I order flowers on their website on a Saturday for a Monday delivery . The flowers where delivered on time which was great! We ordered the Designer's Choice birthday arrangement with the request for purple flowers if possible. Well it must have been possible because my mother in law LOVE them (the Chocolates too). I will definitely be order from Springdale Floral again!

Bought my mom flowers to brighten her Mother’s Day and Springdale florist delivered amazingly fast the driver was outstanding in communication as my mom didn’t answer for a bit .he was even worried about her health what a great florist and delivery always has been!

I had the best experience with Springdale Floral over the past few days. I had a sticky delivery situation and I have to say I am touched by their kindness and concern. This is more than just a floral shop. The nice workers at the store went above and beyond my expectations in this matter. Thank you!!

Don't get anything that you hope to be special from this store. I was very DISAPPOINTED in the corsage that my son ordered for his girlfriend for a special dance that was made of 4 white carnations. I said that I thought there would be a rose, and the woman replied..."Roses? for $55?!!" Uh...why yes. What's the going rate for a rose in Springdale? He was given the price on the phone but was not told or asked the flower.

Such a great little shop. The owner is a wonderful lady who really knows how to care for a variety of plants. Their arrangements are beautiful! I've always had a pleasant experience working with them to get a nice arrangement for the budget I had available.The shop also offers many other little items (chocolates, cards, ceramics, vases, lotto tickets, etc) for various occasions that you may be headed to.

I recently received a magnificent summer floral arrangement from Springdale Floral. It was delivered on an extremely hot day in August, yet the vase of water was ice cold! In addition, the flowers were wrapped with several layers of cellophane to protect them from the heat and breakage during delivery. The roses, lilies, carnations, greens, baby’s breath- along with all other flowers - were incredibly fresh and very vibrant in color. Each stem was arranged perfectly- a true work of art by a highly skilled florist. It’s is obvious the owner and his staff take great pride in this business. I have NEVER been disappointed with anything received from Springdale Floral. 👍😃

I have a review. You may want to contact me first. I ordered flowers dec. 2 2021Well ive heard nothing in 2 weeks so here ya go. I used them for many years atleast 10. Sending flowers if not every month every other were pretty good but then they some how irritated me so i went elsewhere but came to try again. Ordered a christmas bouquet in a vase to be del. I told them specifically dont knock leave it on the frt porch. 530 that evening already dark i see him in my sec. Camera knock on the door. I tell him leave them and go. But b4 he does my wife answers the door and my dogs run out. But the worse part. The water was already discolored some flowers were wilted. Just very unhappy about my 103.00 experience. They failed again.

Wonderfully cozy and amazing shop. Bring your sweet tooth!! This old PA Lottery dog was taught a new, neat trick with regards to coupons. I was so happy with my winnings, I just had to satisfy my sweet tooth as well. Very nice store, easy in and easy out right on street.

I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement I ordered. Said I wanted it yellow and orange with an airy feel. I asked and was told they had sunflowers, which I ordered, and asked for other orange flowers. The arrangement came with no sunflowers and the other flowers were pink not orange. As for the airy look, it was just big flowers spaced apart, no babies breath or fern, etc. Very unprofessional. Won't order from there again!

Al and staff have always done an excellent job with all of my orders. They are very good at suggesting things when I am not sure of what I want. Delivery is always timely. Staff is always professional and caring. Flower arrangements are gorgeous! She

I received a floral vase on Saturday at 4:30 PM. It was obvious this was pulled off the shelf and pushed out the door. The water was cloudy and the white carnations were brown. How old was this. I called and told them about it and they said they would let someone know. I at least expected an apology. Not good business.I received a fresh replacement bouquet this afternoon(Wednesday). Thank you.

Springdale florist shame on you! Ordered a premium spray of flowers for my sister's funeral. Since I live out of state guess they thought I would not see them....wrong! I drove 7 hrs. And saw wilted and half dead flowers for a 1 day service, was embarrassed! Would NEVER recommend them or ever use them again! Shame Shame Shame on you Sandy!! Hope you never get treated like that one day, in a time of sorrow.

Super friendly! We stopped to get a balloon for our aunt who was in the hospital and they took great care of us and gave us 2 St Patty's day bouquets at no charge to cheer her up! There still are good people in the world!!

I had placed an order online through their website for a floral arrangement to be delivered the following day which was a Sunday. The day the order was to be delivered I received an email from Springdale floral stating that my order had been cancelled so I called and asked why? The woman said that they dont deliver on Sunday. Nowhere on their website does it say that they dont deliver on sunday. The website should not allow you to place orders to be delivered on Sundays. The flowers that I had ordered were for my girlfriends birthdy and were very important to my plans for that day so it totally ruined my plans. I also asked this woman how I would get my money back and she told me that I needed to contact the flower shop network. I asked her why is it that I need to contact them to get my money back? I didnt cancel the order. Springdale floral and gifts should take care of that issue for me since it was their mistake for not stating that they do not deliver on Sundays and for allowing the website to be able place orders For delivery on Sundays. The woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with them in the future and I dont recommend anyone else to do business with them either. Also I tried to leave a review on their personal website and they have it set up so that you cant give them anything but 5 stars. Apparently theyve had issues with customers in the past leaving bad reviews. Very unproffesional business and very disappointing! If I could have given no stars I would have. Very poor customer service I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from them. Apparently other people have had similar experiences.

Contacted Joanie regarding a wedding consultation. She made it clear she couldn’t be bothered to take time out of her days to sit and speak with me. She questioned me if I even picked out my colors and dresses with such attitude. When I let her know this was my last vendor booking she sounded dumbfounded but told me to call whatever day I want to come in and she would let me know “if she has time or not”. She wouldn’t even book an hour with me for weeks in advance.

My aunt ordered a $70 fruit basket thru New Kensington Floral and Gifts. Paid cash, not given a receipt. The order went through Springdale Florist, to be delivered to me in FL. It consisted of about $8-10 of grocery store quality fruit in a lopsided chintzy basket. They did nothing to rectify the delivery. Use a different florist. Not helpful and not sure of their ethics.

Springdale Floral: Shame on you! For a mothers day arrangement that was sent to me by my son-in-law...Send the bouquet that was ordered, not something completely different, let you know they are delivered by knocking or ringing the bell, don't leave them on the edge of the porch to be blown over by the wind and fall down the steps and last but not least, when you offer a replacement bouquet, send a comparable bouquet, not a $5.00 grocery store bundle with no vase. Sad business sense

I really couldnt give any star, I have never had such a non caring experience with a business!!!!! I was sent an arrangement that was never delivered, I was home all day!!!! I was left a message about my flowers only to find out after 3 calls that the owner Al canceled the order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Didnt say I'm sorry let me see what I can do he really didnt care & he's the owner! Beware if you ever decide to order from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only gave 1 star cause I had to!

I called and placed an order on line with the specific instructions to deliver them and do not say who the flowers were from, only to call and see if they were sent and they said they told them who they were from because they didn't recognize who the sender was. WHAT DIDN'T YOU UNDERSTAND ABOUT NOT TELLING THEY WHO THEY WERE FROM?????? WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!
