Where do I even begin! This is insurance company is a go to for all commercial, personal, life and more. I started with Lamar and was covered with my brick and mortar. Lamar was so passionate not only in his expertise but knowing me as a customer. He has gone above and beyond to assure great rates. Not to mention giving back on several occasions to my business during hard times. Now let’s talk about Tamika!!! This young lady is so prompt!! I currently operate a food truck, and I am in need of a COI quite often. I ask and within minutes she delivers. She navigated my life insurance with ease, with excellent service, care and pricing.I Highly recommend Benner Insurance. This review is from a 4 year customer and they get 5+ stars from me. It was so easy to get set up with Benner insurance! We walked into the office and were helped immediately and everything was ready to go within half an hour. Benner Insurance automatically reduced my car insurance rate to reflect the reduction of driving. Tamika, our agent, is very knowledgeable and supportive. I came to Erie in 2004. I had just been canceled by my prior insurance company, I had forgotten to pay one premium! At that time I was able to obtain limited tort insurance for $36 a month. Less than a month later I found myself under a tractor trailer, that came in my lane. I made one call to Lamar Benner and he took over everything to do with my car and lost wages as a lost my jobs from the accident. Yes my insurance paid me and went after the trucking company. They got my car from the storage facility immediately so no charges would rack up. They had a check to me in one week for my car. I had to go through the same process nearly 5 years later when a texting driver broadsided me. My check was to me in 4 days.After my first accident was completed he insured my new car with full tort for $116. Both cars were two year old cars with liens. After my 2nd it was around $110. I felt these were great prices for my age range.As of today, I have stacked full tort insurance and renters insurance. As a 43 yr old female, I pay $85 and $14 for each and I think that is phenomenal. I was recently called during policy reviews and had my reduced my insurance. I didn’t ask them to call they did it on their own: who does that??? I would say if you want top notch response, Benner Insurance is your company. This is definitely a five star office and carrier. Lamar is probably the friendliest guy in town and hires people that are friendly and helpful as well.
