I was at Home Depot today buying a new lawn mower blade for my mower. I had the mower with me and asked if they could put the new one on for me. Two gentlemen from the garden department, Richard and Lee, offered to help me. The old blade was RUSTED on and it took BOTH of them over an hour to get the old blade off. I NEVER would have gotten that blade off in a million years. They worked so hard but finally got it off, and put my new blade on for me. Not only were they perfect, PATIENT gentlemen, but they refused to take any money from me for all the time and effort they put in. These two guys were the PERFECT example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and you can be sure I'll be shopping at Home Depot again and again.Thank you Richard and Lee, you were BOTH a blessing to me today.Nancy CalvarioState College, PA
