I had excellent success at the UPS store, and there ability to increase size of print at a very reasonable fee. I have found this extremely useful for enlarging stained glass patterns as you need several of them to complete your work.I have found the price excellent, turnaround very quick, and availability of services is also generally quite quick. I will continue to take my work here to have it enlarged in the future. 😃

I had planned to surprise my son, who lives in California, with homemade food for his birthday in November since he couldn't come home to PA for Thanksgiving. Despite the distance, I thought it would be a great way to celebrate his birthday. However, when the package was returned to us after two weeks, my husband and I were the ones surprised. We had spent a lot of money on this overnight shipping, but we were told we couldn't get our money back because the package was missing an apartment number. Fortunately, Allen, the manager, noticed that the package wasn't delivered the next day due to problems on the other end and not because of the missing apartment number. He appealed the case, and thankfully, we got our money back. Although my son didn't receive his birthday surprise, we are grateful to Allen and the staff for their kindness and hard work. Now, we are looking forward to celebrating the holidays with him at home.

Many things prompt me to provide a positive review of this UPS store - Friendly, curtious and prompt service. My need is printing blueprints, so I email PDFs to them for printing on 24 x 36 paper. They email me when they receive my file; they call me when they are going to be done (normally about a half hour notice); then they call me when they are finished. Can't get much better! I have done the same thing with other UPS stores in the area. This is not the closest store to me, but I am willing to drive a little bit further for the level of service I recieve at store 5642.

Worst UPS store I've ever been in!Guy named Pat waited on me and couldn't be any more rude. I'm certain he overcharge me to send out a flashlight that weight less than a pound!! $57 is absolutely ridiculous to mail a flashlight back.

Vic and the team at the UPS Store are top-notch. I've used them for promotional items a handful of times and they always deliver great products and customer service. They're very transparent about costs and turnaround times and are great at keeping me updated about estimated delivery dates, proofs, etc. I plan to use them again in the future when my company has a need for promotional items.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!The UPS Store is central to the success of our small business!!! We use the UPS store for everything from basic print and promotional products to Every Door Direct Mailers (EDDM). EDDM are a central foundation to our marketing efforts. Vic and his team take care of us at every level from design to print, bulk mail postage, and selecting postal routes to target. His team even drops them off at the post offices for us!!! Vic has an excellent staff. Their services are tailored and all the customer service reps are very engaged, listen to what you want and make it come to life! They are kind, friendly, and they are excellent at communicating throughout the process and they are always happy to make revisions. Their products are always excellent and have never disappointed. I highly recommend this UPS store for any circumstance!!! If you have a small business of any kind, the UPS store can help you take your business to the next level. They certainly have for me!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Victor and Jess spent so much time working with me for all of my wedding prints that I needed and they turned out so beautiful. They did everything from a ceremony sign, place cards, seating chart, invitations, and the most beautiful etched champagne glasses for my husband and I. I would highly recommend anyone work with them for whatever printing/projects you need done.

Sort of stunned and humored by the bad reviews. As a Stormstown resident, I see the North Atherton store as saving me from going to the Amazon store downtown or driving up to the mall area. I've always been in-and-out of this store quickly. Never had a package dropped there not reach its destination. Never had a bad customer service experience. I think any user upset that this place doesn't provide full UPS service develop expectation management. This is a third-party expediter. In my opinion, they do it well.

If you are an Amazon customer trying to make a return, do yourself a favor and go to the Amazon Store downtown. The staff at this store was totally unhelpful and incompetent with absolutely no customer service. I had a shipment damaged by UPS and they wanted me to repackage it or pay them to do it. That seemed a bit absurd to me, so they encouraged me to go to the Amazon store. I did just that. I was in and out with absolutely no issues and they were kind. Skip this place!Update: More details since Vic seemed put off by my review. My package was damaged during UPS shipping. I brought my package to a UPS store, who then claim zero interest in making right what happened during their shipment (Amazon didn't break it). But alas I was informed, you are not UPS; you simply enjoy the benefits of using the name to draw business (Can't have it both ways, Vic). As well as plastering the "Amazon Return" everywhere you can online, which you most certainly are not. Your staff was anything but courteous, helpful or polite. If your store is a print shop, call it a print shop.Bottom line, I was in and out of Amazon store in less than 2 minutes. They didn't have an arrogant manager that suggested I take my business elsewhere. "Got the box, got the tracking. Great thanks and have a happy new year!"

CHECK YELP REVIEWS!My husband went to this store and was shocked at the behavior of the staff and apparently one of the owners. I looked it up on yelp and there are many people that felt the same. Don't make the same mistake he did.BEWARE: This company is NOT UPS. This company is NOT an Amazon Return. They will not offer you service like those companies do.Update: There was no glass. You're the UPS store, it seems ridiculous to call yourself a small business totally unrelated to UPS. Charging to repackage a shipment damaged by UPS. Brilliant idea. Someone already inconvenienced by UPS, should then pay UPS to fix a UPS problem.

My experience was really good. I contacted this UPS store via email regarding laminating some manga prints I purchased. They responded very promptly to each of my messages. I had 50 4" x 6" prints. The price came out to be about $40 which I thought was fair and less than they quoted me in the emails. The quality of the lamination was great and it was done so much faster than I expected, I think in about a day or less if I remember right.The only thing I noticed is that a few of the edges of the laminate were cut at an angle that didn't line up with the edge of the prints. Some of them went at a slight angle, but most of them turned out great! And it's nothing I can't trim myself.

What can I say, this UPS store is the best! We’ve been using their printing services for years on large packet printing orders for our conferences. We are consistently impressed with the excellent end product they produce, and the speed with which they do it. We have a great relationship with the printing staff and they even remember details of our past orders so we need say nothing more than “we’ll take the usual.” We will be continuing to work with this awesome store for years to come and could not recommend them more highly for your next printing project.
