It's very difficult to enter the store especially if you have a cart or are in a wheelchair.The isles are crowded and generally a mess.When considering inflation it may be best to avoid this merchant. There quality of goods is not always the best and the prices reflect those of bigger local chain stores that have better quality merchandise for the same prices, often lower.

Went here 2 days in a row and yesterday I thought maybe the guy at the register was just having a bad day so I didn't say anything but I went there again today and he had an attitude again. I didn't say anything again but I was overcharged for something that was clearly marked a lower price so I asked him for a refund on the difference and heaven forbid he had to get off his phone to do some work. I called to speak to the manager and she was condescending on the phone and made it seem like I was the one with the attitude. If you don't like your job then get another one but don't work in a customer service related position if dealing with customers isn't your best attribute. I know it's not all the employees because there was another cashier before the guy was on the register and she was really nice and very helpful.

I am not a usual Dollar General shopper. I needed cleaning supplies at a decent price, so I decided to check out Dollar General. My local store was WONDERFUL. Price, selection...I was blown away at all I got for only $7.Donna, who was running register was FABULOUS. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Donna even showed me more ways to save money by downloading the DG app.All around wonderful experience. I will be shopping there weekly from now on.

This dollar general is great. I always go here to get canned cat food and litter and they always have great prices.The reason for the 2 stars is the staff. Some of the staff do not know how to operate the registers and are very slow. They also don't know anything about the product that they have in the store. There is also one guy that works there that is very rude, has an attitude problem and huffs and puffs when asked a question.

Guy at the front barely knew anything Told us to come ourselves n check what we wanted. So we drove there n couldn't find our stuff. Couple of other people also voiced the same with the guy at the front. He was least bothered

The store itself is fine but customer service varies depending on what employees are working that day. A decent place for quick convenience shopping for food, over the counter medications, and cheap household necessities. Also the phone service is really bad depending on what cellular company you use. One company (maybe T-Mobile?) has fine service but AT&T (my provider) and others have basically no service in the parking lot and store. True rating 3.5 stars due to mostly fixable problems imo.

Used to go here daily. Stopped going. Unreliable is a understatement. Always out of everything I’m looking for (common food items and drinks ) and not to mention some of the makeup items have not been restocked for over a year, like I’m not even joking, esp the believe beauty. I also can’t remember when I last seen koolaid here along with various other things. I stopped wasting my energy parking my car and going in here just to leave disappointed. I will never return I’d rather run into turkey hill if it’s a dyer emergency on needing something

Dollar General never disappoints me. They always have what I'm looking for and it doesn't even bother me that you can't get through some of the aisles. That just tells me that they are working hard to keep their shelves stocked for their customers.

Pretty clean and somewhat organized. There are only like two people working and the store is huge. Very friendly staff, a total plus!

Only 3 stars because although the staff is friendly, they are overworked. They are also severely understaffed. The store has closed earlier than usual on several occasion, which is very inconvenient for those of us whom live nearby. They’re supposed to close at 10:00PM. Today I thought I had time to run in to grab snacks but as I pulled up at 8:30PM the store was closing. False advertisement on business hours. Should say “close when we feel like it” 🤷🏽‍♀️

DG is such a convenience. I go there quite often for little things here and there. The staff is always so friendly. But today really stood out. The guy at the register went above and beyond to help out a disabled man even though he was the only staff on the floor and was very busy.. Great act kindness!

I cannot say enough about the girls who work here. I come in once a year to buy 6 cartloads of things for a kids Santa day and they never complain and are so helpful!!!! I came back 2 weeks later for personal items and they remember me and are so friendly!!! Love love love this place.

Unfortunately this store could use improvements all around. For one, their aisles tend to be crowded. Also sometimes their staff aren't the most cheerful to interact with.😒

I loved shopping here, but now there are so many stocking carts in almost every aisle, I get what I need and get out.It has gotten so unorganized and messy. You can't shop with a cart, you can't get down the asiles.Its disappointing. The staff is courteous, but it appears they are severely understaffed.

Nice selection of both name brand and off brand items at good prices. The store is clean and neatly organized. They offer seasonal items. While it's not a true "everything for a dollar" store, the prices are reasonable and they have name brands. There is a discount section as well.

People didnt have masks😷 and nobody said anything. They may have been Amish but?? I don’t get it? The Amish make over priced masks to sell $$ but dont wear them, but okay, I digress... Otherwise the store is one of the best dollar generals around. If you try and go on Saturday’s to get the “deals” make sure to go early before the “couponers” get there b/c it will b gone🙋‍♂️. The app is confusing with the coupons too, if your going to have a sale, then make it a sale not having to scan items add to a cart and apply the coupons to much!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Prices arent any better than regular stores. Walmart is probably always cheaper. And the y usually only have 1 person working with a line of people to checkout! They other person reluctantly may help check out people emerging from the back of the store.

We stood around the register waiting for someone to ring us out and it...took...forever. Nobody was around when we walked in OR when we were ready to check out. When a young man finally emerged from the bowels of the back of the store, he acted like we were a mere inconvenience. Nobody said "hello, goodbye, can I help you," etc. While he was doing whatever he was doing, the office, the safe, the register, and store merchandise were left exposed. There was nothing between us, the office, the registers, the doors, and the parking lot. Having served my time in retail, I know this is bad management at it's finest; recruiting, customer service, training, scheduling, etc. Just sayin...

Visited this store today and was looking at some things, next thing I know my son had a box cutter in his hand playing with it that an associate left carelessly on the shelves. Thank goodness he couldnt get it opened.

This store is so cluttered you cannot walk down ailse let alone push a cart..this is everytime i go into the store..and other people that i have talked to about it. I could not take it no more walked out today .went to a different store.
