This Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst. Pharmacist is never on-duty!! The only employee worthwhile is Michael. God forbid you have a question for the pharmacist, she downright ignores you.

Good luck shopping here :(.Super amazing pharmacy staff and today there was one single friendly, nice and helpful retail clerk who was doing quadruple duty (poor guy). But otherwise the shop itself lacks clear pricing (literally, rarely are there price tags) or cashiers. Knowing Walgreens from Chicago, NY, LA and Florida I know Walgreens can do better.I will not be returning to this location.

Awful pharmacy, empty store. Booked pharmacy test online, instructions in email say go inside to check in. Go to pharmacist, are told they only do tests via drive thru and the drive thru is closed. So even though there's 3 people working in the pharmacy and no one waiting they can't help me. There's too many pharmacies in Delco to waste your time with this one.

DO NOT GER TOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and every time I have to wait over a week for my much needed inhaler. I will be switching pharmacies really soon. This is ridiculous. Without my inhaler I’m having asthma attacks and they don’t care.

I’ve gone to this particular Walgreens store for years. I have always been happy with the service however, they changed the pharmacy staff including the pharmacist recently and now the service is awful. Scripts are not done as promised, many of the pharmacy cashiers are rude, and no-one seems competent.Why the change in staff??Corporate Walgreens needs to re-assess this decision.More than likely will change pharmacies.

I've been going to this store since I was young but recently the quality of customer service here has declined! Yesterday the girl cashier was on the floor, I cam specifically to look for a product they said that they had online in store. I would understand her flipping me off if I didn't check online first but she made no real effort to help me. Then I asked her a second time to help me, she took me to the section and looked at the products and asked if it was this one. And eventually I gave up looking for it because she didn't even ask someone else for help if they might have known. And then when we went to the registers, she was being all moody and stuff when I was getting a price corrected. And then when the transaction was done, she didn't hand me my bag. Like if you see a Walgreens counter it's cut deep and you literally have to bend down to reach it. Like what's the point of her being there if I have to do everything myself? Did I buy those items for her? No! I literally had to grab the bag by myself off the lower shelf. It was embarrassing and rude. Like two items, that weigh less than a pound each she could not even bend down and hand it to me. Never did any of the other cashiers do this to me. And sure, I might look forgien but I am not and that also shouldn't be a factor in how you treat someone. Next time I'll will tell her to hand the bag to me if she's my cashier again. And I hope Walgreens thinks deeply about who they hire before they actually do.

Horrible don’t come here. I’ve been here for hours the lady told me my insurance don’t cover it. Just for me to call my insurance and find out they never ran it through to be rejected. Then told me i wasn’t here for hours with out knowing I’ve been in and out of the store and talk to several different people. Long story short my insurance had to call them in order to get them to put it through.

This location has been slowly declining in quality. They replaced thier overworked and understaffed pharmacy department with people that have no clue what is going on. So getting your medication is like trying to get it out of a maximum security vault. The staff really has no idea what is going on. I miss the old pharmacy people, even though they were understaffed and stressed they made it work. I think I'm switching to CVS soon.

Another business on Baltimore pike not to go to all my bad reviews seem to be from places on Baltimore pike in Springfield or Clifton heights lol Anyway the pharmacy here has the angriest pharmacist and assistants even when its their fault they blame it on the Dr or your insurance I'd stay far away from this pharmacy nothing but angry staff that try to make you feel like an idiot even after I made showed them it was their screw up they go right to oh well u abused your script trying to say I was the issue gtfoh time to switch pharmacy's Please STAY AWAY take your hard earned money some where else plenty of pharmacies on Baltimore pike go to Walmart Cvs even little mom and pop pharmacy F this place

Came to this location on Friday at 10:46, simply to just buy some juice for my mother and I. The sign on the door said that they close at 11:00pm Mon-Fri, But yet when I came at 10:46 the doors were locked, and the manager and his employee were at the counter counting cash. Okay I get it, it’s the end of the night, but if you don’t close till 11:00 why lock the doors 14 minutes earlier. That’s inconsiderate and inconvenient, especially because they saw me at the door

The pharmacist here is so rude. I call to see if my medications was sent here and he one was rushing me off the phone, two he was rude and kept talking over me and would not let me get a word in. I am taking this to corporate. Too many nicer and qualified people out there that need jobs for the man to waste space.
