We used the 24 hour Pet Wash at Lanco today and will definitely be coming back! They have several options for shampoo for your pet including Flea & Tick Shampoo and De-Skunk Shampoo. There is a ramp to the tub and a collar chain to keep your pet in the best position to wash. It made it so convenient to wash our dog as the shampoo comes right out of the shower head. The shower head also was very flexible and super easy to fully wash our dog. However we did find at the end that the air dryer was malfunctioning so we unfortunately couldn’t use that feature. BUT we messaged the company on Facebook and they not only immediately responded but they refunded us the money that was lost! We will definitely be using this service again and will be recommending to friends!

Seems every time I go here I waste my time and money. From card readers not working , holes in the wand hose soaking me when I hit start, water smells horrible, and equipment is not kept up with. I was in today and unfortunately didn’t check the brush before making payment, brush had inadequate bristles to be considered usable. So off I go to another car wash, won’t be coming back here.

Forced to find another pet wash cause the one in Ephrata was torn down, we gave Lanco a try. We won’t again. First off, the smell that we encountered burnt our nostrils…it was horrible and there were piles and clumps of dog hair everywhere! Our pup needed a bath so we sucked it up, propped the door open and endured. The reader wouldn’t take my card so we were forced to find cash and it gave us four minutes for five dollars. Two of those minutes were spent waiting for the ice cold water to heat up. No joke and it was 50 degrees out and the water coming out was freezing. Lastly, if your pup is sensitive to loud beeps, don’t go here. It beeps really loud every time you put money in and it beeps like 10 beeps at the end to let you know you’re under a minute and my dog was a freaking out!! I really had high hopes for this pet wash and hate writing negative reviews but it was not a good experience.

Took my company 30 foot box truck to the self serve truck bay today, went in some mud earlier and got a little dirty. I heard about the place and figured I would try it out. Little did I know, this was going to be one of the biggest wastes of time and money. I spent an hour (according to their timer) cleaning my truck and in the end I got smeared dirt (because their brush was totally trashed from years of use, and their soap was as good as my spit). I spent $50 cleaning the truck and got a thin layer of dirt off and had to clean it again at another wash bay. Very displeased with this place. Also, their hose lines were covered in oil which then smeared all over my paint after I was done cleaning it.

When you have a problem they do not have a real phone number to contact them and the one on their website does not work. When you do find a way to contact them they are very rude and the touch less car wash does not get your car clean at all. I will never return here.

This a great car wash in the Ephrata area! This place got remodeled and updated in the recent years due to new ownership. It has bays to watch anything from a small car to a large truck. You have the option of soft touch of touchless for the automatic wash bays. Lanco Wash & Shine is cheaper and less busy than Mr. Shine. It may be a little more expensive than Kwik Shine, but everything here is nicer and up to date than at Kwik Shine. Overall a good value for what you get at a car wash in the Ephrata area.The reason for only four stars is because I was disappointed with salt that was still on my car after a wash through the touchless bay. I don’t know if this is normal for a touchless bay, but I did not pay $12 for a car wash to have this much salt still left on my car! I tried to take pictures of it, but I don’t know If the pictures accurately show how bad it was.

$15 bucks for a dirty car still. Used the touchless car wash and definitely won't waste my money again. Ceramic coated and all and still came out that dirty. The air dryer works terrible..Stick to Adamstown. 10x better for the price plus it cleans your car.

Bay 6. Washed my 4runner. Went to rinse but no rinse mode. Had to go to another bay to rinse which doubled my cost. No one around to talk too. Sucks!

I frequent this car wash often since it's right down the street from my house. Anytime I go there the equipment is well maintained, and clean. The staff are courteous, and helpful.Today I brought my truck to get washed in the automatic, and I was waiting for the guy in front of me to leave, to my surprise, he backed out, and pulled back in completely stealing my wash I paid for, and getting a double wash.I contacted Lanco ON A HOLIDAY, and they responded instantly to help me out, and get me reimbursed. It's not even their fault it happened, and they still took care of me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I won't go anywhere else! 👍

Stopped with my son to have his car washed. Vending machines were out of order (Card reader BROKEN) could not get cloth or cleaning accessories. Cash breakdown machine was out of service, could not break down cash to use out of order vending machines.. Several bays were "out of soap" Was there early afternoon on a Friday and no one was in the office to assist. Ended up leaving and will not use that facility again. This is not the first time there have been issues. Emailed the gmail listed on the office door on Friday with no response from the company re: the situation.

Confusing getting in and out of. The card reader would not work properly. Very expensive!. Vacuums are tight to pull in. And good luck with the vending machine for supplies. My item got stuck on the rack and charged my card like 4 times. Also some numbers didn't even work.

Cleanest place. All products and chemicals deploy from wand as indicated and work. One of the few places that are true good quality car washes for a good price. I wash my car there all the time and have never been disappointed by Do-It-Yourself spray bays. On a side not there is the same Lanco emplyee there every time making sure everything is good to go👍👍

The car wash was fine. However, the blow dryer wasn't blowing much air and my car didn't dry that much. I don't live that far away and I still have lots of beaded water on it. I paid for the premium service.

I haven't always had the greatest experiences with the automatic washes. But the hand wash bays are nice and clean and have great equipment that always works.Not the cheapest place on the block but the experience is nice.

Nice carwash. Clean up to date place. The touchless automatic wash does not do a super great job tho. But the hand wash bays are great. Great pressure and nice and clean. And the hand wash bays accept credit cards which is great. And a shout out to the owner for closing the wash on Sundays. i really appreciate that. God bless you for that.

It's okay but its most convenient to do these things on weekends, especially Sundays and this place for whatever reason thinks car washes don't work on Sundays. It's a machine. It works whenever you let it. It doesn't need a day off to relax. It's self-service, nobody needs to be there for it to work, yet it's closed....

The “soft touch” wash broke my sideview mirror. The attendant said signs say they aren’t responsible. I pointed out the signs also say soft touch. I left my info for the manager to call. 4 days later and a phone message to the car wash, I still haven’t heard from them.

It is okay but I still prefer kwik shine in Ephrata they have a better wash system and the car gets cleaner. This auto car wash just isn't the nices wash machine. And I won't ever go through a brush machine . Never know what could be stuck in brushes.

I paid $12 for my car wash and I gave the machine a $20 and it wouldn’t give me my change. It told me to see the office but it is closed, and there was no number on the receipt. Although the car wash was quick and it cleaned my car my $8 would be nice.

Excellent family owned carwash that's open 24 hours. The soft touch bay was down when I was there, so had to wait about 20 minutes to use the touch free bay. Would be nice if they had 2 touch free bays. They also have a truck wash and a doggie wash if you are into that sort of thing.

The fact that I don't have to have a mountain of change or dollar bills makes this super convenient. Wash types are great for use on my 35 year old BMW. Not sure why a self serve wash is closed on Sunday, but whatever.

Went here to wash bugs off carPut $3 in, pressed SOAP, did not have any soap for whole 3 minutes…….ripped off!Wondering if anyone is there during the day?!
