My fur babies are family members. Animals are the best source of unconditional love on earth. Humans can learn a lot from them. Dr. Croft and the staff at Loyalhanna Vet clinic in Stahlstown, PA provide excellent medical care for my fur babies, his staff is very knowledgeable, compassionate and cheerful. They are a great team of animal lovers bc they care about the fur babies and the parents too. They truly care and that makes them worth their weight in gold. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have been going to his practice for many, many years and they have always provided excellent care.

Amazing staff! Not only are Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer great with my pup that is very anti-social but so are all of the ladies in their staff! The Docs are very kind but also straight forward (In the BEST way!) My previous pup had to cross the rainbow bridge a few years ago due to many things wrong from the get go but even in the saddest times this team really goes above and beyond to make sure you and your animal are comfortable. My family and I have been taking our pups to Loyalhanna Vet Clinic for many years and only have had great experiences!

Everyone was so nice to both me and my cat. Doc spent a lot of time with us and was very helpful in figuring out the problem with my cat. The office was very clean. I would definitely recommend them!

I absolutely love taking my pups here. It's a wonderful environment! My pups have seen both Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer and I am satisfied with the visits every time. Dr. Springer is so amazing with dogs, my youngest is iffy with people as shes not even a year old and not socialized yet. Yesterday she got on the floor with her until she was comfortable and warmed up to her. She is super super informative and was sure to answer all of the questions I had in great detail. I am always more than satisfied when going there!

I've been taking my pups to loyalhanna vet for going on 11 years. Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer are absolutely spectacular! I will never go to any other vet ever again. However, it seems like they have all new staff. The techs and, of course, Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer are absolutely amazing. I adore them and how great they all are with my pups. However, reception, on the other hand, is not the same. I was just there Friday 1/5, and while I was checking out, the ladies at the desk wouldn't even look at me. I thanked them when they handed me my receipt and told them to have a good weekend and not a single word was said. Despite the lack of customer service from the receptionists, I will always continue to speak highly of Loyalhanna vet. They will always have my business as long as I have pets!

Before they were our primary vet for our current animals, they were able to squeeze us in for same day emergent appointments with our previous dog. They are always so nice and were so great when it was time for our girl to sleep one last time. We now have a service dog who they have been amazing with. Again, when needed, they were been able to see us that day for an infection. I have never had anything but a great experience there!

This was our veterinarian for our dogs when I was growing up. Dr. Croft was always great.I moved to Mt Pleasant and have vets closer to here but I still choose to go to Loyalhanna. They are the best. The staff is great and all the doctors are great (Dr. Springer and Dr. Hutchinson also).They have always been a quality vet. Highly recommend.

We take all our cats to Dr Croft. He’s an amazing vet. We recently took a very sick stray who had severe birth defects. Dr Croft treated her with love, kindness & respect. A great place to take your pet. We are so grateful.

Dr.Springer is phenomenal. She diagnosed my 9 year old boxer with mast cell cancer but was able to remove the tumors successfully and he is now cancer free. She had communication with me during that whole process and would call to see how he was doing. She also put both my dogs on a healthier diet and they are doing so well because of her! I travel 45 minutes just to see her and my dogs love her! And the techs are great too! This vet is also a lot cheaper then most in the Greensburg area.

Can't say enough good things. Dr. Croft is professional and kind and I trust his expertise. One of the few vets around that will see your pet at last minute or even Saturday morning for an emergency. Dr. Hutchinson is kind and compassionate as well. The staff is great. Courtney, especially, always patient and super helpful. But in truth, the entire staff has been wonderful.

I took our dog Stella because I found the handle only of a razor and wasn't sure if she swallowed the blade part. They scheduled her right away & were very understanding that we didn't have a lot of money so they took an xray. Luckily she had not swallowed the razor. I asked how much it would be to give her all her shots & deworm her. It was very reasonable and they waived the office visit fee. Plus they gave me dewormer for our other dog Cinder. The staff & Vet we saw were extremely nice & friendly. I would recommend them to anyone & I have recommended them to people & have out the card I had of theirs.

