We truly had the best experience with this place all thanks to the owner, Nicholas! We had decided to do a pretzel table/bar at our wedding. It was an odd request, but he helped make our vision come true. We got all the pretzels that we needed for our guests. Everyone loved them, thought they were delicious, and thought the idea was awesome. Nicholas was great to work with. He even delivered all of the pretzels personally, which we did not expect! I would highly recommend this place if you ever need pretzels for an event. It’s owners like this one that really makes a difference in a business. My husband and I were so happy to have worked with him for a short period of time!

These are definitely some of the BEST pretzels I’ve ever had! They were fresh and so warm. The service was immaculate & quick. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I will be back again. Highly recommend!!!

I have these almost everyday! Personally I order 6 unsalted pretzels and the container, about 8-12oz. CINNAMON SUGAR DIP! Yes! PEOPLE get it! You won't regret it. IT'S HEAVENLY! I have that for breakfast on my days off- no cooking. Lol Honestly a great place with great people! The new owner is a truly kind person. And the girl behind the counter is lovely. Also if your going for savory flavors- honey mustard is good! And the PEPPERONI ROLL WITH that MARINARA- DEFINITELY worth a try! Lastly- the FROZEN LEMONADE is an ICEE on NEXT LEVEL !! Addicting in itself! It's just a heartwarming experience no matter my mood. From spicy mustard to brownie batter dips in individual dip portions, bottles and small tubs.. choose your favorite. I told you mine!

I honestly have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. My family and I LOVE the Philly Pretzel Factory and get treats there probably much more frequently than I'd like to admit! Their pretzels are super soft, always fresh and come with great dips. I don't care for their cheese dip too much, but the rest of them are excellent. Have ordered a number of their pretzel trays from them and they are amazing. You get a TON of little rivets on those trays. And there are always coupons floating around. When I think of an inexpensive item to bring to a party, I always think a pretzel tray. For $20 (with $5 coupon) you can get a huge tray of rivets with three dips. Well worth the money in my opinion. Again, not sure what these other reviewers are talking about. I have never experienced poor or disrespectful service from these guys. Highly recommend.

Was there this morning I go up to counter the employee said 10 minutes I told them what I wanted I go to restroom come out there is a customer now in line buys what I ordered and i got told I got to wait again!!! Then laughs ..here's something even funnier never get another penny from me

Philly Pretzel Factory has absolutely delicious pretzels and dips and all of the staff is so nice! I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy a nice warm pretzel with a dip on the side!

Oh Man! Pretzels....delicious! The prices and deals aren't like they use to be at the old original location downtown State College,near the library. We definitely miss the stuffed pretzels(steak or chicken). It's just not the same. :( Enjoyed stopping there while waiting for the bus,after the library,etc. It would of been nice to of kept that location open too.

I almost didn’t rate this because they only have 1-5 stars but what if this place was so terrible that they deserve a 0 star rating. The heat lamp clearly needed replacing it was so rusted and dirty it definitely made me think twice about ordering anything from there.

Purchased cinnamon nuggets they were cold and hard the had been sitting there a long time. Threw them away. Deserved 1 star but have been there before and they are ok . Much better with previous owner

I was very disappointed when l bought your pretzels they where I'll call the bite size I even asked if they where fresh and he told me yes. Well let me tell you they couldn't have been fresh hard on the outside and tough inside. We threw them away. I wasted $3.00 . Will not be buying them again any time soon.

Hated the customer service, the food was subpar. I blame the manager. There’s no way possible a store could be so terrible to its customers. It’s almost as if He’s just hiring people to do a horrible job ,nothing is ever clean. He staff is extremely rude. The food isn’t good. The manager doesn’t even correct his staff when they disrespect the customers. I say new management.
