Clean space to shop around, easy to find items. Love the new look of everything, and some items are only available at ALDIs. Plenty of parking, and 25 cent cart idea works splendidly well! Customer service was phenomenal, went above and beyond. Very satisfied!

Don't get to go in this store much but as a gig worker and as a personal shopper here a few times they seem to be pretty well stocked all the time. Very clean store as well.

Clean, bright, spacious aisles. Nice variety of produce and baked items among other things. Prices low to moderate. Friendly and helpful staff do have trouble keeping items fully stocked. No bags are provided at checkout, but there are some available for purchase if desired.nor is bagging, and it takes a quarter to unlock a cart to use, which is returned once the cart is returned. No motorized carts are available.

Good prices and good quality products. Nothing fancy in terms of presentation or ambiance. Bring your own bags and be prepared to bag your own groceries, plus make sure you have a quarter (which you'll get back) for a shopoing cart, if you need one.Good deals in particular on cheese, other dairy products, fresh produce, and ice cream novelties.

Went through the line and the line was long, no one at the registers. A worker named Nicole came up and got on to a register with 5 people in like with carts full. Another worker came up and said she could take someone in line. The man in front of us who had less than 5 items went to her line and we followed behind because we only had a couple things. She began to loudly talk to the other cashier about us saying she was not going to help us because she only wanted one person in her line. The other worker began saying she could take people in her line, already having 4 customers in her line. Then told the other cashier she was trying to get us out of her line because she was closed. I’m not sure what was so important in that workers day that she couldn’t spend the 2 minutes it took to ring us up helping to keep the line down. I understand she was helping, but to take one customer and then be done does just about nothing. And being rude to customers directly in front of them should not be a thing.

We went there planning to buy a case of carrots and mushrooms. We knew that they were closing early because it was New Years Eve. I needed to use the restroom, when I came out an employee was moving something infront of the hallway and said " I'm blocking these off now"....then we were grabbing the cases and another employee said " We're closing in 7 minutes ".We headed to the register where the cashier was gabbing to someone and left us set everything on the belt only to then tell us, "I can't move these cases, I hurt my back, you'll need to take these back off the belt and put them back in your cart."We were there for a quick trip thru spent like $68 dollars and felt like we were interrupting the employees to help us. We were also back in our vehicle and driving away 4 minutes before the closing time of 7pm. Could be my last time here!!

Cashier Nicole.... Clearly lacks the capacity to appropriately interact with all customers. She was rude and very condescending. I didn't realize if you didn't have a quarter it excluded you from proper customer service. That speeding people through the line was top priority as she made certain to inform me she was being timed as I rushed to put my 10 items in a box. As a former retail manager myself I'd be appalled to hear my associate speaking to any customer that way. I currently own my own business. I'm not your honey nor sweetheart.

This was our first time in the Alldi's store located in State College just past the Nittany Mall!As usual, they had great prices on fresh produce and their store was very neat and clean as well. Our cashier and the Manager were exceptionally helpful as well and kind too!I'm a big fan! I even picked up a few Christmas gifts tht enhance learning and hand & eye coordination for my lovely granddaughter, age 2 1/2!They have much more than just food and everyday low prices!

Always love Aldi! There prices are always a little lower than competitors, even 25 cent differences. The unique feature of Aldi is that they don't carry multiple brands of the same item. If you want mayonnaise, you can pick between whipped, real, etc, but it's the same brand. Shopping in the early morning will ensure that the iceberg lettuce you want is in stock, but since they cater to the more health food customers, there is an abundance of spring mixes and spinach. There is usually a regular item that is has a discount, so be on the lookout for those!

Hands down the best ALDI location ever, the employees always looks not forced to work at all but very happy to work so they wanna hit my shopping cart with theirs while they restocking and also don't care at all if they completely block the aisle, they even slam the products very hard when I'm near so I can shop in very happy mood. I've had a very good experience at the North Atherton location already and this location is even better than that.

From the outset, we felt like this would be a convenient place to pick up quick things instead of dealing with a large store. However, the produce is just ok and the quality of the housewares is subpar. Most of all, we have felt very unwelcome by employees in the store during multiple visits. Most recently, an employee chastised us like children for using a box to carry our groceries, citing it would only make his job harder. With so many grocery stores in State College, it doesn't make any sense to put up with this kind of nonsense. Just go across the street.

Pretty good selection for a discount store, definitely have your basics. Wish they had more than 1 line open for 10 people to check out. To be fair someone did come but it took awhile. Overall was a good experience. 👍
