At first glance, it was a quiet and clean atmosphere. There wasn’t many people sitting inside but it was very spacious. I had decided on getting the Penne Rosa with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and Potstickers. One issue that I encountered was that the potstickers were missing and a refund was not available unless you returned in person. It seemed like they did not want to give a refund and tried to convince me to just come back for the potstickers which is an inconvenience. The pasta itself was not bad but it seemed like it was microwaveable food. Overall it was just a disappointing experience.

So...ordered online and picked up to bring home.First experience with Noodles & Company.Ordered a bunch of things to share with family.The Korean meatballs tasted good, however they had a weird texture, akin to those cheap "fake" meatballs.The dishes we ordered were good but, for example, the BBQ pork mac&cheese only had a topping of pork and cheese? The noodles underneath had no sauce and were just naked noodles? It wasn't like creamy mac and cheese?I also ordered the zucchini Alfredo montamore with chicken. Once I got to the hotel, I noticed it wasn't zucchini noodles, but regular spaghetti noodles. I can't have gluten, so this was a problem.I had also included an order of pot stickers, but they were out of those and a note in my bag said they'd be refunded.I did call the establishment about the noodles vs zucchini noodles and was promised a refund for them by 9pm?The flavors were good for the food but the lack of any sauce and the wrong order along with missing food was not my favorite experience.

Great place for any Mac and cheese fan. Options are great for combinations! Prices are fair. Service is pretty quick. My favorite is the Buffalo Mac and Cheese and I add on scallions. Great location for the college and easy access for parking as well

I like eating at this restaurant because it offers a variety of taste options. Most ingredients can be swapped out, and this means that there are more options for vegans, vegetarians and food allergies. It's a great fast food alternative if you are tired of burgers, hoagies and other typical fast food places.

There is a wide variety of vegetarian dishes plus they have impossible chicken. I had the Asian noodles, the sauce was okay. I'd go back to try another dish.Vegetarian options: I good selection.

As a vegetarian I really like the options they offer for vegetarians. The atmosphere is like a usual fast food chain, just below average than a fast food chain. This restaurant located at the State College downtown near Starbucks Cafe. It's served with a lot of international noodles varian. However, parking location is an issue here.

I would highly recommend this place. The atheistic is very nice (in my opinion) with the mix of orange, nice amount of seating, and the food is pretty good. I tend to order the same item though so keep that in mind.Had a good experience where I got the wrong order but it was settled swiftly and without any hassle.No real opinion on employee interaction since I simply order my food, then sit and eat. So far though, I don't have anything negative to say about my "employee interactions" thus far.Prices are good for amount of food you get and if you're on a diet you can ask for a smaller proportion meal.

The food actually tastes good, no complaint in that department. Additionally, wait times are acceptable at around 10 minutes a meal typically.However, the portion size is rather small for $10. For a "regular" size you get a fairly small circular bowl of your ordered dish. I thought I might've accidentally gotten a small size at first.

I think I'm addicted to coming here. I always get the Spicy Korean Beef and it's incredible. I would recommend getting the regular size bowls because it's a good size for a meal and the best bang for your buck. The food is made fairly quickly so if you're hungry you don't have to wait. And they have the fun Coke Free Style machines so you can have almost any drink you would want

Overall, I have had decent experiences at this noodles&co location. The staff there do a good job in both customer service and food prep. While I am a bit devastated that they no longer serve the beef stroganoff, the Japanese noodles are still delicious.

Would absolutely give 0 stars if I could. Maybe the most poorly run establishment I’ve ever been to. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes to be 3rd in line. When I finally reach the front, they hold up the in person orders for over 30 minutes to prioritize the people picking up their food. I’ve never heard of a food place that doesn’t prioritize the people who are physically inside waiting. You’d think they’d do what every other establishment would on planet earth does and shut off pick up orders until they could handle it. Don’t come here it blows.

