If you have little ones, this place is the best! Amazing selection of clothes and baby accessories. They have adult clothing and home decor as well.Please be aware many customers do not wear masks and they do not enforce a policy.

Like new toys for all ages, all kinds of clothing for all ages (from babies to adults), all kinds of things for the house (frames, kitchen wear, etc) all kinds of diaper bags, hand wallets, different size of purses, shoes (sneakers to heels to flats to boots). The staff is amazing and the business just keeps getting bigger. They have discounts and specials at times.

Not what it used to be but still way better then the other locations. They have a lot more consignment clothing then the other location ,rather then just selling Brand new target and Walmart goods and clothing. Also the employees seem to be a lot more down to earth and way less picky.

Staff is always so friendly. The store is clean. We always find great deals on great clothing! I just wish they would find a larger place to relocate to, parking can be tough sometimes.

I shop at this location quite often and have even consigned a couple of times. I enjoy their consigning in that I can monitor my items online and know when my items have sold. Also, I have purchased many great deals here. The clearance is obviously geared towards women and children's items.If you go here looking for that "warm fuzzy" shopping experience, you are probably going to leave very disappointed. With the exception of a very select few employees, the majority of the people that work here do not offer any type of acknowledgement and quickly exhibit their frustration should their conversations among each other be interrupted. If a renewed dedication to customer service could be found along with all the renovations, this would be the "go to" destination for those of use who love a great bargain along with a joyful place to shop!

The employees at the Strasburg Fashion cents are just wonderful! Angie, Miss Kim and all of them are just so friendly and make it a wonderful place to shop. Always encouraging music playing too! So many fun finds and great deals! Highly recommend shopping here!

One of my favorite thrift stores to shop at in Lancaster County. The store is organized well and it makes shopping for what you're looking for a breeze! Each time I've encountered a staff member, they have been helpful and kind. I'm eager to visit the Ephrata location in the near future!

I love this place...First time going today and it was wonderful... great selection in all sizes, very well organized, awesome prices that go down in time and clearly marked plus the 20% off today, convenient location and nice staff....great brands and condition also...I got gap shorts for $3.50, Aeropostale shirt for $2.50 and these old navy shoes for $5.11....

I used to love shopping here. Discovered the Strasburg store 6 years ago when I was looking for maternity and baby items and found great deals. Used to be able to sell a lot of items there, too. And I really appreciated no mask requirements!! (Looking at all the dumb one star reviews that are BECAUSE of that...)However, in the last couple of years they've been taking less and less, making it not worth the time to sort through and bag and take items there and then wait while they look through it all. The items in the store are nowhere near the quality they used to be. As others have said, they reject perfectly good items but are selling things with stains, rips, etc.I haven't been going there much recently, but as I had a lot to get rid of I decided to give them another try. Had to borrow a car, spent a good part of my day going through what I am getting rid of to just take what they're currently accepting, drove the half an hour to the store... To find out they closed the donation center early!! Just so disgusted with all the time I wasted. I will not be returning to consign or shop.

This is definitely one of my favorite second hand shops in the area. I am usually able to consign alot of my clothes and housewares here, and whatever they take from my drop off usually sells within the month, which is great! Their new tech system at the drop off area makes it easy to consign with them.I also like that they have a good variety of things for shoppers. They have tons of clothing that rotates with the season, and a section for bags and accessories. Their home goods are my favorite, because you find a mix of nice vintage wares, as well as newer styles. There is lots of baby and childrens goods too. And the prices are decent, especially if you use any coupons or shop the sales they run. (Between their 3 locations, this one seems to fit me best!) If you like thrift shopping, you have to check this place out!😁

Trustworthy employees work at Fashion Cents. We are impressed by the honesty and integrity of the employees who work in the Strasburg Fashion Cents Consignment. Unkowingly we left a $50 gift card in our bag and it was returned to us when we picked it up. This is the 2nd time we had something of value in the bags (car and house keys) and were so relieved to find these items when it had been through the process.

Love the prices here and most of the staff. There's a lady in there with pixy cut with blonde highlights who makes a big stink about why I gave her a nickname for a hold that was paid for prior to pick up. She's loud and asks why I gave a nickname. In front of everyone. It's embarrassing to be harassed by her. She needs more training. This isn't the first time she's done that. She's inconsiderate and not nice at all. She gives off a vibe like she's better than you.

Consigning with them is a complete waste of my time at this point. Every time I have taken things in over the last year, they have taken absolutely nothing. Today I took in 2 bins of toys, it doesn't even look like they went through them. I know atleast 6 people that have said the same thing. My aunt took in 10 pairs of old navy jeans nwt and they didn't take them. It's extremely frustrating. I go less and less. It's not what it used to be. They definitely favor people and the prices just keep going up as well.

