Prescription required the pharmacy to go to manufacturer website to access coupon. Pharmacist said they couldn’t because they didn’t have internet access. Called another CVS, had no issues. Have also gotten this Rx in the past at other CVS pharmacies with no problem. These people are not willing to do anything that requires extra work. Even if it saves the customer $425. Unfortunate.