This place has a very good selection of Asian, American, and Italian foods. The food is always very good. They use fresh ingredients too. You can also customize your dish by making substitutions and additions. If you are vegetarian you can also choose tofu instead of meat. I definitely recommend it.

Their app gives so many rewards it's amazing! The staff is very friendly. Once I wrote on a review that their tables weren't very clean (I couldn't specify it was the outside ones) and some days after that I noticed them cleaning the tables more often (maybe a coincidence, but it does look like they care about customer service)

I love the concept of this place and everybody else's food looked great; however, the entree I got: orange chicken lo mein was not what I expected. The chicken was grilled and had no sauce, but the noodles were drenched in orange sauce. I expected it the other way around and found it too sickly sweet.

Not bad. Flavor was on point. Issue was I ordered chicken noodle soup and only received four noodles in my entire soup, and 2 pieces of carrot. Also ordered the truffle Mac and cheese. Pasta tasted a tiny bit old, but flavor of sauce was on point. Great taste but was disappointed by the quantify.

I ordered Spagetti & Meatball for a take out and guess what I got when I opened the food in my office (3min walk). A bowl of spagetti with hot surface and ice cold inside and bottom. What a good microwaved food I got from the fridge.... I can't believe they actually sell this. I always get the same menu all the time I visit here once a week and never had this kind of awful experience until today. Good JOB

Most Noodles and Co are about the same- pretty tasty for fast casual, not afraid to season their food. This one stands out because of the manager- he provides exceptional service and leads a happy crew. We appreciate him every time we go (which is pretty often)

Multiple people from my office, including myself, have ordered from here a few times. The food is good so we keep ordering it but every single time they bring our order, something is missing. The very first time they sent the delivery right back with the rest of our order and even refunded our money. The 2nd time they sent the delivery guy back with the rest of the order, no refund but extra rice crispy treats. The 3rd time no refund and they didn't send anyone back. Someone from my office ordered for our company today and they screwed up again. Once again, the food is fine, is the customer service that is not good.. I get messing up once or twice but every time....

Quick service, moderately expensive and good portion size - that's how I would describe Noodles and Company. You won't be getting the best pasta of your life, neither would you get the worst - it's just right for the price and that's what people want - the best pasta for the price. The soups are creamy and has that herbs aroma and the ambiance is good. The people are cool and friendly as well (at least for all the time I have been there).

This is a great restaurant! I had a friend take me here for the very first time and I was extremely impressed. The food was delicious, I ordered the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and it was easily some of the best I've ever had. The ordering style is great, instead of sitting and looking at a menu and what not you walk up and order like at McDonalds yet the food gets delivered like a sit down! The price is comparable to McDonalds, too, it was surprisingly affordable. The staff was wonderful and they even have those awesome Coke machines with the touch screen and 10000000 drink flavors. I will recommend it to anyone and everyone and use it for date night all the time!

Only thing I had there was chicken noodle soup and it was delightful--piping hot, good portion, and flavorful. Price struck me as "normal" compared to Panera or something like that for soup. I wasn't feeling well and a nice comforting bowl of chicken noodle soup was just what I needed.

My food was alright; I had a spicy Korean beef bowl. The spice level was perfect for me; medium. It was overly soupy. I truly believe that if it was served as a dry noodle dish, it would have been AMAZING!!I may try it again, when I'm in the area. (Then again: "Little Szechuan", a restaurant and staple in State College, is pretty tasty... So, I've heard.)

We LOVE their food. Kids request is all the time. HOWEVER! EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. we order from them (online only), something is missing! Sometimes it is an entire meal. While the delivery company will refund for missing items, that doesn't help when you have 1-2 family members without a dinner while everyone else is eating. With Covid, we order once or twice a week from GHub, UEats, or DDash...no other restaurant makes this many mistakes.To compound the frustration, I finally called today to let them know and had to trick their phone system into giving me a human being. When I finally got one, she sent me to a "manager". No manager. Call Center who also said they couldn't reach the restaurant.Overall-great place if you can dine in. If not, I do NOT recommend.
