I want to give huge shout out to Jaranda. She did an AWSOME job grooming my 2yr old husky She definitely earned her money accepting the challenge of bathing & brushing my girl. This was my first time taking a dog to a groomer ever. I never really thought about what an undertaking doing a complete deshedding was bc I generally only brush her for 10-15 min at a time. Jaranda went above & beyond and even though you could tell she was completely exhausted she still had positive attitude. My sweet girl looks the best she ever has & is ready for the holidays & her picture with Santa this weekend. Thank you so much Jaranda for your extra time & effort

I was not expecting them to have to cut all my pet's fur off!! That hurts!! They explained that they had to though!! I just don't like that look on my pet, "Baby"!!

I have 2 dogs, Charlie and Sophie, that I have been taking to Petsmart for grooming for years and I can’t say enough good things about the groomers. Charlie has bad anxiety so getting his hair cut is always difficult unfortunately, but on 8/1/23 my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen who was the groomer for both of our dogs. Our dogs both seemed to love Stephen and when we went to pick them up he said that they were great which made us so happy. There was a situation that happened while we were there and he handled it so professionally and calmly, it was extremely impressive. Charlie and Sophie look great and seemed very content and happy! We will definitely be going back to Petsmart, and asking for Stephen. Thank you!!

Ray got a great groom at PetSmart and the bowtie and bows were the icing on top. The staff was so friendly and kind. They were patient and gentle with our nervous lady. Highly recommend!

Staff is friendly took our 5 month of pup for was n dry n nails. They tried to cut his nails but he was not having it lol. Super nice n he love the wash n dry.

They are the worst rude cut my dog hair they way i didn’t want it said one price,charge me more if I ask a question very rude but if a white person ask a question in my face was very nice to them all the girls in there expect the tall one she was really nice the only one I will never go back there I want my money back .

3rd and last time I'll go into this Petsmart . The only employee that was helpful & KInd was a young man he was the Cashier @ says, Good Day ,come again. The other 2 women were very miserable. No Help,No kindness Customer service ZEROPETSMART 3 STRIKES DONE ILL NEVER ORDER OR GO THERE AGAIN.

This store is amazing, they have a vet clinic there, reasonable prices took one of my dogs in for a check up, had shots. People extremely nice and they have a doggie hotel and doggie day care all in one place. My new petsmart, i used to go to another one but this one has everything. Very pleased

What a great place to visit. They have a pet hospital there and pet hotel. They even have a small little area for your animals to do their business in the front of the store. I highly suggest the space to anybody who has pets and is looking to take good care of them it seems like the stores evolved greatly in the last few years but you must keep an eye out for their special special deals

Second time here and again with the disappointment! First, the customer service in the grooming area sucks! I left my dog feeling like she may get mistreated by the groomer lisette. The manager was more understanding about my request. Second, you get all these hidden fees! I booked for "$64" for bath and groom then walked out paying $82 and a so called $5 holiday fee that they failed to mention. not sure, if I'll ever go back unless Im out of other options and pick a different groomer!

The grooming experience was not the best. I have a puppy who had never been groomed. When I called they said he could get a full haircut, I specifically asked about whether or not he could get a full haircut since I had also called petco and they told me since he had never been groomed before that he would need to just come in for a bath, and get his face cleaned up. The girl i made the appointment with at petsmart said "he can get a full cut" When I arrived for the appointment they told me he can only get a bath, touch up his face and take out some of the mats. So obviously, the girl over the phone gave me wrong information.The girl who groomed him wasn't rude, but she wasn't super friendly either. When I walked in there was dog hair everywhere, I thought about canceling the appointment, but against my better judgement I still decided to give it a try. When they called me back I went in to the grooming salon. The groomer gave my a invoice and told me I had to pay at the register. They didn't even bring my dog out first so that I could see him. When she gave him to me, I asked how he did, and she said he threw up because he didn't like the dryer. I was kind of annoyed that I had to ask before she offered that information. You would think she would have told me that when I went in. If I never asked I wouldn't have known. When I got my dog in the car I noticed that one paws hair was longer than the other, and they cut way to much of his beard down. His legs at the bottom were shaved, and he was left with all of the rest of his hair since he couldn't get a "full cut" he smelled good, but as far as the $52 I spent, I didn't think it was worth it at all. Petsmart do better. I won't be bringing my dog back here.

Maria and Leila have helped my baby Great Dane, Ford, tremendously. I was referred to their training program at Petsmart and they did not disappoint. Myself and my pup felt comfortable and informed through the puppy and intermediate classes. With Maria and Leila it is all patience, love, and respect towards you and your puppies. Everyone in the store recognizes my pup and greats us and makes it feel like a community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and beyond thankful!

Groomers review:::This is the second time I've brought my dog to the Springfield location and it's been nothing but good outcomes!! I used to use another PetSmart location by my house but I never felt good vibes or energy and my dog always came out stressed and barking non stop. Springfield has not disappointed. My dog comes out with an extra pep in his step and no barking. Friendly caring staff and good vibes and energy all around 👍🏾👍🏾

After having a terrible experience last year at the grooming department one of my dogs was completely traumatized. I learned just recently when I tried to bring my other dogs to be groomed my account was deleted by management after my complaint.Way to treat your loyal customers Petsmart.

Both my yorkies came back home with diarrhea. My oldest was throwing up and pooping all over the place. I had to take him to the vet cost me over a $100 dollars. I took a big bag of pro plan there they told me they ate it all I was only gone for that night..never again

Made a reservation months ago at there pet hotel for 06/20/2022 - 06/24/2022 for dog boarding my dog has stayed here numerous times in the past.Arrived this morning at 9am 06/20/2022 to drop her off and was told they will not board her because they are uncomfortable with her.She is a rottweiler she is not aggressive towards people or other dogs.but is shy around strangers until she settles in this is why I always pay for her to have a suite it's private and cozy like home.My issue is if you are afraid to handle certain breeds of dogs or weight class clearly state that in writing.Because to turn away a customer that made a reservation and who's dog has been there before on the day of boarding is unacceptable.Without out even trying to allow the dog to settle in what dog is not weary of strangers first meeting them.We could not go on family vacation with my family today I couldn't find a place or person last minute to care for her.So I lost thousands of dollars on my resort had to cancel last minute money I don't get back.What's the point of making a reservation months ago for , the customer is relying on PetSmart for boarding to be told day of sorry we are scared to board your rottweiler.

Every fish I bought here died. I bought two separate times and some died in the first 24 hours. All my parameters were good with the api master kit. I have three tanks so it’s not just an issue with a certain tank. The staff was friendly and I like the variety, but this is the only place every fish I buy dies. All my fish from other stores are doing well.
