Folks, this place is understaffed and overworked as it relates to the pharmacy. Despite this; that doesn’t give them the right to be rude to people waiting for their prescriptions. Hey corporate, it may be time for some customer service training and maybe hire a few more folks to work in the pharmacy since they are so overwhelmed.

Rite Aid Stewartstown has very good customer service, friendly and a staff willing to help you, also it has a great pharmacy department. Works fast to fill prescriptions, also does vaccinations and immunizations. Please keep this Rite Aid open, it is of great value to our area.

Walked in to buy a sympathy card. Went to the back counter and no one was there. So I went to the counter where you pick up prescriptions and she asked why I didn’t go to the front. I said no one was there. She said you should have rung the bell. How rude. No you should make sure someone was there waiting on people.

Always a super clean store & I am always greeted by an employee. They go above & beyond with their text service & if I forget to pick up a prescription, they even call me before sending it back. I’d looooove to see a drive thru service, but I think I’m asking too much there 😉

I've been going to Rite Aid since it was "Reads" in Timonium MD. I use the branch in Stewartstown Pa exclusively now. I tried the CVS in Shrewsbury, but I never had the feeling that they were looking out for me. I take many prescriptions due to a heartattack. The employees there are amazing and we know them on a 1st name basis. Fantastic store. Thank you.

Friendly store with a nice small town atmosphere. Over-the-counter medications are very over-priced Atleast when compared to other locations or pharmacys. Even the privately owned ones

This place rocks!!!!! Very patient with customers. They are a diamond in the rough. they provide old'school tender loving care to the customers in the line. They are very well staffed. Even though they have a high volume customer base they do not allow that to deter them from providing A+ customer service.

My review is not reflective of one single experience it is a reflection of multiable years of combined experiences. Front counter staff is usually pleasant however the pharmacy is a whole other story. I've been met with rude attitudes several times over the years not just due to the pandemic state and even hung up on.

I love this store. I use to get all of my prescriptions filled from Walmart. I used this Rite Aid once and I'm never going anywhere else. Staff is super friendly. I like the store updates. You have more room to get around. The store often have clearance items, where you can certain items for 75% off. I'm on medications that I have to take often and they made things so much easier with the automatic refills and text when your prescription is ready.

A store remodel doesn't correct poor customer service and severe price markups.Aggressive pushing of the rite aid rewards card to reduced the store markup when competition stores have better to start prices.Unprofessional commentary from cashier when you don't want or use a card when the total of transaction comes up.I've only shopped here out of rare convenience not necessity.

pharmacy is a joke every prescription i have had filled for either me or my kids they try to alter or delete it my son has to have 2 inhalers and they tried giving me 1 saying the dr only sent 1 and when i called the dr they said no its 2 amd the lady tried telling me they did one cause his insurance wasnt on file which it was but i was paying out of pocket regardless! im pregnant with twins and have to double up on prenatals and they sent over the prescription and i waited a few days just to go in amd be told they deleted the prescription cause it didnt make sense and they never called my dr or even me amd tried arguing with me about it!!!

The pharmacy charged us $45 per dose on a prescription that Wal-Mart sold for $6. They will rip you off and not blink an eye. Don't trust them for anything .

Yesterday day at Rite Aid in Stewartstown, I picked up my prescription and after the lady waited on me. She wiped off the counter and the credit card / Debit card machine 😊
