I’ve never tried Whole Foods just for the simple fact that I’ve grown up eating fruits and vegetables from our backyard. So when this grocery store came about, I was like nah, nothing special.So my experience here was good.The vegetables and herbs looked good and fresh. They had limited stock but it could’ve been that I was there after the mad rush of shopping. I asked an employee about a vegetable that was out of stock which I specifically stopped here to pick up and he was clueless. Don’t know if they really don’t know what they get in shipment or this particular employee was not meeting expectations.Other than that, the grocery store had a good variety of everything.Prices are reasonable.The layout of the store was nice and simple.Cleanliness was above par.Overall I enjoyed it and will be returning for my next grocery outing.

Very clean.Lots of parking, but can get very busy.Plenty of options for whatever you are looking for.Great place to pick up a quick lunch.Absolutely love their bakery and pizza.Many of the items in this store is a bit overpriced, but there are on occasion, great bargains that can be found here.Employees are friendly.

Review is about the coffee bar only. Everything else is as expected of Whole Foods.Coffee quality is very good but hardly ever available during coffee hours during the week.At 9am: no server available.12:30- 1:30pm: server is typically on lunch break. No backfill - bar is closed.2pm: coffee bar is closed for the day.Zero stars for availability. 4 stars for coffee quality

You’re out of stock constantly. I don’t mind paying the prices you ask. But your POS system does not refill shelves. Also I see many people walking around the store. No one ever fronts the merchandise. I really go here because it’s convenient. But overall, my satisfaction for what is a premium brand is disappointing.

This Whole Foods has really stepped up its game over the years. Everything is clean, well organized, and affordable. The staff is so friendly and won't hesitate to help you out if you ask. The cafeteria is always stocked and the bakery as well!

Overall very nice store. My only wish is that they had bigger/ larger capacity for their water refill station. Many times I go there just to find the station to be out of order.

Always great quality if food and service. Their meat quality is good as well as anything else. My family loves the angel pita and hummus. But, angel pitas go out quickly, so I have to make sure I go there early to buy them if I want some pita and hummus.

Love this whole foods! Stop there after riding to the ambler ymca to grab my lunches for the week! The reach in with the different salads and food next to the Cafe is my favorite place also the bakery is dangerous! So many goodies to choose from

Very clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and courteous. You can find things here that you can't find in regular grocery stores. Prices are higher than a regular store, but the quality is better I think.Edit: I suggest updating the in-store app to show you where an item is located. Some items tells you isle numbers, but others don't.

Customer service used to be good before. Just ran into a store clerk who was rude and petulant, lacking the usual courtesies. When asked if they received any training, the response was "depends on the customer". Hope the store manager takes some action to improve matters.

I like this Whole Foods, but it is not they should hire more employees. There is always such long lines. In addition, the line for Amazon returns is also long. I prefer other whole food locations compared to this one.

Great stop for a quick dinner. Choose from a wide variety of options from the food bar or order from behind the pre-made counter that is served with generous portions. Sit in dining is available behind the alcohol section and includes utensils and a microwave for heating up your food.

There’s no comparison: Whole Foods has the items and selection I want; outstanding service; open, inviting environment; beautiful produce; wonderful staff. Always my go-to grocery store. 💚

I came in tonight to pick up fish. The lady behind the counter who I assume is in charge was extremely rude. Because of that I just left and went to grocery store next store (Giant). I had a much better experience. On the way out I spoke with Customer service and he actually walked away.

I just visit for the coffee bar. Friendly barista and plenty of space to socialize. My go to place since the nearby SB got rid of most of their seating.

I can always find what I need. The seafood, meat, bakery and produce departments are amazing. I also like the hot soups at the food bar. Lentil is always delicious.

Chicken area is dirty...blood and dirt. I had a watcher on the self checkout come up from behind and relentlessly interfered after I asked him to back off. Never in all my self check out experience has that happened. I joined the co-op in Ambler, so have no need to go to WF any more

Was there to return a package. Way too expensive. Nothing you can't buy somewhere else, and more economically. Whole paycheck is more fitting, in my opinion.

Whole Foods has gone downhill... they're not so "nice" and cleanliness needs improvement. I love their Italian Wedding Soup but if you get there after 1pm it's gone and they don't replenish. What business doesn't assure the favorite soup is not available terrible, and it's not just Jenkintown but Gynedd also.

The new store is amazing. Everything you could want from the old location plus now they have pizza, sandwiches (fresh!), Coffee and beer bar, wider aisles, clean facilities, and outdoor seating. Plus they now have Amazon lockers in the front so you can have things sent to the store securely. Awesome place.

Not only are the employees not interested in helping customers checkout they make sure they do it with a snooty attitude. And having 20 self checkouts where you get to do someone else’s job for them there’s not a single one that accepts cash. And the actual checkout for cash is only one person so you get to stand in line for a half hour. I asking a cashier if she was open and was promptly yelled at and told loudly she was going home! How dare i ask the queen of cashiers if she wanted to do what she’s paid for. I merely came in to get sugar free cookies i cant get anywhere else and at every turn was treated like i was imposing for trying to give someone my money. I promise you this will be the last time i ever make any kind of purchase at a Whole Foods. As this wasn’t my first unpleasant experience at one of these stores. As a business owner myself there’s no way on god’s green earth I’d allow employees to treat customers this way, especially when there’s a competing food market 100 yards away. Im done with stores like this that treat you like they’re doing you a favor. And there’s plenty of other people i know feel the same way. You’ve lost a customer for life and I’ve cancelled anything that has to do with this corporation including my Amazon account, prime membership and credit card. Can’t wait till something better and more polite replaces you snobs!!

I only stop here once in a while. Last three visits, last three items purchased were stale: fritters hard on edges and dry, brownies dry and crumbly, pound cake dry. For the prices charged definitely not worth the poor quality. No thanks.