Hands down my favorite consignment shop in the area. I always find tons of clothes for my kids (mostly name brand and always for a great deal), and as a consigner I like being able to track my items online. I'd say the only "downfall" is how busy it always is, which isn't a downfall for the business. Parking can be a nightmare on the weekends and sometimes waiting for a dressing room can be painful, but all to be expected when it's such a great place to shop.

Loved this store! Have shopped and consigned here for years. Disappointed with the new layout. Store is now much more disorganized. Shoe corner smells and is cramped. Music playing this morning wasn’t appropriate for a family consignment shop with all the vulgar language. What is happening Fashion Cents?! I am beginning to go to a consignment shop nearby that is run by wonderful people who pay me more for my items. I will also pay more for items if I can shop in a peaceful setting.

Most employees wont direct you or talk to you when you enter the consignment area. Take stuff here to consign that you don't mind not making that much money off each item. Don't take items here brand new that were expensive to you. I took a brand new pair of 50 dollar leggings here and they paid me 3 bucks for them. They also started paying someone else for my consignment items. Thank God i paid attention. Yes they did make it right but i had to tale their word that they put all my stuff back onto my account. It was so much i dont know if i did get paid for it all. They'll take what they want here. Its not about the guidelines on what they'll accept. They got two stars because ive always been able to pick up my consigner check with no problem and on the shopping side of it they do sell good second hand kids clothes .

Love love love this place! With 2 kids I need to make my trips worth it. I know when I go I will be able to find whatever size shoes or clothes I need and in good, sturdy brands. It's also incredibly organized, so no having to dig to find a matching shoe. I also recently started to consign with them, so I end up using the few bucks I make on whatever next size kids clothes I need! Makes the trip more than worth it. I also found almost all my maternity clothes, including scrub bottoms for work in my size maternity, and only needed a few odds and ends.

Used to find a lot of cute kids clothes here. Now you have to watch there's A LOT of stains and rips on their items. Unless I have a lot of time to really look at the clothes it's not worth going.

WE come from Baltimore to shop and alway spend at least 100$. The store is clean, well organized and I've never encountered anyone who was unfriendly or standoffish as others have said. The person who said there were dirty clothes and worn out clothes must have eye problems, because I have only seen nicely kept and clean items on all racks, and all very reasonably priced. I love this store. If I have only one complaint its they really need another bathroom, one bathroom can be hectic. But other than that I look forward to our shopping trips to Fashion Cents. Ill see you guys on Saturday!!!!!!!

Note: I’ve only shoppedThis is where I get basically all my clothes. Shoes, shirts, socks, they have it all, and usually in like-new condition! I’m not local, but I come all the way here often as the inventory changes somewhat quickly. The prices vary, but I promise you will never find a better place for a lot of things. They also have a lot of bags and accessories and just things; it’s really more like a higher-quality thrift shop!Pros:-Nice people-A bit of everything-Like-new stuff at used prices-Well-organized store, not awkward-GREAT for kids stuff and shoesCons:-Probably a bit small and crowded considering virus-Sometimes the prices are bad-I read they haven’t been wearing mask, tho I haven’t been for a while, but that’s still a big no-no for the area

I would give this place double the stars if I could. They always have exceptional deals on clothing and other things but especially clothing, shoes, etc... Their clothing is top notch brands that are in tip top shape. For instance, I just bought a EMS down jacket that looks brand new for 28 dollars but would originally go for at least 200 dollars. You tend to find steals like this every time you come here. They have a large selection of kids clothing and maternity apparel too. They have nice changing rooms and bathrooms included in the building. It is an all around amazing place. I have yet to find a better clothing shop of any kind better than this one.

This is by far our favorite consignment store! There is something for everyone - clothes for the whole family, toys, home decor, outdoor toys, school supplies, books & movies, and more. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, too. The store is kept nice and clean and the prices can't be beat! Highly recommend!

For a few years I really enjoy shopping at Fashion Cents and love to find treasures there. Recently, I took two baskets of clothes there for consigning. I realized they may not take more warm weather seasonal things, but I also had much cool weather clothes, too. Well, they hardly took any of my things. These were name brand, no stains, no tears/rips, within the last several year items. It looks like they took the things out and placed them back in my baskets without actually looking what they were. I had two brand new, with tags on, men's jeans (these were Royal King - which are a store brand I know, bought brand new with tags still on them) that we just bought a few months ago. They didn't fit my husband. They didn't take them. Many times I see pilly items, stained items, and torn items for sale in the store. There are many clothes in the store for sale that appear many years old, yet my things that are very nice (and many things went through by a prior employer who helped pick through items that she thought would sell) weren't taken. I am quite upset about this and the girl we were working with really didn't want to explain why so much was not taken for the store to sell. I know another person who buys name brand name clothes for her children and she tried to consign (she made sure no stains, tears, etc.) and much of her things weren't taken either. Is it who you know that they will take your things? Has anyone else experienced this? I did greatly appreciate that they didn't mandate mask wearing during the time our governor was making establishments do so. I was so glad to have that choice and not forced on us! THIS was a major plus of shopping here, especially during that time.
