Incredibly pleased! We absolutely love our new window from Pella. We had a smaller window above our kitchen sink and wished for more light and ventilation and maybe even a nice deep window sill to grow herbs on.After calling Pella in State College, Jeff came to our home and really listened to what we wanted. His knowledge, honesty and suggestions were very helpful to us in making our decision. Installation went so smoothly with Don and his crew. They thought of everything and were pristine with the inside and outside work. They cleaned up and managed all the details, like covering the screw/nail holes and painting over them to make our new bigger window look perfect when they left. Jeff is so pleasant and knowledgeable. He came out to my home and came up with solutions to everything on my wish list including a custom build picture window. He made a great suggestion to move the existing patio door for the basement replacement and getting a new patio door upstairs with the interior blinds that I wanted! Happy customer.

We contacted Pella State College and spoke with Bob and Jeff. Jeff came out to our house and guided us through picking out a new sliding glass door. We ordered the door which arrived in a several weeks. Matt & Dan was the installers and did an excellent job. They was very thorough and the clean up was spotless. Jeff returned to put in the pet screen and made a few minor adjustments. We were pleased with Jeff's professionalism, friendlyness and efficient manner both times we worked with him, he was never pushy or made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision. We highly recommend Jeff from Pella of State College.

Glenn is very responsive and is always willing to meet me on jobsites or at the office to review orders. If there are any issues after the sale, Glenn takes care of them quickly and efficiently.

If it was possible to give a ten star review, we would certainly give it to the entire crew at State College Pella Windows and Doors. From start to finish, our project was actually a pleasant experience. Our sales rep, Jeff Stainbrook, was the best; friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful of our needs without any of high pressure sales tactics. The installation crew (Don, Rich and Bob) were nothing short of awesome! Our replacement windows were skillfully and efficiently installed; the guys cleaned up so well, we hardly knew they were there! We are also pleased with the high quality of the Pella products. In fact, it was such a positive experience that we have already contracted Pella of State College to replace additional windows and doors in our home. Thanks to all!

We had Jeff Stainbrook stop by our house to give us a quote for replacement windows in our 3-seasons room. Jeff was very knowledgeable not only about what would work best for us, but also in the installation process due to his previous career in installation. He was hands on with our current windows, and also showed us how to improve the performance of some of the windows we have trouble with to hold us over until we are able to get them replaced. He was very professional and warmly personal. I would recommend having Jeff over to give you a quote and guidance on all your future window projects!

Bob Schall of Pella Windows & Doors of State College has made shopping for windows and doors a more pleasant experience than anticipated. He was able to answer any and all questions we had, was pleasant and accommodating, and above all else, honest and easy to deal with. We didn't feel any pressure to make a quick decision. He believes in his product which makes his job and our choice a lot easier. Pella is a great product and we appreciate not being badgered with follow up calls offering yet one more discount. We'll likely go with Pella because of his good service.I'd like to add that while our initial contact and service with Pella was positive, post installation was not. We could not have our contractor set the screen door because it was missing two critical screws to attach it to the top. Pella promised they would send the missing screws but after three weeks, we did still not have them. When we returned from vacation, we called and asked again about the missing pieces. They replied that they would be installed in mid-November. This is not ok. The doors were installed in September and we cannot benefit from them without the screen. By mid-November, the weather will be so cool that we won't need to use the screen.We also asked that the louvers inside the panes be adjusted but the service man who came to the house did not know how to do that. Another serviceman we ran into at the Pella showroom showed us that it was possible to adjust them so that the lever was not at floor level, and they promised to send someone out that day to adjust the blinds, but the man never showed up. Now, four weeks later, we are still struggling to use the between-panes blinds. Service at this point is so frustrating. Today we went to the Pella showroom in State College and it is gone. I'm not sure what's going on, but I would not recommend Pella to anyone because of their falling short after the sale has been made. This experience has been very disappointing.If I could change the stars on the review which was initially positive, I would change to two stars.
