The worst customer service ever!I bought four banquet spaghetti frozen meals at once, and ate all the other three, all good, no problem, But right after i finished the second-last one a day ago i had the fourth one. I should have noticed that something was wrong with that box: the tomato sauce was spilled a little bit outside the inner container, which i thought might be normal due to manufacturing and transportation, and tragic happens after i ate that one: i had seemingly endless insomnia due to stomach ache, at around 7 am, i started vomiting. Can you imagine how frightening it is that you're vomiting bloody red stuffs out of your stomach? It wasn't untill i emptied the entire box of spaghetti that i ate that i started to feel better. I contacted the customer service on the front desk the next day-which i hardly made myself there due to the extreme uncomfort in my stomach. They insist that the only thing they can do is to refund me that specific item, which is like around $1. They blame all that on me saying that i was storing them wrongly, but it turned out i froze all of them right after i brought back to home, all four we're stored at the same place, i heated it properly for over 7 min--way longer than as shown on the instruction. Not to say i stored them together and had them one-by-one. Afterall, since i don't have a "proof" to show that it's that thing causing my vomiting(which, you'll have to put up a surveillance camera inside your house recording every step you did when storing, heating, and eating that thing), they insist They cannot do anything. I filed a claim on Walmart customer service, as instructed by the CS, i asked to talk to Lexi, the main manager here, but the staff refused to get me that person and refused any further services. NICE JOB, WALMART!

Very busy, kids back to college, but the checkout lines moved quickly. Our worker told us she came from another store to help with the rush. It's good to see Walmart getting good team playing workers!!! Wish I remembered her name, but Bravo!!!

Well I don't know where to start, except I wish that people would be in a better mood. Some of the employees at this location (North Atherton) didn't even want to help us. In fact a couple of employees said that they would not help us. We just could not believe their actions, down right DISRESPECTFUL. !!! Sorry, but I'm just telling it like it was again.

Good for shopping. Need to hire more people and open more registers. Down fall is trying to get people to help you. They are never available or takes 15minutes to 1 hour for help. Employees dont ask if you need help anymore and walk right by you. 4-5 people standing at the front of the store to watch self check out could be running a register. Walmart experience has gone down hill. The carts always seem to gave one wheel that will ruin your day. I should not walk out of walmart with my back hurting due to a cart that only turns right easy.

Awful management. Each year kids at Penn State raise millions to fight childhood cancer through THON. Some of the kids park their cars at the Walmart parking lot to catch the bus to the Bryce Jordan Center. While they are dancing to raise money for the kids, Walmart is conspiring with Half Moon towing to tow their cars for $400 a piece. When calling to complain, Walmart denies that they are responsible, blames the landlord, then says they might have called the towing company, then admits they did but says the kids should have known better than to park there. Low, really low. Then they hang up on you when you ask their name so you can reference it when calling Walmart corporate to complain. Please don't shop here if you can avoid it. I don't usually write negative reviews, but Walmart's behavior in this case is disgusting.

So I went to buy a new phone and unfortunately there were some issues on my account that were on my end not theirs and these 2 employees from OSL in electronics went out of their way to help me. I feel so bad because I forgot the ones name I think it was earl and the other one was named Nathan. A lot of times in today's world I've dealt with people in customer service that were plain old rude and annoyed if asked for help. I hate when that happens but these 2 guys literally went out of their way to come up with a solution to get me a phone then and there and they did. I wish more customer service workers were like these 2 gentlemen! These 2 absolutely deserve a raise! Anytime I have phone issues or need an upgrade I will be going to Walmart on North Atherton when they are working. They definitely made my experience great and the world could use more people like them in it!!!

Go ahead and slowly raise the price of everything, that's fine, but leave the bread alone. It was 88¢ for years and has been slowly going up. $1.32 is unreal.I also noticed my 70¢ SpaghettiOs are now 90¢. What else is left for me without my bread and Os?You aren't being very sneaky, let's leave the basics alone so people can still afford to eat.

