item. Every time I called it went to a call center that could not answer specific questions. Unable to actually speak to a store employee

Came to this store to start a phone plan with AT&T went to start the process and when it came to my phone trade in they told me if I wanted the trade in promotion I would have to go down to an actual AT&T store so I said ok never mind and went to AT&T . Well come to find out at&t told me Best Buy had created an account under my name and social and put a $1000 iPhone on my account without my knowledge . At&t even showed me a receipt saying I even paid the sales tax and activation fee (which I did not) So I go back to the store and I get nothing but disrespect from the kid behind the desk talking about how he has plans and is not staying late to his co workers right in front of me. Then they tell me they can’t even give me the phone that they activated and charged to my new AT&T account because the phone in there words was “burnt” but I was literally watching the phone sitting on the counter ringing with MY Contacts calling me literally my phone number was on this phone my current phone no longer worked. They kept trying to get me to leave and comeback basically just trying to get me out the door.After a lot of going back and forth and a lot disrespect on his part they finally let me leave with the phone and charge me $60 . But then they told me I couldn’t trade in my current iPhone at all and I had to go back to AT&T so that’s what I did. Once I got to AT&T they continued to look into the entire situation and found the fake receipts. Turns out Best Buy was trying to put that iPhone under my credit and possibly sell it on the side apparently this is a common thing. AT&T is now looking into this because this is complete fraud.

Brought my computer here because I was having issues installing a new CPU. After 2 days of being called and told updates about a different person's computer. I was then told that the CPU I had supplied was defective. So I had to warranty exchange the CPU. So I paid them $200 to tell me that. I have now received the new CPU and after being told on the phone that they would install it the same day and setting an appointment. I dragged my computer back to the store to be told they can't do it. So. I went home and installed it myself (in retrospect I should have just done that the whole time) and the computer is still having the same issue. So I basically paid them $200 to diagnose the wrong problem and then have to attempt to fix it myself. So needless to say. I will never spend another dime in this store.

Make sure you read all warranties thoroughly we have been paying for the product protection plan for a couple years now. We were sold on it by the salesman saying it covers all electronic devices so we thought great, we have kids and accidents happen. Long story short we recently have had issues with our phones so we scheduled an appointment to come in, we explained our issues with the woman on the phone and everything was set . We show up 10 minutes early wait in line only to be told they don't work on Androids or apple ear buds and then we get informed that the plan we have been paying for does not cover many things we were told it does. So aside from the initial lie the biggest problem for me is the waste of time which could have easily been avoided while on the phone with the lady who made the appointment, she could have said oh no the plan you were sold on doesn't cover what you need help with. Again buyer beware

I made two visits to Best Buy in the past two weeks. First for a computer monitor and then for a portable GPS. Both times I waited at least 20 minutes for someone to help me. There are no more than 2 or 3 sales people on the floor at any time. When I finally got help to choose a monitor, the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and I got the exact one I was looking for at a great price. But after waiting and waiting for help to get the GPS, I gave up, drove home, ordered the GPS online, drove back to the store after 30 minutes and it was ready for pickup. If they have staff available to fill online orders why don't they have staff available to help customers in the store!!

Horrible customer service. Made a large purchase, a tv and surround sound. The surround sound got lost in the mail. We were patient and dealt with fedex for about 2 weeks, they did their investigation and confirmed everything and directed us to Best Buy. Spoke with someone in best buy and filed a claim. That was weeks ago. Haven’t heard back. So I called today and wasted over an hour being transferred from department to department because no one knows what they are doing. No one can find my claim? So now I’m on the phone again hoping someone can help me find my very expensive item. I should have purchased off of Amazon.
