We had a flea issue back in October 2023 (thanks to the pets, we assume) that sent me into a panic and frenzy, we were spraying and vacuuming, but we could not get rid of these fleas! We called Kaleb and they fit us in the next week. We were told it could take 2 or 3 treatments to fully get ALL the fleas, but all it took was 1 good treatment for us and they were either gone or dying when we did see them. Now, it's January and we haven't seen a single flea since! Wonderful job!I'll definitely be calling Kaleb whenever we need another treatment! (HOPEFULLY we won't need it!)

I wish I could give a 20 star review. Kaleb is amazing! Very thorough, efficient and really took an interest in what was important to us. Even better was the absolute instant he applied the treatment that very evening we were able to sit on our porch for the first time in years and have a comfortable and relaxing experience not being eaten alive and worried about getting stung. He was not only priced way below the competition, but he also offered us cost effective solutions that we could do ourselves to save money because he knew we were in tight budget. I needed a termite inspection and remediation report for lender for a home loan. I had called a well-known, heavily-marketed, extermination company and was dissatisfied with their 3-minute inspection and their greater interest in getting me on a costly yearly maintenance program. Did not really answer my questions or educate me on termites, or do the thorough inspection of the house I was expecting for the high fee or that their receptionist had prepared me for prior. Venting to my son about it, he introduced me to Kaleb/Armor Pest Control. My son warned me that Kaleb is sincerely passionate about his profession, it is not just his 9-5. 100%! Kaleb is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I threw at him, in as much detail as I wanted. He investigated every crevice that I asked him to and explained why he really didn't need to or where he really needed to, what he was looking for, how colonies work, life cycles, etc, etc. He educated me on control options, effectiveness in certain areas, etc. He worked efficiently and was very respectful of the property and my pets. Kaleb also already knew about all the ins and outs of the paperwork for the lender so that was a huge plus I didn't have to deal with it. I received all the reports I needed that same evening. There are not enough businesses in these current times where the owner is also the operator and takes personal pride, satisfaction, experience and enjoyment from a job they love and the gratification of a customer's appreciation. I had our first pest control service with Armor today. This included interior and exterior spaces as well as a treatment for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks in the yard. Kaleb arrived within the agreed upon time, introduced himself and discussed what he would be doing today. He went on to detail the safety of the products for animals as we have two dogs and quite a few bunnies and squirrels in the yard. He worked efficiently but thoroughly and was able to complete the service in less than one hour. I am impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. I’ll update with the effectiveness of the treatments as we move into spring and the bugs really come out to play. Great reliable local business! Kaleb came out the same day I called him to give me a free quote. Which was really fair compared to others I spoke with, for the exact same service and warranty.