North Atherton Walmart is fine i dont have anything negative to say about it just know this is the one that deals with the college kids the most, so messier it can be unorganized it might run out of something faster because of the college kids. Benner Pike Walmart is the more normal Walmart. There are some differences between the 2 where i might find a certain product at North and Benner doesnt even carry it. Those are subtle differences. Also North has Auntie Anns and Benner has Philly pretzels North also has a Subway Benner does not. Parking is about the same Benner Pike has a Sams Club next door North does not. North has a Mcdonalds Benner has Taco Bell and some other restaurants and stores like Ross Harbor Freight and more. The shopping center at Benner Pike has way more than North Atherton. Those are the main things i can think of, personally i go to Benner Pike i prefer that store over North Atherton.

The good: it's a Walmart with the typical wide ranging selection and low prices. The staff is usually helpful, though not always the most friendly. The auntie Anne's is a nice addition, especially for shopping as a family. It's also convenient to have the pharmacy, eye center, etc.The bad: there is pretty much no cell service in the parking lot or in the building for me, which makes it hard to call home for any last second additions to the grocery list. The parking lot is always pretty busy, especially with bus traffic, but nothing too terrible.

I went to the self checkout, and the register that I used was “cash only” I had a lot of items. No signs stating that it was CASH Only and the young student that was in charge of the self checkouts didn’t say a word. So frustrating so I told the guy that I didn’t see anything stating that fact and I left everything there and left. Definitely over $100 worth of products. Be more Specific and Efficient! Put a sign up that says cash only or card only. It’s not that hard. This was the 3rd time that this has happened!! 😤😤😤😤

I went in to pick up a script because I just came from the doctor. They said we just received them. Can you shop for 20 minutes and come back. I said yes because I had some things to getI shopped. I put my stuff in the car and then went back to the pharmacy. Everything was ready. They were so kind. I nicked my arm on my car and was bleeding. The pharmacist and a tech both went out to get band aids off the shelf. I got cleaned up, paid for my stuff, and then the pharmacist took me aside to make sure I understood everything. I am new to this pharmacy, and I must say their techs and pharmacists get an A+ in my book for customer service. Keep up the great work.

I think the Walmart on Benner is your better choice to find what you need. Bathrooms were dirty and the employees look miserable! I Usually do my own checkout but lines were backed up so I went to a cashier looked and acted like she was 12. Some of the produce was rotten temps need to be adjusted

We were there over the weekend and when we were leaving the parking lot my oldest daughter said is it OK if I drink something that's 6 month expired and I told her not to drink it. Expiration date Jan. 23, 2023. They need to check expiration dates

I had to do some early-morning shopping on a Wednesday between 7:30-9:00am. While I was extremely disappointed that there were no cashiers working before 9am to help with my completely full cart and a tight deadline to get home to 3 kids, the self-checkout supervisor (I believe his name was Muhammed) could see the disappointment on my face and offered to help. He was incredibly kind to assist, and patiently scanned all my goods while I bagged and put them back in the cart. I couldn’t have gotten home in time without him. He made my day and the overall experience a positive one!

Well, Walmart is Walmart. You can find just about anything you need at the Walmart, of course anymore I start to think to myself at what price? Some of the people you see and the things that happen and the things you hear are so unsettling, I’m getting ready to just forget about the Walmart and spend more money somewhere else just for less weirdness and stress … 🤷‍♀️

The update what seems like constantly but that is retail. I wish they still had price checkers in the asle for customers when they can't find a price. Overall I shop there for alot of things many times a week so it is a good place for prices and usually they have what you are looking for.

Reliable for shopping late at night. Cashiers close at 10pm some 9pm makes it difficult if you have a full cart and have to use self checkout. Takes forever with the tiny counter space to work with totally ridiculous. Sometimes a manager might help you out. I had person monitoring the self checkout helped me and rangup my groceries. Shopped for 50 minutes and I was exhausted from my day and the young girl helped ring and baged my items. I so appreciated her especially since her co-worker at the other end of self checkout was useless!
