The store manager was nice and super knowledgable! He helped me to solve the Extrabucks reward problem in 20 seconds. Other staff are super also friendly! Great service!

The pharmacy is awful. The lead pharmacist the worst in customer service. I was told my prescription would be filled at 6p on a Wednesday - went in Thursday late afternoon and the lead pharmacist said they are 5 days behind. I asked if she could please fill my prescription and she refused - when I asked again and said I would park my car in the drive-thru lane, she threatened to call the cops on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This pharmacy is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I had to wait for 26 minutes on the phone to speak with someone in the pharmacy. When I mentioned this they blew me off, didn’t even give an explanation. I will take my business elsewhere.

Until around 8-12 months ago, this store was excellent in service and management. After a few of the better pharmacists left and a new pharmacist by the name of Hang P. Nguyen took over, it's been a disaster. I have been trying to get a refill for a medication that clearly has one refill but she refuses. She said that she contacted my doctor to supply a NEW prescription several days prior and it still was not ready, causing me to contact my doctor's office to discover that a request was NOT MADE. I requested it myself and it was called on on 11:40 am. (right after I called my doctor's office.) Now, I will see if it's ready when I go into town this afternoon. I firmly believe that she is totally incompetent and also is using the refills for herself. Otherwise, how did this happen? Otherwise, why was she so nasty and testy when questioned? I had to list one star service in order for the "Post" button to activate but the store doesn't deserve the one star.

I bought a covid test that was that was on a shelf that said 11.99. After I walked out I realized that I was charged 23.99. I went back in and they would not give me my money back because they said it's unreturnable.

Most of the employees here are so rude and don’t care about anyone but themselves. Especially the tall male pharmacy technician. I called to see when my prescription would be back in stock (was told it would be 5 days ago), the very unfriendly pharmacist told me it was on back order and offered no other information despite knowing I’m out of my medication. I asked if they had it at other locations and they immediately said no, pretty sure they didn’t even check because when I called Rite Aid (much nicer people) it took them a few minutes to check other locations.

This is the best cvs in town. Always fully stocked and has very hard working employees. Whenever I faced any problem with my purchase, they solve it right away. Love to come here!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE! Very poor service and overall disorganized pharmacy. They forgot to issue us part of our prescription and wrongfully refused to acknowledge their error, demanding $140 extra dollars for them to do it again. They just simply have awful customer service and disorganized pharmacies are just plain concerning. Going elsewhere.

Had to wait for a prescription and my son needed to use the restroom. Hands down one of the GROSSEST restrooms I have ever been in. It was akin to a truck stop restroom on the outside of the building that you have to get a key to get into. The toilet was disgusting, toilet paper everywhere, the sink clearly has not been cleaned in a long time with dirt caked on it. How do they keep it like that??? Take a little pride.

The store manager, Brad, accused me of not paying for items days prior to today. He referenced his camera and the fact that I took my items from behind the counter(within arms reach of the counter)and did not pay for them. He neglected to inquire with his pharmacy staff as to whether or not they received payment for the 2 items valued at over $140, before accusing me,publicly, of leaving with unpaid merchandise. He also neglected to review his pharmacy register camera, or any other store cameras, before publicly accusing me of leaving the store without paying. He did not consider the fact that his camera revealed that neither of the two employees working the register were at the register to check me out. I walked the entire store looking for either employee before grabbing the items AND PAYING AT THE PHARMACY REGISTER.Brad, this was not handled professionally. You didn't even apologize for the accusation after you received a copy of my receipt.GET A BELL AT YOUR REGISTER AREA OR BUDGET FOR SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY BE THERE. DON'T ASSUME THINGS WITHOUT HAVING ALL OF THE FACTS. THIS CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT!

Cashier was super nice and helpful. The younger manager(tightly pulled back blonde hair, VERY defined on-point eyebrows) that was on duty was beyond horrific, I was treated most wretchedly. Took my couponing personally and made sure I knew it. Tossed stuff on the floor, every word that came out of her mouth seethed of hatred, violently ripped coupons from the register. I had never been in this store before, she had never dealt with me before, and I am always polite and grateful to anyone at CVS. Sure the whole "ordeal" took about 30 minutes, but that was pretty much her fault for not listening to me. I've been couponing at CVS for over 2 years, and know all the policies well, and the only reason she didn't want to listen to my suggestion to keep everything organized was out of pure spite. If you can't handle someone who is polite, doing everything by-the-book, and who only is there because you aren't doing your job, get out of that line of work. As for the woman I was with, I had NO part in her transaction and am NOT responsible for her.

We had to start going to cvs when our insurance changed. What a pain, don't sign up for auto refills or they will fill 90 day scripts weekly, even after u call to ask for it to be stopped. Have had 5 more texts to pick up. If I run into any drug addicts, I'll refer them, they would love u

I have to take birth control so I don’t puke or have to go to the hospital for severe cramps. It’s so bad I’ve almost had to be seen by a doctor to see if it was actually appendicitis. I refilled my prescription two months ago and I haven’t gotten a refill. I have pain so bad I almost have to go to the hospital, and they don’t even refill my prescriptions. Don’t go to this pharmacy.

Waited on the phone to cancel a prescription since I moved out of the area. The woman on the phone picked up( maybe Cathy, but not 100% sure) and when I tried to speak, this woman kept cutting me off. Bad customer service.

Silver Scripts, Caremark, let me down by not fulfilling their duty to provide auto-refill on my drugs. These folks were kind enough to ship me my drugs overnight! I am extremely grateful, they went over and above for great, great service. Thank you so much. Pat

Nice and clean but the pharmacy is slow. They told me 20 minutes, so I left and came back. Then they said ANOTHER 20 minutes for my prescription. After the THIRD TIME they said it couldn’t be filled yet, like why tell me that nearly an hour later?

They dont keep proper stock of their medications. In the small span of a month and a half they have been COMPLETELY OUT of not one but THREE different prescriptions. Two of which are medications that absolutely cannot be delayed to be refilled.

They give me issues each time about my script. If there's any issue with your script have it figured out before you get here they are zero help. Biggest joke of a pharmacy I've ever been to. Choose anywhere else you can but here the stores nice but the pharmacy like I mentioned is a JOKE

Took covid pcr test for plane. It took them 24 just to get test to the lab and then I got sms that I should expect results in another 1-2 days. Pcr tests are accepted within 3 days. This is dumb.

I absolutely loved the cvs on 201 west beaver ave, been going there for years with amazing service but with them just closing out of no where I had to transfer to this cvs. They were very rude when I had questions regarding if they kept my medication in stock also it took hours just to have my son's meds filled even though they said it would take 10 minutes

I have been a customers of CVS while I was in GA and I have never been treated with disrespect now I live in pa and I went to the CVS for a prescription for heat meds at the state college s Atherton location and I was never treated so badly as I was there by a cashier in the pharmacy I will never be back there and I will tell everyone I know not to go there and they can try to blame it on short but not that day I was the only one there and there were 6 employees no need for that so no thanks not again

The location on S. Atherton St. has the worst service. I went to this location for help with my passport photos and the “store manager” there refused to help. I found another way to fix my passport photos.

Well went to get a prescription filled today just after 6pm and the pharmacy was closed but times say open till 10pm on Saturdays and every other day!
