The new manager, Mike, has truly turned this store around and down a great job training/re-training the employees. Customer service is so much better, the store itself smells and looks clean now, the floor isnt sticky anymore, the coffee no longer tastes burnt, food tastes fresher and is regularly re-stocked, all around a better store. We are regulars and at one point had almost given up going here but we are now glad we didn't! The team there now is doing great! Happy to see this store thriving.

All of the ROFO locations are pretty similar but the staff here are super helpful and it is one of my favorite locations in the chain. Really friendly staff behind the counter and good food. For a legacy store this is still set up well with modern cold-case and good layout. Public restroom was very clean both times I have been here in two days.Nice store and convenient selection of hot food.

Staff here is very friendly. One major issue. They only have our favorite coffee, Brazilian Dark Roast in one machine which has been out of order for over a month. Best coffee at Rofo and we can't get it. Disappointing.

This store is my favorite convenience store anywhere! I live about 30 miles away, but I'm in the area quite often and I always make sure to stop in. It's always very clean, they have great coffee, and the staff is extremely nice! The gentleman with the dark hair and full beard is exceptionally nice, and goes out of his way to be polite and helpful. It's always a pleasure to see him when I walk in the door. People who work in retail could learn a lot from this man.

I swing by to grab drinks and snacks some mornings on my way into the office. The prices are good and the selection is good.They always seem to have a problem with one register or the other, or the credit card machine is going slow so I’ve got to knock a star just for the constant IT struggle here that I haven’t really seen anywhere else.

I love this place. They have a candy cane drink that is so good. The last couple times I have gone in to get one they didnt have it 😪. The manager said they were no longer carrying it because the holidays were over😰. Well, I went in today and they had it 😁. They went out of their way to make a customer happy. I give them an A+ and💯. Plus the people that work here are so kind. This is a place that makes you feel at home🤗.

Arrived and was told fries would take 10 minutes grab a free coffee for the wait. Waited and watched orders filled that were put in while I waited. Then asked where mine was they scrambled around to throw it together and forgot the fries. Store was dirty and the staff was not properly trained. Checked the date on the mac and cheese it was out of date. Worst royal farms experience by far.

Don't know what is wrong with this ROFO. They are usually out of something whether it's a food item or a drink. Sometimes it will be a week or longer before an item is restocked. For instance Vitamin Water has been running low for a few weeks now. Now it's full but only of Vit Water Zero, all the same flavor. Food quality is inconsistent depending on who makes it. The store also seems to be understaffed. There is always a manager and sometimes only one other employee.The staff and managers are friendly.

Loved this place great stop however the gas is very expensive compared to surrounding gas stations. But the people who work there are nice and helpful.

ANTS 🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜CRAWLING ALL OVER the left side of the check out counter! They were on the Payday candy bars and yellow lighter display.I asked the young lady at the register if she knew they had ants and she replied "Yes I know."Then blew me off.......Not to mention the 15 + minute wait for chicken (order #593) and not even a "I'm sorry" for the wait....... not to mention the ANTS!REALLY??I just called and filled a formal complaint with the Health Department.FYI I do have a photo to prove this.

I was starving due to working over 12 hours today and not being able to eat. My significant other insisted we stopped to get me a snack. They were closed at a quarter to 11pm. It was 10:45pm and the doors were locked. I get people want to go home but an employee walked out and got into his car next to ours and said nothing knowing they closed early.

This is the worst royal farms I HAVE EVER been to in my life, they never have the food that is requested. They are always running out of food. I showed up at 9 pm today and they do not close until 11 pm and they had already put away all of the chicken they had no fries and they did nothing to try and fix this for us. I will never return to this royal farms. I am so disappointed in their customer service and the fact that they will not try to accommodate their customers. I will now be traveling the 20Minutes to another location instead of this location which is only 5 minutes from my house. We have had issues with this location EVERY time we have gone here and I just cannot believe that this has happened several times and they do not seem to care whatsoever.

Ordered my food and webt to pay, just before I was about to pay my number was called so I went and got it. I live a half hour from this location and when I got home I realized that they forgot about my wedges that I paid for. I will not be returning.

The staff are always friendly but I did have an experience with one Young Cashier whom clearly could not perform his job.He did not know how to properly use the credit card machine.The food is always fast,fresh,hot and to order.

I used to love this place. The last time I was there I got salty, overcooked chicken and brown mashed potatoes that must have been reheated many times.

2 staff members work their tails off. The young lady with the French braid and the guy with a full beard. As for the rest off the staff, if they moved any slower, they would be in reverse.
