went to the drive-through two times and got the wrong drink order twice went in and the lady tried to argue with me whenever I told her my drink was wrong. I asked for two sweet teas. The first time I pulled around to the drive-through then had to drive all the way back because they didn’t give us straws, but whenever we first got our drinks so we couldn’t test to make sure it was sweet tea, but it was unsweetened so the second time we pulled around she tried to argue with us the receipt said sweet tea, and they were insisting it was sweet tea however it was not, after the second time order was wrong, and she tried to argue with me in front of customers again. I used to work at McDonald’s and that is not an employee should treat a customer.

I used my mobile app for a .99 coffee. The lady argued with me and tried to charge me $4.08. Since they used my code this means I was beat for my .99 iced coffee of the day. Thanks again for the underperforming employees! Kinda funny how I stopped at another McDonald's and it's was only $3.27 without a mobile code. Same exact order. So how did this McDonald's come to $4.08 with a mobile code that's supposed to make it .99? I saved the coupon as proof. So either iced coffees cost differently between these two stores or I was overcharged for no reason.... Get it together folks...

Deserves no stars. Whenever you're the 5th person in line or the first you will wait at least 15 minutes for literally anything. Your food will be cold because for wherever reason they just won't give it to you. And that's if you even get the right food, which usually you won't. You can try calling to complain but they don't answer their phone. Not even joking, this is the worst fast food place imaginable. 10/10 do not recommend.

Worst food I have ever had in my entire life hot fries no salt chewy burger hard bun no sauce for anything absolutely disgusting and gross I would feed this to my worst enemy McDonald taste like dog food and more and everyone there has an attitude like they don’t get paid to do there job I could honestly vomit when I think about McDonalds anymore.

Bacon us always under cooked n fatty n stretchy instead of crispy on breakfast sandwiches. You never know if they are open or when in the am or late evenings...also they are way over priced for the size and amount of food you get!! Just rediculous and needs to be shut down in my opinion....time for something better than a McDonalds being seen every so many miles....one of the worst fast food places out there at the moment.

I'm new to town and went here twice while moving stuff. Both time were terrible. Over cooked food and things were made wrong. Last time I was there there was someone with a big dog in the restaurant talking to someone that worked there. As I grabbed my food the dog was inches from it and they were talking about gross things going on with their body. Not conversation for a restaurant and definitely not coming from an employee

I stop on my way home from work after working midnight shift most days. The morning/weekend crew is awful. Never on time opening. How can you have a customer wait for food when you literally just opened? This place definitely need to hire new or more staff. Also the owner may want to spot check them to ensure better service and to find out what's going on. Rant over

Poor customer service. Very unprofessional workers. Orders are always incorrect and they're not very fast. You can't order something slightly complicated (i.e. adding lettuce or tomato), because the order will come out wrong. Fries aren't often fresh. Location is convenient and it's clean, and those are really the only things going for it.

We ordered 4 hamburgers and all of them were cold. The same with the strawberry creme pies. The drive-thru girl never said thank you and acted like she did not want to be there. Please consider going somewhere else or you will not have a delightful meal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!Features: Drive-thru counter was not wiped between ordered. NO gloves were worn when making a ordered.

Don't bother going to this McDonald if you want service. It's faster to drive to the next nearest McDonalds and have them take your order.MY EXPERIENCEWhen I got there, there was no line, but I stood around for 12 minutes waiting to be helped. I would have left way before then, but I was waiting on my wife getting gas and was amused by the ineptitude.In the time I waited, I saw 4 people wandering around acting busy, but doing nothing, and one guy working hard at the drive through window. Nobody acknowledged me or said "we'll be right with you", or offered any explanation of any sort. One employee was trying to figure out how the receipt printer worked and had no idea what was going on. Two ladies were walking around trying to act helpful, but were clearly doing nothing. One of them, who acted like the manager (whether she was or not), stood there uselessly for 10 minutes though not making eye contact. Finally, she looked at me and rolled her eyes, then said "sorry, we're understaffed today." Then she told the guy who was trying to figure out the receipt printer that she expected him to be in early tomorrow, then she announced she was leaving for the day.The poor guy who was singlehandedly running the drive through, and who was the only one working, finally came over and took my order, prepared my food, and gave it to me, all while still handling the drive through. The other useless lady I saw showed up just on time to toss a container of cold fries in my order, which were particularly (they had been sitting out at least as long as I stood there waiting for service).I felt bad for the people who walked in as I was leaving. I went out to my car to eat, and those people came back out empty handed 5 minutes later with upset expressions on their faces. Whoever is in charge of this place should be very upset.

I cant tell if it's McDonald's or this generation of customer service. After several minutes of placing my order, helped the cashier to make my order correct, I was disappointed to find my bag short a burger and 2 fries. I was plus 10 nuggets. I didnt bother to go back to complain. But one of the workers was wearing a black hoodie covered in pet hair. 🤮 How does his co-workers not say anything? Why doesn't management notice?

The cost of gas was expensive and the girl behind the counter was talking about how much she hated working there and actually said "just tell the customer to wait I don't care" seriously??? Pay your employees more so they have more respect

The customer service there was extremely helpful courteous respectful. They went over and above to make sure that we were satisfied in every way. It's experiences like this that make McDonald's worth going to time and time again. Is for the employees here the owner should be proud.

I stopped at the store on the way home to Pittsburgh. I was at a viewing at a Funeral Home for my uncle. The drive thru was a horrible experience. First my order was taken incorrectly. Glad I asked the worker to repeat my order. Considering I was the only one in the drive thru, don't know where he got my order from. It was like he made it up himself. Getting on the road trying to return home, I looked and the order was still incorrect. I can honestly say I will never stop at this McDonald's again. Be smart and avoid this place!

Long wait at the drive through but nothing too insanely long. They didn't have McFlurrys and that was all we really wanted, so when we got to the window they took our ice cream off, offered no alternative. We drove around again because my sister was craving a milkshake and we weren't in a rush. After 10 minutes waiting to order, the not so pleasant woman told us their ice cream was being serviced and again did nothing, nor apologized. We got our food though, and it was correct and fresh.

The order process was not wonderful could not get the order to finish with completing the task, got food after long wait and several other customer were complaining why their order was not up as well as not complete, got food but waited again same amount of time for my drink, left but had to come back for straw and napkins, nothing out to grab so had to wait again to get someone to help me.
