Lady rang me out, I greeted her, she ignored me.Also while shopping some kid, maybe 10 years old told me that they were closing in a few minutes. Not sure what that's about. Their posted close times on here say 10pm. The cashier confirmed this.Store was a mess as usual, but I guess that's expected from DG at this point.I honestly don't think corporate cares. Poor wages, poor service, high prices, but hey... we'll still shop there cause it's... there.

Friday evening; I was planning my backpacking meals for my upcoming trip realizing I needed 'snack' size ziplock baggies! I called the Springdale store, ring several times, & I hung up knowing they are a busy store! Minutes later, they called me apologizing for not getting to the phone on time = GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank YOU Dollar General for GREAT employees!

This place is the worst they close whenever they feel like it. If there workers don't feel like working then they close the store! I have a friend that works there as a manager and he true to call to get employes from other store to work and they tell him they don't feel like driving to his store . I can't believe they r not closed for good, and there employees r a bunch of ignorant ppl who don't help anyone and talk to customers the way they want

This particular location is small and the aisles are narrow which is incredibly uncomfortable but they have a lot of great stuff. I go because they have their own brand if swifter products and refills which are greatly discounted. They were out of disinfectant wipes which I though they might have since all the bigger stores are out right now but I guess lots of other people had the same idea I did because they were out of stock.

I used to work at this one. It used to be really nice and you could find things that the other Dollar Generals didn't have. Now, this one is always a mess! The shelves are always either empty or in complete disarray! It's awful! The cashiers and managers are not very friendly either. This could be a nice store again if the workers would take a little more pride in their jobs and get it put together.

When i go to the dollar general i will only go at a certain time. Because i don't want to wait in the line. The worker's are nice and friendly. But a lot of the time it's under staffed. So i don't go on Sunday when church is going to be over. I won't go when school is letting out. Or Saturday afternoon. If you want to visit the store i think you should try to go between 8:00 am until maybe 2:00 pm. During the week. Or after 5:00 pm. During the week. But i don't go during the day on Saturday because of them being understaffed. I don't like waiting in the long line. I find everything i need and the price is good.

The employees are usually nice but as seem upset that you're even there. There is never anything on the shelves but they do need help there desperately. It's good for a quick trip if you really need something though.

It's fast and convenient for odds and ends also good for laundry detergent the prices are good. I have always had very polite cashiers. You will definitely like after holidays when they have their markdowns very reasonable.

Unfortunately this store is dirty and the employees are usually always miserable and never want to help you find anything. I have been double-charged multiple times at this location so always check your receipt when you are leaving. Prices aren't really that great. You can get items cheaper elsewhere. I never go to this Dollar General unless I absolutely have to for numerous reasons. The two biggest reasons are rude employees not to mention the fact they are extremely lazy their customer service is awful and like I said the store is old and dirty. Choose another Dollar General Unfortunately they are getting built everywhere and you can find one every few miles in this area. we need something more than dollar stores. There's at least 25 in a 30 miles radius.

The manager Rose is truly a rose. I have never seen a manager work as hard as she does. She is an awesome leader. Overall the staff reflects her awesomeness.

Untrained employees. Dirty store. Unorganized all over store, including entry room to store. Need bigger trashcan outside with lid. Current trash can is small with no lid that litters city and grounds of neighboring business. Only positive is variety of food products offered. Your business might sell more if things like $1 sodas were by front of store and not on back shelf. Store needs to be bull-dozed over so a good business can move in.

Associates are very nice but I worked retail for yrs&u can tell this is a store in particular that struggles to get freight put out. Its bare alot and the makeup always seems to suffer the most.

They use to be organized now it seems the store isn't doing well it's convenient sometimes the lines are way into the the aisle and I've seen manager not come up and help someone needs to take control of the store who knows what they are doing.

The only thing good about dollar general is that it's close to my house the store has really gone down hill the last couple of years. Since Sherry and Bonnie are no longer thereThe shelves are not stocked can't find what you want and checking out takes forever

I don't have a whole lot to compare it to, but it seems well stocked, and they have helpful people working. It gets a little crowded sometimes, but that's expected being there's no other grocery store close by.

The smiles are in abundance when I enter the door. The manager, Rose, is a rare gem! She is kind, patient and attentive to all of her customers. I drive 30 minutes to shop at with Rose, Ethan and the rest of the DG staff in Springdale, Pa

Dollar General is what it is... Things are overpriced for what you get, store brand food items are lacking in quality, and the store is generally dirty and over crowded with items. That being said, it's very convenient to have in town for when you need something small.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The seasoned lady working up at the friend who also answers the phones is better, rude, and does nothing but complain about her job. All she wants to do is go home.

Do not recommend going to this location, the white haired lady has an attitude, is rude, and tried to overcharge me, i bought 2 2liters and a candy bar and was told the total was $24.32, i went to the gas station instead

My favorite store, great deals and a super manager named Rose ! She is a keeper , runs it spot on ! What a gem Rose is, she makes me want to shop there.

I find some of the items are very narrow 2 people can't come up-and-down the owls theory over packed wood boxes were you can't get through youse yeah that's how I feel

The manager jim was very Lazy. I asked him for help and he didnt want to help me at all. I had to complain to the District manager. Hes going to apolgize to me now. !!!!!

You just may show up at all the doors are locked. if you can keep going the other direction and drive to giant eagle or Walmart.

They don't pay their employees enough. And therefore service is very bad because of a high turnover rate. It's all so dirty and the shelves are never stocked

Went to make a purchase and wasnt allowed in the store at 9:58. Was told registers were shut down. I'm pretty sure register do t shut themselves down but obvious they didnt want me coming in.

It's crazy how often this place either closes early or is short staffed. Who knows how many times I had to stand in line for almost twenty minutes while the manager is just staring at how long the line is. She is terribly lazy with an attitude that's even worse.

My dad wanted only a quart of milk... note the elderly have trouble with the weight of even the half gallon jugs, but they didn't have it, I have to get him 2 14 oz
