I ordered onion ring and wings both are taste less hard chicken and burned. Taste like they fried old food. I was hungry and stopped by they ruined my hope. They should care about drivers who passing through and more care about how they cook. Very disappointed

Location was closed and they didn't update it on Google. I arrived just as I ran out of gas but since they were closed down, I couldn't get any. Had to get towed. Terrible company to do this and not update Google. Will never go to any Rutters again.

Good, clean. If you’re towing, I recommend pump #9 for an easy shot out of the pumps and parking lot. Room for an RV. Food looks good. Recommended!

Poor value and mediocre taste. Spent $11 on a crab slider that was mostly breading, onion rings that were pretty good, and a strawberry milkshake that was terrible. The milkshake was so bad I just threw it away. It legally should not be called a milkshake because it is mostly ice. I don't think there is even real ice cream in the shake... Avoid at all costs.

They have no microwave for customers to use instead you've got to buy their expensive food it's truck friendly in a way but in another way it's not Pretty sad they don't offer a microwave to warm up anything even if you buy it cold out of the cooler you can't warm it up there's no microwave for customers

I went in and ordered some ribs and jalapeño poppers. These ribs taste amazing the jalapeño poppers were good as well. The only real thing that I can say bad about this place is the flies. They did get my order wrong and accidentally gave me the corn bites but when I went to fix my order they admitted there mistake immediately and cook me up some fresh hot poppers. They also have clean restrooms and a Store. If you are a trucker don’t use the CAT Scale it is very inaccurate.

Parking for big trucks is usually pretty good. Food is decent and the staff I can't remember having any bad interaction with. Pretty clean friendly place for 30 or 10 off

This is a very clean and friendly Rutters! The staff is always smiling and hard at work, so a+! Gas prices are outrageous rite now but that is no fault of theirs, so if you need gas don't wait stop here and filler up! The food is also made fresh and is pretty good to boot!

Clean and well organized. First time at a Rutters and I was impressed with the selection of food you can order. Everything we received was good and not overcooked or burnt. The parking lot though. What the heck?

My experience was very pleasant. We stopped for restrooms and drinks, the restrooms were clean and the staff was very nice. We didn’t have any of the food but the places was well lit and clean. Woudl come again

Pretty good food 24/7 pretty clean and some truck parking. Did the mistake and tried my luck on the slot machines, lost $300 in 8 mins! Played $1.50 to $5 per spin goes very fast. So I don’t know if it was bad luck or machines are just money hungry. They should have signs of payback percentage at least. But over all I like this rutter’s especially with the beautiful night cashier 6/11/2022 assistant manager I think. 🤫😁

No beer or wine, ATMs out of order, card readers not working at the gas pumps. I'm a big Rutters fan, but I've stopped at 2 Rutters today and both times has been an awful experience, complete waste of time

This is one of the best places to stop in if you’re in the area. Clean restrooms, excellent customer service and a full kitchen that makes your food fresh. 5/5 would give 6 if I could

My husband and I visited here twice for deliveries. We found this store by Google search for truck stops. Our experience has been wonderful. Food and staff are excellent. Plenty of free semi truck parking too. Easy access to store off of US Highway 15. Heidlersburg Road (US 234) exit.

As I live less than a mile from this store, I use it daily and most of the time, I have had a great experience. The employees for the most part are very friendly and helpful. As for this Rutter's I always enjoy my daily experience and will be a customer for a long, long time.My only complaints are that Rutter's now sells its own brand of fountain drinks that are actually substandard when compared to other commercial brands. Also, sometimes the food is not prepared well either being drowned in condiments or else certain elements are passed over if the list of requests is long. However, they are not important enough to stop me from being a regular customer.

Started stopping in to these places a few years back. In my opinion, they are nice. Most of them have big truck parking, which is a big plus for me. The food is good, the snacks are great, and the people are outstanding. Rather stop in here, or any of the other Rutter's than a regular truckstop when I'm in this area.

Convenient location, great made to order food selection, clean store, great staff. As a southerner, my chicken biscuit was not quite perfect, but I still enjoyed it! I did not visit the 'new to me' slots room. Interesting though.

Not like some of the other Rutters I’ve been to in York. The bathrooms were disgusting.At 730 they’re were eight people in line and the kid at the register was spending an insane amount of time with one customer over whatever. It took a man getting upset, walked over to the food bar and yelled for someone to get up an help out at the registers. No one cared how long the lines became. They just stood around acting like they didn’t see it. Most of the team members had attitudes. Just a poor location.

This is my favorite Rutters. The food is aways good and its always clean. The grounds are always clean and I appreciate that they have truck parking. Also love the views from there and its nice quite location. I stop every time I'm on rt15.

It's okay but sometimes their gas pumps don't work or are empty. I've had to try out several pumps before I found one that worked.Never went inside so I can't review the store itself. It is convenient though if you're traveling on RT.15 so I give 4 stars.

Usually Love the breakfast bowls. Ordered my normal. Paid for extra egg. As i have done in the past. To my surprise it looked liked the standard amount and hardly any cheese. Took it back in and was told thats 4oz of egg. But could add more cheese if i want. I didnt pay extra for more cheese. Very disappointed.

Painfully slow made to order food that is cold by the time it’s handed over (maybe it was never warm to begin with). Fuel that is more expensive than all other local stations. Not many employees know how to keep from cross contaminating food or the importantance of cleanliness. I rarely go there, usually when in a pinch, but I almost always regret it when I do

What a gross fly issue in this store. Worse, I read months ago someone complaining of flies. What is being done to deal with this, as it would seem like nothing. Creates a very bad atmosphere.1 cashier and 10 deep line. Gas prices not at all competitive. Ya'll can do better!

Payout machine broke in gaming room last 3 days at least . Was told by manager would be fixed sometime Monday. Still broke. Room should be shut down because the Penn national people care less about payouts but still taking in the money from people playing . Maybe if their not making money they get their butts in to fix it faster.
