Location is great even with all the traffic noise. Tammy does it all and is very friendly. The room was a good size but the bed and pillows were hard. The room was adequately clean but the bathroom was filthy and needs a good all over scouring. The breakfast is not made-to-order but was good. The creamery where breakfast was served was also in need of a good cleaning. Overall i do not recommend.

Wife and I snuck out for a couple days and the Inn ended up being our destination. It is very close to everything in the Lancaster area and off the beaten path. Only complaint was that the bed was stiff, but that is ultimately a personal preference. Everyone there was pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are quiet, so if noise a thing I'd suggest bringing a small fan to run. We would definitely stay again.Safety: Very safe.Food & drinks: Free breakfast was a bonus.

Matt and I went for my birthday weekend. It was fantastic. The room was adorable and our hostess,Tammy was phenomenal. She wore many hats well. She greeted us at the Inn, served us Ice Cream at the creamery and made us beakfast (which was quite good) each morning.The little Inn was close to plenty of shops and restaurants. We will absolutely be back!!

We loved this quaint little B&B! The owner is very attentive and kind. The breakfast was great, and the creamery and shop were very cute--plus they had apple dumplings! YUM!There were some cosmetic issues but nothing that detracted from our stay. Very clean. Only issue is if you are a sensitive sleeper, this is right along the main road, which caused for some sleep issues, and the mattress is firm so if you are not into that, this might not be the right place for you. Other than that we would definitely come back!

Upon arrival we had to go to the creamery to figure out how to get into the B&B. We had been stuck in traffic due to an accident and arrived after 4PM. The girl at the counter informed us that we were considered "late arrivals" and needed to follow certain instructions to access our room. No big deal, but she made it sound like we were being scolded for not arriving before 4PM. The first step into the B&B lobby had an unusual smell. It wasn't pleasant. The decor was quaint and charming. Creaky floors and squeaky doors, which is to be expected and part of the charm. Unfortunately, we got the room right by the traffic light. The traffic was loud until after midnight... and the blinds didn't keep the streetlights from blaring into the room. It was so bright all night. New blinds, perhaps the kind that block light, would be great for that particular room. Also, the A/C unit was *right* above the bed, which was a little unnerving. It was very loud when it would turn on and off. The room was clean, except for the grimy blinds and the outsides of the windows. The towels smelled horrible, maybe it was the detergent they use?... I'm not sure. We did not eat breakfast there, so no comment on the food/service.

The Bed and breakfast was beautiful. Very homey feel. The staff was unbelievably friendly and personable. The breakfast was delicious & homemade. Fresh fudge and coffee/tea were available in the lounge all day/night. The inn is close to shopping restaurants etc

Nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Really liked the breakfast part, they serve from 7-11am, no reservation needed and you select off a menu. The Inn is tied in with the Srasburg Creamery, excellent ice cream and good food items for lunch or early dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. The sitting room was very accommodating with unlimitedCoffee & vanilla fudge homemade in their ice cream/ lunch/ gift shop next door. Breakfasts were very good as well!

We arrived Saturday afternoon to a note that said go next door. Today is Monday and we still haven’t seen the person who runs the place. You can’t really enjoy the porch because the noise of traffic is horrible. Extremely busy intersection. Bathroom is very dark, remote to the tv didn’t power on the tv. Was never told when breakfast would be served. For the amount they charge per night you would think they would have nicer bedding/towels. As we are leaving there is no one to check out with.

We stayed here over a year ago and it was amazing. We stayed here again in November and I was really disappointed. Nice room, but no extra towels and they didn't even tidy the room. We were there for several days. We will not ever stay here again. We brought friends and I was embarrassed because I raved so much about this place. It was a disaster this past November.

Lovely place in a sweet town. Fun hearing the clip-clop of the horses pulling the Amish buggies along Main Street from our room.
