This is crazy my son lost his debit card I sent him money gram they give the kid check for 150.00 after I payed $10 for serviceI am wounding how would he eat? They have no common sense what so ever and when I called the manager he said it store policy the manger refused to tell me his name and he said his first name is JasonAnd he refused to take the check back. Wonder how would you support and have a location in college and don’t care at lest let him know to go somewhere else and not take the money and give him check so greedy and no common sense so upset with the action the took take his food money and give him check

We searched everywhere in State College for RefreshPm for the eyes- no luck anywhere! Then we called downtown CVS & they had ONE! The nice person held it for us behind the counter u til we could pick it up..Extremely kind and welcoming. Happy Valley CVS is the Best!

SO RUDE. The pharmacist is the most rude person I've ever met. Truly seems to have no joy in her life. There's no reason for her to be so volatile with everyone including customers and employees. Her catch phrase is "That's not okay!" Imagine being so rude to children too! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, FIND ANY OTHER PHARMACY!

I recently visited the CVS store located at 116 W College Ave with my wife to take passport photos on March 11th, 2023, around 10:30 am. Unfortunately, one of the photos had obvious pink printer marks, while the other one was fine. The employee who took the photos was nice and admitted the issue. However, another young kid mentioned that they had taken 100 passport photos, and they were all like this.We requested to speak with the store manager and were surprised to hear that the same young kid was claiming to be the store manager. When we asked for his name, as he didn't have a name badge, he refused to tell us. Moreover, he made derogatory remarks about Muslims and even mentioned that they don't take pictures of Muslims. It was evident that he had hate towards Muslims, as he assumed we were Muslims just because my wife wore a hijab.I am appalled by this behavior and have decided to report this store and the store manager to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). It is unacceptable to spread hate against any community and discriminate based on one's religion. On the other hand, I had a pleasant experience at the CVS store in North Atherton, where I got my photos taken with no issue. Additionally, it turned out that the CVS store in downtown was overcharging us for the same service.Overall, my experience at the CVS store in downtown was disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

No one ever answers the phone in the pharmacy phone no one sends texts to update why the prescription isn’t ready like other CVSs Manager is rude and says just come to the pharmacy Doesn’t care that no one answers the phone

Had to buy cough medicine and Tylenol at opening and the (what I assume manager) was very helpful in directing me to the medicines. Otherwise this is just your generic cvs store.

I have been throwing up all day and just came back from urgent care. Cvs's pharmacy says I need to call a random number that has no medical purposes (VA Hotline). They cant help. I try to call my insurance for hours but they are busy on monday morning.So, I go to the target and not only do they explain the situation they tell me what I can do to get my prescribition filled. After it became clear CVS had no idea what they were doing procedurally I calmly went back to explain for when other veterans with VA insurance come there they wont essentially give them a suicide hotline.The pharmacist proceeded to look at me dumbfounded for about 5-10 seconds before I laughed and left understanding how pointless it was. Dont go to there pharmacy, they are confidently clueless.

My kid is sick and went here today as there was a prescription from telemedicine. Kid was told they didn’t have a prescription. After looping in the doctor and urgent care at 4 pm, we found that they had called in the prescription to this cvs 4 hrs ago. The pharmacist admitted that they were busy and hence they may have told my kid that they didn’t have a prescription in that name. a sick kid was waiting through this ordeal for 2 hrs when they could have just said we will call you or come back in 2 hrs etc instead of lying and making us go through all this calling and double checking. Very sad business practice.

Please CVS: hire capable pharmacists for this location. I don’t want to switch my pharmacy but you are making it extremely difficult to stay with you when the service is consistently and unimaginably poor.
