Stopped in for the first time on a Friday. I ended up ordering the chicken sandwich special. I've had a lot of chicken sandwiches but this was amazing. Perfect crunch, and the taste was fantastic. Can't beat the fresh cut fries either. If I worked at Cambridge springs high school, this place would make me gain 100lbs!!!Job well done!

Stopped tonight for just a little snack since we missed dinner...shared a fish sandwich (which was delish), and an order of zucchini fries...(not so delish!). Just FYI...we really wanted to love our meal, but were sadly disappointed in the zucchini fries. Not sure what happened there, but when we opened the little baggie they came in there was just a tiny, mangled pile of breading and undercooked zucchini. suggestion:. If there is a problem with something a customer orders, use the beeper to suggest they make another selection. I'm not usually a complainer but at almost $5, I was disappointed. Repeat customers do count...

I stopped and smelled grilled chicken. I had to have some. I bought a 4 PC.. she made me the best chicken! I'm not one that likes all the breading. I had a small, perfect, cone while I waited... the food was absolutely fantastic. The skin on fries are superb!! I recommend having dinner at the Anchor real soon! It was so much I had to put half away for tomorrow's lunch!

Stopped to get burgers, fries and ice cream and regretted it. The burgers weren't bad tasting but smelled bad and gave me stomach problems later that evening but they were the best thing I got. It was greasy and wet. Soaked through the bun. The fries were old tasting. For sure not dropped fresh. Some hard and old and overcooked for sure. Couldn't eat them. The ice cream by itself is not bad tasting but it isn't the best in the area but what ruined the ice cream is the syrups they use are awful. Fake, chemical tasting products that mock the real thing. Tastes cheap. I did not get a lot of ice cream in my banana split and wayyy too much toppings to the point it was inedible. I couldn't taste anything but the harsh fake flavors. Both me and my partner couldn't finish our ice creams because it was so over powered by the offensive syrups they use and they use a lot of them. I should have just got plain vanilla ice cream in a cup. Heads up: the bees don't seem to mind the fake syrups because they are swarming over by the trash cans and picnic tables. Just a word of caution for anyone who may be allergic.

First time eating here my aunt sandy bought us some lunch here and I had what they call below deck and that was one of the best hamburger I have had in a long time.

Absolutely delicious food 🤤 had there signature shake a few weeks ago which was also delicious!! Such friendly staff. Keep up the great work everyone. Will definitely be coming here again

Always friendly workers. Haven't failed us on anything we've ordered. This being their first year, they have a large menu.They will probably be closing for the season soon.

I believe it may be closed for the season now. If not, the hours listed here are incorrect as we stopped by a few days ago at 530pm and no one was there! Hope to come back in the spring or summer and check them out and update this review!