Putting ur pet down is one of the hardest things to do. Loyalhanna is so kind hearted n sympathetic. They give you lots of time n support the whole time ur there. They tell you things to help you threw the tuff decision, and ur good byes. Made my heartbreak just a little better. They are truly wonderful!

V a Ittyved cat here and was extremely happy with the results. She's eighteen, trying to get a second job and unsure of how to pay for things. Yes, we could just pay for it, but what does that teach her about life's goals and how to overcome them, all that teaches her is to run to mama when you can't pay for your own life, that's not productive or what we wanted her to learn about life, she calmly explained her situation to the people at the clinic and they agreed to help her out with a payment plan that she stuck to and paid off fully, she couldn't be happier. Now back in the hood, that never happens because everyone is on the lookout for the next ripoff artist. This is a great place for anybody who wants to truly take care of their pet to go to. I'll recommend them all day every day.

I'm a traveling healthcare worker, staying and working in the area. My dog takes medicine and my vet back home would not refill without seeing her. I called this place in a pinch. Lady on the phone was awesome. They got me in within a week, did the exam and prescribed the meds I needed. They also did a treatment for staph in the ear. Doctor was wonderful. Check out was fast. Service was fast. Pricing was very comparable to back home. I felt the cost of the office visit was very reasonable and also the geriatric dog exam. Will definitely keep this place in my pocket while I'm in the area and refer to other people.

I take my pets to Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic on a regular basis. The office is in a nice quiet setting and is very clean. The staff is awesome, very friendly and they always greet me and my pets by name, even when I seen them away from the office. The docs are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Springer and Dr. Croft are really second to none. They are very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very up to date on pet care. They really do care about my pets and provide recommendations to keep them healthy. I would trust my own life with them!I recommend Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic to everyone I meet because my pets mean a lot to me, and I know they mean a lot to them also.

I have been going to Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years, first with my parents' dogs, now with my own. We have tried other vets as they are not the closest to us and they are a little more expensive, however, I will not make that mistake again! Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate with their patients and staff. It is worth the extra time driving and extra money to have our "kids" in good hands. We also love their staff, from the receptionist to the techs, everyone is very professional and very kind. They make each pet feel comfortable before they try to examine them. Each time we go in they remember not only our dogs, but us as well and are very genuine in their care. Don't bother going anywhere else as you won't get the care and treatment that this clinic provides.

Dr. Hutchinson was very thorough. He didn't just tell me what was wrong (which was very little) but also all the things that were good with my pet. He also gave me advice to help my pet lose weight which she has needed for a long time, and it was better advice than any I've ever received. I could tell he really cares about his patients. I will definitely be coming back!!

I love Loyalhanna! Everyone on staff is amazing and so sweet. They will make your pet a priority and we have always gotten same-day appointments for emergencies. They go the extra mile- one of our little guys had to stay under observation during Christmas and we got an update call finding out that he got a little extra love and cuddles on Christmas day. I would drive as far as I would need to that I could keep taking my pets here!

The Doctors and staff at Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic are incredible. I travel almost 50 miles to take my pets to this clinic. I can not imagine taking my pets anywhere else. Dr. Springer and Dr. Croft are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. My pets have had several emergencies and illnesses as well as routine check-ups over the last 20 years and treatment has been top-notch. The staff is just as great! Not only are they great at what they do they treat you and your pet with respect and compassion. I would not trust anyone else with my pets!

I love Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic! The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. They take great care of my two cats, whom they've been seeing since they were kittens--which is now going on eight years. Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer are always willing to answer questions, and I never feel like I'm being rushed through the kitties' exams. I appreciate the gentleness with which the staff handles my cats, especially the one who is more stressed by a visit to the vets. I highly recommend Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic.
