Went into this dollar store and thought I was gonna get robbed. Nothing was in any spot where it should have been on the shelf.Needed an emergency pair of grip/work gloves and they didn't even know what I was talking about.

This place should be reported, closed, permanently release staff (incl. Regional manager), store deep cleaned, restocked, rehire valued employees and grand reopening. The smell of urine is wafting once you walk up. There are layers of dirt all along the store, fixtures and merchandise. This is years worth. There are cobwebs and bugs everywhere even wrap-around their cameras. Employees have no filter and are having conversations about how they refuse to fo anything since " they just text all shift and aren't my boss". Yet their biggest concern is that the trash hasn't been taken out in a week and that the trash company at this rate will be paid to pick up an empty dumpster.

This place smells like pee right when you come through the door, the service was HORRIBLE the only good person was Soto and she deserves a raise..she is single handedly saving this store, and should be promoted IMMEDIATELY.Your friendly neighborhood spiderman 😁

It’s unfortunate how awful this location is. It’s not the staff but the residents and patrons from the area. You can’t expect good service in an area riddled by holdups and theft. Staff has to be as tough and stern as the clientele or they get walked all over. Every time I’ve gone in, there’s some kind of customer disturbance. Steelton residents are some of the worst in the area.

The manger Evelyn is very rude and disrespectful, she placed a rule stating no kids under 18 can enter a store without an immediate parent. My kids never did anything or stole from this store. I'm a mother who works 12 he a day shift to support my family so I dont have time to walk with them across the street to the store, to much of inconvenience for all. When asked her why she said because some kids messed up her store, I inform her to then stop for the ones who are doing this and let everyone purchase, her response was no my kids didn't do anything but she still won't allow them to come in no child without parent, Many times I went to this store and have see them allow other kids from their same neighborhood they live enter and purchase without a parent after she set this rule, will continue to push this forward as this is discrimation, if you set a rule let it be for all not for selective few you decide.

This is the most disgusting family dollar I have ever been to. From the outside in they have dirt, bugs and Cobb webs all over the place. You have to literally pay attention to what you walk into, because if not you will definitely run into a Cobb web. This place really needs to be shutdown and guttered out with replacement of all managers.

I called in to check closing time, the less then thrilled "whatever" when I thanked him for telling me made me expect a rude employee, however he was very pleasant, just seemed overworked being completely by him self in a not so good part of town, family dollar, take better care of your emoloyees

Terrible place to shop the employees smoke at the front door and when I got out of my car an employee smoking at the door yells we are closed so I sit back in my car I decided to call them to see if they were really closed and they were actually not closed. Whoever is the owner needs to handle this store

The people who work there are very rude especially the manager.I don't appreciate being watched and glared at especially when i shop there often.Only one girl is nice there.I do like the deals and selection.

This store can't keep employees, it's always dirty and they don't check the products on the shelves. Several times I checked products that I knew were expired and to this day they are still there.

The store is not clean, never have enough of everything, long lines, and shuts down store hallf hour before time in the evening, but most cashiers are very polite

Not the Best Family Dollar i been at. But Definitely Not The Worse. The Selection is Mediocre. Couldn't even get a loaf of bread.
